This Wawa has quick-service and the best staff! They are always pleasant, smile, and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want to eat.Even the customers in the store are friendly, and show respect by smiling, saying hello and holding the door open for you.I believe this is all because of the attitude of the personnel in the store.They deserve a lot of credit and I hope they get it.Wawa, you got lucky with this group of people and I hope you show them that you appreciate it!

Worst wawa I have been in. Its a shame, its right around the corner and most of the time I avoid it. Dirty, they have the music all the way up, and most of the time food stinks. Worst wawa around.

There’s a new Latino guy working there and he yells at everyone. He makes it very unpleasant to go there. I love it here, and the staff knows our family as they do go almost every morning but this guy is very unfriendly. If it wasn’t for him I’d give 5 stars.

I ordered 3 hoagies all same size . paid for them and this is what I got . 1 smaller and the lady told me it was the way she wrapped it . lies . I wish people here did their job and didnt make excuses for their mistakes. Just give me what i ordered .

I love the people who work here but disappointed that in the middle of a Global Pandemic that people are allowed to walk in the store with no mask on. Also employees need to be shown how to wear a mask correctly. You cover both your nose and mouth. I had to walk out. I do not want someone who could possibly be infected not wearing a mask properly making my food or drink.

It looks like they threw together our food angrily and spitefully. Omelette and waffles were overcooked. There’s no point in having options if they’re not going to honor them. Smoothie temperature was disgustingly warm. Very displeased

The staff of this Wawa is extremely efficient. Theres always a crowd of buyers, but it never takes more than five to seven minutes to get the coffee and food and cash out. Astonishing! (Good coffee too.)

Normally the experience here isn’t bad but tonight around 8:30 my boyfriend went to get food and this is what he received.He ordered a Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese bowl and did not get what he ordered, instead he received the breaded chicken Mac and cheese bowl and it was not filled. It did not have the correct amount of Mac& cheese spoodles, and did not have the correct amount of chicken. There was only 1 piece of the breaded chicken cut small.It won’t allow me to show the picture but if it did you’d see why a review was given. Was very disappointed in the wawa service given this evening.

I have had my coffee thrown away 3 times. Every time I am making my coffee the cleaning lady makes me move or makes rude gestures for me to move. I don’t know if she hates her job or her life but there is no reason to be rude and impatient with customers! Very disappointed with this rude employee I will be going to dunkin across the street from now on.

Wawa has been my number one spot for years. By far the best coffee sub sandwiches. I would like them to do deliveries. I would call all the time instead of waiting for a ride. ☕

WaWa customers if your needing a Delaware Sunday News Journal WaWas are usually gone by 7:00 am I have submitted a complaint to no avail but Jacks Deli two on Kirkwood Hwy one right in Elsmere will have them till later in the day and at $1.99 also you can get a breakfast sandwich to go made as you wait not from under the hot lamps and fresh coffee

They don’t have a debit card machine, and there is a camera that unpleasantly takes capture of you the second you walk in. Very invasive and the staff clearly hate their job. Negative energy the second I walked in. Sorry but do better please!

The only reason that has two stars instead of one is because its close to my house. They never have anything in stock, anytime you ask to see if they have something they act like its not part of their job to keep it in stock, takes 20 minutes to get a hoagie.Downgrading to 1 star, incredibly mismanaged, always out of stock of everything. Went today to get a hoagie and theyre literally out of bbq sauce. How does a wawa run out of BBQ sauce.

Very unprofessional staff... there always having side conversations with a lot of nasty attitudes from the woman who make youre sandwiches, not to mention expired salads and there fruit having mold on it. I hate coming to this WaWa they suck and so does there store. They need to make it bigger and rehire new staff who are more friendly and have better personalities and know what a smile means lol! Only go here for emergencies and watch the ones making your sandwich they like to act real funny when they dont like you lmfao

Friendly staff, very busy bc of location and sometimes the lines can be long bc it is a small store and the only wawa that close to the city. I go every morning and the coffee is always fresh.

As odd as it may sound, the only complaint is the difficulty getting in and out of the parking lot. The store is cleaned and always stocked well, but theres always a jam getting a spot.

Not happy at all!!! My fiance stopped in at the wawa on kirkwood in elsmere I think its store 810. He was buying 5pks of cigarettes, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. It was roughly 415am. First the guy behind the counter didnt bother looking anywhere except above his head, n told him they only had 3 pks. Then he asked how long for sizzles...he was very rudely told they dont get made till after 5am. I worked at wawa 15 yrs ago. With the old oven th took 15 mins to warm n we would start them to make our customers happy. Now they have new ovens tht are always on. Just very unhappy with the rude, lazy, lacking customer service.

Wawa has a clean restroom promise and this cocky manager told me we aint even got a bathroom, so buy something or get out. Wawa made two great subs for us, and other good items we purchased, the store was clean, the service was quick service and the staff was very friendly.

The service is ALWAYS slow here. Ive waited for well over 15 minutes for an iced coffee. Absolutely ridiculous waits here.

This is an interesting smaller old wawa, the dynamic of the store is pretty different they sell a ton of milk and they do a lot more food business than your typical wawa, that size. I have seen waits of up to 15 mins during a dinner rush which is positively glacial for a wawa but very understandable considering the volume and size of store.

Went to this wawa with and empty tank, forgot my wallet and my cell phone was dead. They let me charge my phone so I could use my wawa app to pay.
