Based on my experience and the comments below its sounds like this location is crumbing because of horrible management. Where there is horrible management there will be ill trained employees to follow. There is no reason or excuse that a reputable establishment such as Sheetz should have so many horrible reviews regarding customer service and poor food preparation. Tax paying customers who spend hard earned money for a deserved service should not have to endure such deplorable treatment. The corporate office should take every matter very serious and have a discussion with employee mismanaging this location.

Went here twice while staying at a nearby hotel. Good coffee, and the breakfast burritos were delicious (but overcooked in a microwave...burned my tongue on the first bite). Some staff members are friendly; some seem indifferent.

What kind of logical sense does it make to order 7 orders of tater tots and receive one dipping cup of sauce when you have to select a cup of sauce with each individual item? So because I ask for all of the same sauce Im being punished and only allowed to have one? And when I tried to ask for the sauces that I was missing I was rudely denied and told I had to pay For additional sauces even though I showed the order confirmation confirming that I was supposed to get more more than just one. I was repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do because their screen told them to only give us one sauce even though I pulled up the order confirmation from my email showing that I ordered 7. I was not going to stand in A-line that was literally to the back of the store just to pay for additional sauces when I shouldnt have had to. Used to come here regularly not anymore until Is management can make this right with me.

The people are cool and the place is great! I just dont understand why when you get a quesarito or a wrap they somehow turn it into the shape of either a brick or a ball lol. I got a perfect wrap once and it was amazing. Regardless though, two thumbs up 👍👍

I would avoid MTO station. It’s BRUTAL. Waiting more than an hour for my food and still waiting. Just asked for an update and was toldI was still several orders away. I feel terrible for the other people here with me. Definitely avoid.

Some of the hardest working gas station employees Ive ever seen

The worst customer service i ever had at any sheetz that Ive been to. I was waiting for 40 minutes for my food that was already done. I walked up to the cash register and spoke with the cashier to see if there was a mix up. The male cashier on night shift was very rude. He addressed me as yo. I can tell that he is a younger male, but i was surprised. I will not go back to that location again.

Ill add some things about some of the negative reviews. This is a new place and as such they are working things out. They dont have alot of workers. And the food part of it where you order food, every night the place has TONS of teens/young adults in it. About 10-25 people sometimes. So they are indeed backed up and orders take awhile. Not really their fault. Since Dennys closed, this place has become the new teen hangout at night.And sadly some have used its busyness to steal from Sheetz. Way to often. Give the place a break. While we dont get gas there often, we do order food and tend to get the slushie/icees they have. Great prices and good food (not 5 star by any stretch).

Waited over an hour for my food order, which still wasn’t being made and left

I was just at this location and had to wait 25 minutes for a milkshake that had giant pieces of ice in it and while waiting overheard the man serving me complaining about my order. He also kept scratching his “rear” while making my shake. Never had this poor of an experience at any food establishment.

24 hour kitchen!! You cant beat it!

All pumps had NO wiper fluid or towels. I asked an employee..he chuckled and said...yeah we have to work on that..and walked away with his pop in hand...I asked him well are you?? He looked at me and I walked out..saw three other employees standing and chatting not doing anything

Very rude and messed our order up multiple times.

The new place is clean, located at the intersection, convenient entrance-exit, both ways before exiting the main road 90. Or before entering the house Must stop to fill all the time
