The PHARMACY DOESN’T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!And you have to listen to their continual ads to schedule appointments for their flu and Covid -19 shots! I’ve called more than once with the same results! Boo!

The pharmacy tech was awful, nasty, rude and should be immediately terminated. She continued to tell me to go to the back of the line. I called my prescription in at 8:37 this morning and called back at 7:42 this evening told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Once I got there she said a couple minutes. Than called me back and said 10- 15. Finally said too soon for insurance and I had to pay for it. I said ok and she again told me to wait. When it was ready told me to again get back in line. She had a line halfway through the store. I said I’m not waiting in line a 3rd time. She said get over there. Thankfully the pharmacist rang me out because she was completely disrespectful. She said she was by herself. Okay! I didn’t complain the first 3 times but telling me to get back in line? Get a clue lady. You are just nasty! Customer service isn’t your specialty. I would never treat folks like this and I work with the public. CVS please don’t let her be a face of your company. She isn’t good. Thanks!

I want to recognize the young lady that was working at 11:40pm on Wednesday, Sept. 1st 2021. She came up to help me with an issue I was having with my extracare card and she was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond and was kind and courteous to me. Most others would have been annoyed because I was confused and had to do the transaction multiple times. She was excellent. We always complain about everything—we need to recognize when someone does good. Thank you, young lady.

I went there last night because another CVS was unable to fill a prescription that was sent to them from the hospital. This CVS was able to transfer the prescription and fill it within a half hour. You could tell that they were busy and most likely understaffed. That didnt stop anyone from greeting and helping me. Since there was a wait I grabbed a few additional items, and once the prescription was ready the woman in pharmacy asked if I wanted her to check me out? I let her know that I was going to go up front because I needed to get a CVS card. She said that no one was up there and she could actually do it for me back there. I was impressed that she was able to sign me up and check me out pleasantly and quickly. I will remember them for future prescriptions.

My son needed ear drops for an ear infectionThis CVS in Willoughby was the 3rd one I went to as noone had the drops in stock.I was waited on at the drop off window by a tech? by the name of Asra.She went WAY out of her way to help transfer the script.Then, she told me the drops wete 200 dollars, my cost woth insurance would be 96.00 dollars!She took the time to look and find a discount for me. It took the cost down to an affordable 17.00!I was so relieved and grateful!I would highly recommend this pharmacy!

I can deal with the long wait times, they are overwhelmed and you will never not wait but what is disheartening is the fact that not once but twice my subscription (a controlled substance) was missing 5 days worth, I noticed it only happened when I went thru the outside line, and when I called to report it (I knew they couldn’t do anything about it for me but someone should be accountable for the abuse and theft so it doesn’t happen again) I was made to feel like there was no way I was right and there was nothing else to be done, BS, good luck with calling them too, they purposely will not answer the phone all day if they are under staffed and I was told their automated system is often wrong when I came there waited in line for 30 minutes to be told I didn’t have anything to pick up…if you have a choice, don’t go here!

I needed to transfer my sons antibiotic prescription here because my normal CVS closed before I could pick it up. I called 7 times waiting 15+ minutes on hold each time and never was able to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. Ridiculous!!!

How a pharmacy loses a prescription is beyond me. I kept getting text messages saying that my prescription was available to pick up but when I went to pick it up, they had no record of anything ever being called in. The man I spoke to said that they weren’t sure what happened and that they would call my doctors office. I waited until noon the next day to call and when I did, they told me they didn’t have the doctors phone number. Would have been nice for them to check when I was in the store to make sure they had all the information. So now I have to wait even longer to get my medicine from a different place.

I have been a customer of CVS in Willoughby Ohio for many years. On the positive side, the pharmacist have always been great to me and same with their staff. In the front of the store the staff and management have always been great too... Yes, from time to time I have had little problems that came up but what separates them from all the rest is that when I had a little problem the CEO of CVS to his management staff have always been nothing short of fantastic and always gone way out of their way to correct the issue. This shows a company that cares and backs it up by having a great CEO and management staff that also care.

Terrible pharmacy. Needed to pick up a prescription, only to be told that my name never came through the system. Turns out, They had me listed under the wrong doctor and wrong medication. When I explained to the lady that the prescription I needed was urgent, she gave me attitude and told me to wait an hour, in which I did. Unsurprisingly, I was told the medicine was still not ready and had to wait another hour. What kind of backwards operation is being run here? Never will I return to this pharmacy.

On top of high prices they found a new way to nickel dime you, buy rounding off to the nearest dollar. My purchase was $20.44 the register rounded it to $21.00 not $20.00 which I believe is the nearest dollar. So beware when the screen asks you to round it off press no.

Open 24 hours. I sent in a print order online late in the night and was totally surprised that it was available at 6am! It was a big order as well. The cashier at that early hour was very patient and nice. He made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. That is rare in retail these days. The store was clean and there was plenty of parking. Its easily accessible right off the 90 exit too.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy ever. You cannot get anyone on the phone. You’ll sit in the drive through line for two hours for them to tell you they don’t have your prescription ready. This place is an absolute JOKE

Worst experience ever! Female store manager was laughing when they lost power and could not give me my money back. The staff was so rude it was unbelievable. A call to their corporate office on Monday will be happening.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Very clean well kept store. They usually have everything in stock except toliet paper that I want. They take all my coupons and are very patient. Been there overnight before very quiet usually I am greeted and helped quickly.

