Ive been going to this store since it opened. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Most recently I had a great experience bringing my son in to shop and they were able to find him exactly what he wanted. They have the best customer service of any store in the area!

Staff greeted my grandson and me and let us browse as we checked out the game selection. When we had found what we wanted the check-out was quick and accurate. The staff took the time to talk to my grandson and his games, which made him feel good. The store was clean and well-organized and the staff know their stock!

Absolute garbage of a store. Every single time I go in there, theyre rude, and inconsiderate of what people want or need. Walked out TWICE in the middle of them explaining things because they had such an incredibly TERRIBLE costumer service and tones/moods. Same dude every time. Hes been there TOO long to EVER WANT to go in and ask or ever BUY anything from them. Id rather drive an hour+ away just to get some decent service than to EVER go back to THIS specific Game Stop store. Maybe if they hired a whole new staff would I consider going back... If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Thats how bad they are.

Mike and the rest of the staff here ABSOLUTELY know their stuff. When asking for recommendations, they dont just throw out the newest titles or their own personal picks; they actually ask questions and get to know you as a gamer so they can help you find something youll enjoy!

Bought 2 wireless PS4 controllers here and both have the same problem with the start button and middle pad being stiff and hard to push in functioning only some of the time. People were nice and the atmosphere is good but I would look else where for PS4 controllers as this has happened to me before with another controller in the past.

I really like this place. I found stuff that I never saw in another store. The guy who helped me was truly kind. I went once for a Playstation control and in the end I turned up with my hands full of accessories... 😂😂. I went back to Texas and I never could find a GameStop store with things like this store had.

Favorite store in the mall

So I was going to buy a game (Mortal Kombat X) for my older brother as a Christmas present. I had the money and everything. But once I get to paying he ask for my ID and says I have to be +17 to buy the game and Im 15 with 2 jobs going to school. So what do you think do shouldnt I be allowed to buy the game if Im old enough to work 2 jobs? I think thats ridiculous. Now what am I supposed to get my brother?

Well a place that specializes in selling video game systems cannot get order or sell you a ps4 pro which even target and wal mart have and wont take items on trade that are bought from gamestop!!

Besides the annoying forced sales pitches the gamestop corporation force their employees to do (powerup rewards,preorder pushes) the staff at the willmar location is pretty good. Very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, ect. They do a pretty good job overall.
