Josef knows what hes doing and does it well. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. I dont mind paying for something to be done correctly. Dropped my phone off to get the screen replaced, picked it up an hour later. The cellular authority will be my go-to in the future.

Josef does quick & excellent work. He also has a waiting area for you to watch movies while you wait. I recommend him over anyone in the city when it comes to phone repairs!!!!!

Best cellphone repair store in Wilmington by far went in to get my iPhone fixed front and back for very reasonable price I just sat in the waiting area watched movie while my phone was getting repaired. Highly recommend going there.

I was visiting Wilmington when my phone messed up and someone recommended going to this store to fix it. They fixed my phone so fast and made sure everything was working fine before I left. Also, the owner really knows what he is doing and takes his business very seriously. I would want to come back to this specific store if my phone messes up again because of how much I liked this service.

I’ve used Page Plus cellular service for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem with it. The prices are excellent and they has a plan for just about everybody. I just purchased a new iPhone XR from them and Josef was very thorough and steadfast with the transaction. Nadaj (?spelling) got me squared away with the purchase and transfer process between phones. I would highly recommend for phone service and customer service.

Had a wonderful experience here. I called just about last minute and got there at closing time right on the dot, and was able to be seen no problem. They couldnt get my saltwater logged iphone working again, but the gentleman took looks of time trying and then provided me reasonable options for a replacement.

I want to say I had an issue with my 6s Plus for almost 2 weeks due to an Apple update and T-Mobile couldn’t help me (my carrier). Went in Bryanand he had me back up and running within the hour and better running speed than before uploading Apples update 11.2 and that’s NO BUENO. I’m also switching over to one of his prepaid plans that has Verizon as the carrier ansbw cheaper than what I pay now with better coverage and coverage area is much much bigger. Thanks Bryan and I’m a customer for life.

Guy hung up after calling before I could ask a question (the only thing I can figure is he thought I was a sales call), but I tried called back and never could get though ... it just went to prompt that said no voicemail has been set up.