Absolutely appalling... enter to print coupons at kiosk... machine was jammed. Manager Amanda was to busy texting to help, insisted for her to come over... she un-jammed machine which printed a football field length of coupons from previous other customers. She handed us what she said be would be ours. Later I had to ask where items were located in store, which she was still texting and not helping customers. She did tell me where to find items but then left the front of the store. Came up to cash out, 6 people in line, ask Miriam if she could call someone else to help ring out customers.. she said no. Waited my turn after 5 minutes and ask her to call manager to front... long story short, the manager said she spent her seven hours up front and she wasn’t coming up. Then the coupons we were giving to use were in valid to use we were told... so we had no coupons to use... manager basically said we were out of luck. Argument got loud and she told us to leave store which we did, told her I would make a complaint... she said go ahead, nothing will happen. A okay if that who CVS wants representing them. By the way we went to another CVS, coupons were ours.. they denied us to use our coupons on purpose. Didn’t buy from CVS... went to Walgreens to purchase items. I worked retail when younger and I would never treat customers like this. SAD, very SAD 😞

Horrible service in the Pharmacy! The only reason I gave a one star rating is because there is no zero. I went in to pick up my prescriptions and was told that only one was ready, the rest would be ready the next day. I went back only to find out that my prescriptions had been put away, listed as rejected and I would have to wait for them to be refilled. They had the nerve to ask why I did not pick them up while I was there. If I was not forced to go to CVS by my insurance I would definitely change my Pharmacy.

Have been with cvs for 10+ years recently moved to this side of town. Switched to this location . Boy was that a mistake. Since I got new insurance as well i was told by 2 different techs over the phone i had to come into the store to update my insurance information that it could not be done over the phone. I stopped in the next day at 1, and it was packed. I gave the tech my new insurance and asked how long it would take for my script to be rebilled she told me to come back at 3:30. At 7:30 that night i went up to CVS and they told me the same total before and the tech said i never gave my new insurance. I told her i was there earlier that day and she acted like i was lying.. after multiple techs asking me the same questions over and over again and nobody knowing or caring that i have been out of this medication for 2 days. I asked to just give me 2 pills and Ill find another pharmacy. Not one staff member cared or even acknowledged how upset i was or offered to solve the issue. Of all 5 techs not one said sorry. Very disappointed.

Dropped off my script at 4 PM was told no problem when do you want to come back? I say 7pm go there through drive through window told its not ready probably another 30 mins. So I go inside after 20 mins Im asked if Im waiting ! Hers the cherry on top ! They say to me oh we dont have it in stock we can have it tomorrow or the next day. In the mean time Im supposed to go without critical medicine. Been going for 6 years up there this is the 4th time in a row Ive had similar problems. Im not one to complain on this kind of platform but get it together please!

WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD! Every single time that I have gone here (due to my insurance and it being 24 hours) they ALWAY screw something up! I dropped off my script at 0630 this morning and said that I would be back after work at 1630. When I got there and it was finally my turn in line (which took approx. 10 minutes, it still wasnt filled, and they had just started to pull it. I waited for 20 minutes before it was ready but then they had to run it through my insurance. So there I wait again, for Another 15 minutes. Only for them to call my name again, to wait in line for Another 10 minutes for the woman (blonde straight hair and glasses) look me dead in the face and ask my name yet again and look dumb as can be when I told her my name again. Then she turned to the pharmacist and said that i had an attitude. Well of course by this point I did. You muss blonde Hair and glasses have now kept me here for over 40 minutes! Another time after leaving Urgent Care and going there with 2 scripts, they said it would be about 30 minutes. I asked if my husband could pick them up for me, and they said it was fine. When my husband went back they only had filled 1 of the prescriptions and he had to wait another 30+ minutes for the other. He also was upset and the woman working had a Hugh attitude stating that she didnt know that I wanted both scripts filled. HELLO!!!! I dropped off 2 and clarified that both were in stock, Why wouldnt I want them both filled. Nothing but problems every single time!

This is the worst pharmacy in Lake County. The pharmacy staff are nasty and very rude. The dont know how to do their jobs!! Save your self a headache and use Walgreens next door also open 24 hours! Never in my life have I come across such bad customer service, lack of knowledge about prescriptions, or the sheer lack of friendliness. Customer comes first is obviously NOT on the list for this pathetic pharmacy. Most of the young pharmacy assistants are so completely rude. This is why I go to Giant Eagle now.

1 script, 2 days to fill. Worst prescription pickup I have ever witnessed. Took a half hour to drop it off, then after having left my phone number and coming back to pick up 5 hours later I find there was a problem filling it. They didnt even bother to call me. After a grain they had made a mistake I had to come back the next morning to get it filled. One prescription 2 days.

This pharmacy is horrible! I have a vyvanse prescription and when I go to the pharmacy to fill it they always give me an attitude and talk down to me. I went yesterday to fill it,she told me it would be done later in the day. I explained that I work 2 jobs that day and want to wait, she continued to tell me they were a 24hr pharmacy (everyone wants to go to the pharmacy after a 16 hr day,right?)and come back. I told her no I will wait. A minute later she told me they didnt have it to fill my script but I can go to another cvs. She wouldnt tell me the closest one (they dont have a list of them) so I Googled it and then asked her to call the cvs to see if they had it in stock. She told me no and they dont open till 9a.m. (not true,open before 9. She lied)I left and called the cvs myself, they did have it so I went there. (On the way I called my job because now Im going to be late..uugghh) when I arrived the ladies were so nice! They took care of me with no problem, I didnt even wait 5 minutes and it was ready. I thanked them continuously for being respectful and prompt. Off to work in went and made it on time! Thank you Ladies at the mentor ave/Hopkins cvs!! I will NEVER go back to s.o.m center cvs. They should take classes on manners and how to deal with the public!!!!.
