I took my daughter’s iPhone to Mr Phix on Saturday afternoon without an appointment. I talked with Taylor and she was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuine. The iPhone would not hold a charge and finally would not even turn on. With a quick, free diagnostic exam, Taylor and her co-worker, Carlos, were able to tell me what they thought my problem was and give me recommended fixes. I talked with them for probably an hour discussing my phone and deciding what direction I wanted to go. Once I chose the option that was best for me, Taylor had my phone working like new in less than an hour. I felt good and felt like I was working with a friend the whole time. Awesome business! I feel fortunate to have found Mr Phix.

Absolute life savers! My phone stopped charging all together and ultimately died, pulling low charge and nothing I or the phone company tried worked. Although I wound up upgrading, my sons newborn photos along with 3 years worth of work and personal information was trapped on the old phone.Mr Phix not only offered the option of data retrieval, which was super reasonably priced, but had the capacity to fully fix the phone! I went with that option with a short wait time for parts, and it was fixed within an hour of dropping it off! 😄 The employees were very comforting about my anxiety of leaving it or losing the data on it, and it was ultimately the best experience Ive had revolving around a phone in the years Ive owned one.Super easy to work with, plenty of options for every budget or need, and well qualified, nice employees. Everything you could ask for under the stress of fixing a phone!

Mr Phix saved the day!!!My iPhone was chewed by my dog last Sunday. I walked in with an iPhone that had a badly cracked screen with no functions on the half black home page working. 1hr later I had a perfect new screen with everything working great!!! We had Mr. Phix come into our business to fix all the technology problems we’ve been having for the past 4 years! I can’t tell you how much time we have wasted fiddling around with our systems because we had no idea how to get them to work properly and to “talk” to each other. Mr. Phix has an hourly price to get everything worked out and it was worth every penny!!! We have not had one issue since they fixed everything and now I know who to call if we ever do again. I only wish I would have done this sooner, it would have saved me time, money and mostly a lot of stress.

I went to Mr. Phix on 6-19-2021 Patrick welcomed us as we walked inside. I shared with him that Madison, with Verizon had sent me. My iPhone 11 had taken in some salt water and the display screen was continuing to go black and not function at all. This also happened to be my birthday, so my phone was receiving multiple calls and texts that I was sad I couldnt see. Patrick explained what they would do and the estimated cost I was looking at if indeed it was repairable. Thank goodness it was repairable! They had my phone fixed and back in hand in less than an hour. And for the amount quoted!I would also like to mention that Patrick is a young man, probably early twenties, and let me tell you, he communicated better than some older adults Ive had communication with. He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, eye to eye contact when talking to me and my husband, so mature!I am not sure of the persons name that fixed my phone, but they did a great job! When checking out they also made sure to tell me if I had any issues to come back.I have never used an iPhone repair store because I wasnt sure what to expect. But the guys here did a phenomenal job.If you are in the Carolina Beach area and need a phone repaired, this is the place to go. I would give them 10 stars, but 5 stars were the only option!

These guys were awesome! I’d never broken an iPhone screen before so I was a bit aggravated. Thinking I’d need to replace the device so I engaged our carrier, Spectrum at a local location & they recommended Mr Phix. This repair shop is not the closest to my residence, but it is always worth the extra distance because of the quality of service I receive. Mr. Phix did a fantastic job replacing my wife’s iPhone battery. They were courteous, efficient, and the price was fair. I cannot express with words the extreme satisfaction I have had working with Mr Phix over the past two weeks. The employees and their expertise with technology is beyond top notch….. My phone was ran over (multiple times) after having left it on the back of my car and carelessly driving off unknowing of what I had done. Something such as this, many of us think will never happen. Saved my pictures from an “impossible to fix” phone.I has an iPhone XS that was in a dead loop (kept restarting over and over again). I spent 14 hours working with Apple to try to resolve the issue. They said the only choice was to “restore” the phone (ie lose all the data….which included all my unbackuped pictures). I couldn’t accept that. Someone recommended Mr. Phix, within 20 minutes they had solved the issue and had made it so I could access my pictures. They were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job. I easily would have paid 10 times what they charged for getting me access to my pictures.

I bought a used iPhone 10 there 18 months ago. I have had a lot of issues with the battery and runs low very quickly. Just had to have recall done for screen defect and was told by Best Buy that the phone had a non apple screen on the phone. I would be very wary. Apple certified means all parts should be Apple.

These guys are awesome! I had a driver issue that wouldn’t let me load my games, I dropped it off at 10 am and by 1 pm they had it totally fixed and reinstalled the drivers, fixed the issue I made worse by disabling my graphics card and optimized my system. Patrick was so patient and helpful and walked me through everything and even offered to drop by and help me when I was hooking it up incorrectly and I had it back in a few hours for an extremely low price! I could not recommend this place more highly! We will definitely be using them for all our tablet/phone/computer issues from now on! So professional and polite and thorough from start to finish!

The Mr Phix team delivered outstanding service on my iPad Pro. I needed a battery replacement which was done quickly, unfortunately with the high complexity and super sensitivity of the iPad, something did not quite work right after the repair. Ted the owner was super responsive and highly concerned about my issue. Ted with no prompting from me, reassured me that this would be covered by their warranty. The issue had to be resolved by sending off the iPad for a high level fix. I know this repair plus the cost of shipping to Texas and back had to cost Ted and the Mr Phix team vastly more than the 99.00 I paid for the battery replacement, but Ted and the team eagerly and joyfully stood behind their warranty. WOW, this is immaculate high quality service that is super rare to find anywhere.On a side note, the Mr Phix team was much nicer and more personable to deal with than Apple. I could have driven an hour to Raleigh or an hour and a half to Mr Phix, I chose Mr Phix, because they really seemed like they cared and boy was I happy I made that choice.Thank you Ted and the Mr Phix team you exceeded my expectations and won me over as a lifetime customer.

