Terrible experience!! Me and my wife went in to upgrade our plan to unlimited (12/5/20 6:30pm) and get my wife a new phone. We spoke with LADONA WRIGHT and she straight up lied to us about the cost of the new plan. She told us it would only be a small difference in price. We asked for official documentation with numbers, LADONA WRIGHT told us that was impossible and instead wrote some BS numbers on a sticky note. I foolishly trusted her. Once we checked the bill on the app later that night the price was more than $160 over what LADONA WRIGHT reported. Why such a difference?? Customers BEWARE LADONA WRIGHT will clearly lie just to get a sale. Ive been a happy AT&T customer for years but this whole situation has left a terrible taste in my mouth.

Employee was amazing... However I went to get a new phone and they were out of the phone I wanted... Have to wait for my new phone to come in... Kind of a wasted visit..➡

The best customer service hands down!! Mark, Nathalie, and Emily are simply the best to work with. Nathalie took the time to help me and my family to set up our new devices. We felt that she went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of. Emily always has a smile when I walk in to pay my bill, and Mark runs the best AT&T store I have ever been in. I would definitely recommend this location for all of your wireless needs.

Mark and his staff have the best customer service around! They are always willing to go over and above whats expected. I have been to many cell phone companies that are way too pushy and dont seem to care about me, but only want my money. I would recommend this store based on how they treat me as a friend and not just a dollar sign. Thanks AT&T for the staff at this location.

This is the best at&t store I have ever been to. Nathalie was so nice, knew the answers to ALL of my questions, and even saved some money in my bill. Highly recommend.

We have had a family plan with AT&T for years and my daughter has repeatedly(at least 6 times) asked them to make all of us authorized users. My phone broke yesterday and I went in this morning to get a new phone - expecting a good experience knowing that the broken phone isnt their fault, I simply need a new one. After and awkward silence I am told I am not authorized and that calling my daughter is no longer an option for them because AT&T changed their policy. I am not mad at the staff in the store - I am mad at the people who were asked at least 6 times to make us all authorized users that didnt do it and I am mad at AT&T for rendering their in store staff useless in a situation like this. After years of being a loyal AT&T customer with only mild frustration over the authorized user situation I am now without a phone for I dont know how long and may very well be headed to Verizon this afternoon. Customer Service people need to be able to offer customer service - companies need to quit making it so impossible for the in store staff.

Worst place can never help you and worst customer service

My whole experience with this AT&T retail store has been unfortunate. The employees there didn’t even have the basic knowledge that it takes to price out plans, do a refund, take phone cases off, or operate an iPhone. And this AT&T location didn’t even have the proper things necessary to program a phone, like wifi. How can you have a room full of electronics that you’re wanting people to buy, but have no way of making them function once they’re purchased? My husband and I were there for 4 hours and still left without fully functioning phones. The manager was pleasant enough on the phone, but had zero follow through. This is easily and honestly the worst customer service experience of my life. So disappointed with our first AT&T experience as new customers.

Will never return to this location, the customer service made me want to leave AT&T as my carrier even. Very unsympathetic, and unwilling to resolve an issue I am having with my phone. Werent even willing to look at my phone and tell me what the problem may be without me paying off the device, absolutely ridiculous!
