I normally dont do this but I had to post this because this really pissed me off here is a result of my visits. I paid extra figured I would support a local business bad mistake.1. Bought the phone on 7/5/18 and was hesitant then because it was 20 dollars more then what Best Buy was selling it for. However he gave me 10 dollars off a case to help out.2. Then when you get the phone if they activate it they charge an activation fee for activating the phone which is 25 dollars but he helped me out taking 10 off that price to compensate for the difference in phone price.3. On 7/9/18 I went to return the phone because I didnt need the phone anymore and he informs me that there is no return policy. NOWHERE IN THE STORE does it say ALL SALES FINAL. I even told him I would buy more airtime cards because I needed the data and he give me the rest back on my debit card. He told me he was unable to. I also didnt expect the fee back for the activation and the airtime card because I knew they were consumed already.I should have just went to Best Buy to start with and do the activation myself and saved like 30 bucks total.BUYER BEWARE DONT USE THIS STORE IF YOU NEED TOTAL WIRELESS GO TO BEST BUY AND CALL IN FOR ACTIVATION IF YOU NEED HELP BECAUSE THATS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID.

I was met with prompt polite customer service. That was followed by some of the fastest service I could have ever imagined.The repair made my phone better than new and Im ecstatic. This place is truly a hidden gem in Wilmington!Highly recommended!

The phone was everything he said it was, price & product. I was pleased with my purchase. He set up my new phone for me.

Went there to get my screen on my iPhone 6 repaired. Quickly done but when I got it back I noticed that some things were different. First thing I noticed was that I could no longer see my screen with my sunglasses on, which was not previously a problem. Next I noticed that the buttons werent right, they made a strange click that was not normal. Then about 2 weeks later the coloration began going bad. Today it crack with almost no pressure. Cheap cheap cheap. The new screen I have now has none of these problems. Dont waste your money.

STAY AWAY, RIPOFF ARTISTS! They use cheap parts that void factory warranty and are not compatible with your iphone.Ripping off women and children for hard earned money and not fixing the problem.Karma!Lifetime warranty on junk is useless.STAY AWAY FROM THESES GUYS!

They over charge for your screen to be fix. I went there to get my screen fix and when i got my phone back the sim tray was broke and he charged me 95.00 then when i called back he told me he didn’t touch the tray mind you my phone was working before i took it in there. So then he told me i had to take it to a place down town to leading tech and they charged me another 90.00 to fix something that i didn’t even mess up due to mobile zone. I can NEVER SEE MYSELF GOING BACK TO MOBILE ZONE OR SENDING BUSINESS THERE. I will tell everybody they are bad for business and over priced!

The people are very nice and eager to help and the prices cant be beat..Service is fast and they keep you informed on progress of repairs if you have to leave your device.I have had my phones fixed on more then one occasion..I have had 2 of my laptops repaired there also and its amazing how fast the service is.I wouldnt do business anywhere else. there are repair places alot closer to me but i drive 40miles just so i can have them do my work.I would give them more then 5stars if i could.If you want the best work for the best price then goto Mobile Zone Repair..