Carlos and Patrick have helped me twice now. Once with my computer and the other with a gaming console. Carlos helped me totally gut and rebuild my computer to make it safe again. It was like a brand new machine when he was done with it. Ted, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, helping me understand my needs and going above and beyond customer service. Tourists beware. Took my phone to Mr Phil for screen that had cracked to get repaired while we were vacationing in Carolina Beach. They were friendly and repaired it quickly ($225). Had to return the next day to get it redone because it was mindlessly scrolling and bottom of screen wasn’t working right. Again, friendly and repaired it quickly. After this repair it worked fine except for the bottom camera and flashlight buttons on home screen would not function at all but at this point I just decided it wasn’t a big deal. The big problem arose when I got home from our trip (4 hours away). The top and side of screen turned purple and navy blue until the entire screen had turned and eventually went black. Called and they offered to pay to have it shipped, but with small kids I cannot go without my phone(we do not have landline). I requested a partial refund, offered to send videos/photos of the phone or even have the local phone store call them to explain and they said that was against protocol (I understand). However, I took it to my local phone repair store and he said the water seal was not replaced when they switched out the screen, which led me to believe the screen having glitches wasn’t coincidence after all. My local store fixed for $150. If you are local and can bring it back to continue to get it fixed under warranty, no problem. Otherwise, I would take your business elsewhere.

The last two times that I had issues with my phone, Verizon wasnt able to help out and wanted me to buy another phone, which I didnt want to do. I had heard about Mr. Phix, so I took my phone there and they repaired it for me. When I had another problem with it I took it there again, and they fixed it for me yet again. They are very knowledgeable and also very friendly as well. I was able to get my phone fixed two different times for a very reasonable price and didnt have to buy another one with Verizon. I would certainly recommend Mr. Phix to anyone that has problems with their phone or with their computer either, especially if they dont want to have to buy another one.

Will for sure be taking any other devices I have complications with here. I took my iPhone 11 that kept cutting off and on to another phone repair place in Wilmington, they messed with it for about 20 minutes and then advised me to get a new phone. I’ve gone to Mr. Phix for years now, for both Apple and PC products, and I’ve had a painless experience each time. They’re fast, helpful, and have always been professional. I brought in my laptop recently and even though they were busy, someone helped me right away and my problem was diagnosed and repaired within an hour. And since it was a quick fix, they didn’t even charge me for it!

I went there to have my S9 plus check for some malware or a virus and the person that I spoke with showed NO interest in helping me or hearing what I had to say about it. I had screen shots of some issues that might would help with the issue but he wasnt interested in hearing it. I ask to have a diagnostic check perform which I dont think was done. I asked about may be performing a flash on it. Once again he didnt seem interested or not capable not sure.. either way I was very unsatisfied

I had my phone fixed from them the first time. Everything seemed fine until the back glass started to detach from the phone and the front screen started to pull away from the frame. I went back in to get it fixed when the manager called me over the phone. He was extremely rude said he didn’t want to argue but the damage was 100% my fault from “significant force” of “as a female” having the phone in my back pocket. When I went to get my phone from him in the store, he stood and argued with me as I asked for my phone 3 times and said nothing else. Very very poor management.

I came in due to my daughter who is eight locking her iPhone that we had only a month. Ted who is the owner really went above and beyond taking care of us and provided excellent customer service. My iPhone froze on the apple screen and although I tried various fixes nothing would work. I messaged Mr Phix it to see if they could help and got an immediate response that they could help. Dropped off my phone and after a couple of hours it was working again. I would definitely go there again for phone or computer issues!

Had a great experience today at Mr. Phix! I brought my iMac Pro to them after speaking with Apple support and determining it was a hardware issue. I brought it to Mr. Phix and they knew right away what the problem was with the computer. They also told me there was a recall for this issue by Apple.Apple support never mentioned the recall. Also, my keyboard was sticking... there was also a recall for this! They were great, informative and they did not charge for all their help! Would highly recommend Mr. Phix !

I cracked my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 screen and I took it to these guys for the repair. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly in explaining the process of how they fix the phone. I dropped it off and in a few hours they had it fixed. Phone works and looks like new again!

Awesome service! Took my phone in to get fixed (my apps kept crashing, my phone wouldn’t turn off, etc.) They were able to restart/fix my phone for me without me losing anything on my phone. Now my phone works perfectly again! Along with this, everyone working was incredibly nice and informative. Would recommend this place to everyone!:)

I’ve gone to them several times over the years to repair my phones or get the battery replaced.Always fast & honest service.Last time my phone wouldn’t charge. They cleaned out the port and didn’t even charge me for their time!

Mr. Phix was able to successfully fix my phone and did so during the timeframe promised. They kept me informed of the process throughout and provided me updates. The staff was very courteous and friendly and their hours are very convenient. I highly recommend them.

Very happy with Mr. Phix! I took a mini Ipad to them that they diagnosed the problem and had me ready to go in no time. Yesterday, Ted came to my home to help with a mess on my home PC thanks to either updates or a previous other (un-named) company making a mess of things and charging me a lot more money. ALWAYS call Mr. Phix before you talk to anybody else, reasonable fees and great service!

Went there with a problem with my iPhone. Wasn’t sure if it was hardware or software related but Ted walked me through some steps that solved the issue. Customer service was great and staff seemed very knowledgeable. Any future issues I’ll be returning to see Ted and his team.
