They were polite, they knew the answers to the questions that I had. The part for my phone (the whole screen) had to be special ordered from Verizon and it came in much quicker than I had anticipated. As of this time my phone is working great and Im very appreciative.I do have a struggle with not being allowed in store. They collect information and your phone outside of the store, and in order to let them know that youre there to pick up your phone or drop off your device, you have to call a phone number in order to have them come to the door.If customers are not permitted inside they need to have at least one more person working inside to accommodate their customers. At this point they are answering phones, having to walk to the front door unlock it and lock it and speak with customers, all while working on fixing devices.Im hopeful that things might have changed since my last visit :)

My iPad suddenly locked up and I couldn’t enter anything, or even turn if off. A local Apple repair place told me it was the glass screen, which they couldn’t fix, and they sent me to Quick Fix. My google phone was not charging properly and when I took it in this young gentle helped me out by cleaning my charging port and making it brand new. In the process of cleaning he broke my phone case but handled it very professionally by offering to purchase me a new case. It was a very nice gesture and I highly recommend this place for repairs.

Let me just say that due to a bad previous experience I’ve always been wary private cell phone repair companies. However, that all changed after going to QuikFix. I brought my IPhone X in with a broken front and back screen, as well as, a damaged ear piece. I don’t know which of your amazing surgeons used those gifted hands to bring this thing back from the dead, but it came out immaculate. The entire staff of which I spoke to were knowledgeable, incredibly fair on pricing options, and above all provided me back with a cell phone that looked as if it had just came out of a new box. Heres how Quick Fix Phone Repair in Wilmington on Racine Drive gained my trust:My data connections became touch and go and the guy at Quick Fix told me it could be bent pins inside the connection port, or the port itself may have to be replaced. Replacement would obviously cost much more than straightening pins.I fully expected to have to replace the connection port and was pleasantly surprised upon my return to learn I owed only the smaller amount for straightening the pins. I will not go anywhere else now.

I called quick fix and cpr while cpr refused to work on my phone because I had previously touched it and wanted to charge me 75$ just to put three screws back in. Meanwhile quick fix was perfect he fixed my phone for free!!! He was very nice and worked pretty fast! I will never go to cpr again quick fix is my new go to repair shop!!!

They fixed my broken screen VERY well! The price was also a decent amount cheaper than the other options I had and it didn’t have to wait 3-5 business days, just about an hour. There’s food nearby so that could pass the time. They also offer a screen protector at discounted price and that’s great! Guy who works there was really chill too

Contrary to the douche below me, I highly recommend this store, as it has been my go to for all my phone fixes. Ive been using this place for years, and the employees have always super polite and helpful with fixing my phone. I couldnt recommend this place enough, and I couldnt recommend a more valid point for using a condom than to look at the Duke of Hesses reviews and to see the grumpiest man alive.

Brought in a screen protector and had it installed on my S10+, very friendly and no charge. If I ever have an issue with my phone I will definitely come back.

A month ago I brought in my Samsung S8 for a repair and was told they would have to replace the back. $60. I had them do the repair. Now, one month later, I discovered that the back panel has a series of cracks and small fractures. I am a senior and hardly use the phone and it definitely was not dropped. They claimed it had deep scratches which they somehow attributed to all the cracks. They werent deep scratches, just more fractures. They refused to honor their warranty and wanted $60 more to fix. Im thinking that a lot of the four stars are bogus. Wouldnt be surprised if all their employees, friends and families were the source of the five star reviews. Just a guess.

Always great and friendly service. Unfortunately, I have had to use their services multiple times and will continue to do so because of the consistency of their work and friendly staff. This is the only place I will take my devices. Devices always fixed on time and best price in town!

Came in with a water damaged phone. I delt with Avery, and asked him what the odds of being able to recover the data from the phone.He said they could run a 40$ diagnostic, but shot straight with me. He let me know the odds of being able to recover my data given the circumstances was very low and stated he didnt want to charge me the 40$ in vein.The professionalism exhibited by Avery was top tier, I will be returning should I ever need a phone repair in the future.Bottom line, clean looking business with good ethical staff.

So happy with my iPhone repair. I gave my toddler my phone and she promptly fell and cracked the screen. Quick Fix fixed my phone in 30 mins and its awesome. My only complaint, and its not even enough to take off a star is that the new screen is really dark when viewed through polarized glasses. Not a huge deal, but I thought it should be noted. I compared it to my husbands phone (same as mine with ya original screen) and tried non polarized glasses and there is a definite difference using polarized. They also fixed my husbands charging port.

I called at 6:00pm on 5-4-17, and the nice gentleman, advised me that i probably need a new battery for my Iphone5, and said if i could get there by 6:45 he would gladly replace it. We arrived around 6:30, and he checked my phone and said it only needed to be reset, he did it and saved me a battery installation! You cant get better customer than this!! I am a current customer.
