Great place to have either an espresso or an adult beverage. Small place but yet big enough for the usual crowd. It has a chill vibe on the inside and on the outside patio. Right in the heart of Wichitas Delano District facing the street and clock tower with another patio in the back with an atmosphere that just brings everyone closer together. Theres always a fun and sometimes very eccentric crowd which only adds to the great atmosphere that the place already has established. This is definitely one of those places where the best thing about it is the people who run it and the people who frequent it. Plus the drinks are good and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

One of the best nightlife coffee shops around! Regular there for years. Great for morning work on a laptop, hanging out with friends, or meeting new people. Made some lifelong friends there. Diverse patrons, age, SES, culture. Staff are solid, experienced. Great experience and go to.

$2 MYSTERY BEERS. Need I say more? Lol, I will. Always a chill environment with a wide selection of beers, which I choose to pay only $2 for each beer and let the bartender choose a beer for me. It is a great way to expand your beer tastes! Great place to come and hang out with friends, have a coffee, tea, or alcohol. Study during the day, play board games or cards, chill on the patio out front or the deck out back. A gem of Delano. I love it!

Wichita is a great place but lacks late night places designed for working or studying with others. During the week Vagabond is the closest youre gonna find. Its lively but not rowdy. The coffee is reasonably priced and the one worker I spoke to was extremely nice.

Staff is always chill. Went tonight and loved the music they were playing. My date and I had Irish coffees with no complaints.

Super chill cafe and bar. I had time to kill in Wichita between appointments, and spent that time relaxed in one of their booths, catching up on reports and enjoying the tunes. Good music, friendly people, and if I was a local, it would definitely be one of my favorite haunts. I love this little nook. So cute how theyve spaced out the tables, with caution tape and dummies LOL. They have board games, books, tables and booths. Quiet enough to read or visit with a friend, maybe even study. Its like a coffee shop that serves alcohol. I LOVE it. I just wish they were open later... City ordinances make them close at 11. Used to be open until 2, I believe.

Chill cafe/bar and neighborhood hangout and not far from some fantastic restaurants. If youre looking for a relaxed and laid back atmosphere this is the place youre looking for.

I had been recommended to try this place by a co-worker of mine, and finally decided to check it out on a whim. Almost missed it since it was right off the roundabout, but conveniently found street parking just feet away. Very cozy and relaxed atmosphere, friendly and quick service, and a killer music selection all culminated into a pleasant and welcoming experience (even if youre just wanting to grab a cup of java and dive into a good book). I havent tried their alcoholic selection yet, but will no doubt be coming back to do so very soon!Tl;Dr: If youre on the fence about trying this place and/or happen to be downtown, just go. It will definitely be worth your money and time (especially if youre an introvert but willing to try out new things, like me)!

Restroom reminds me of a gas filling station in the 60s. Coffee and drinks OK. They don’t do food or snacks except a few inadequate and unsatisfactory items. No need to go all out for food but dang, you don’t even bother to have chips and nuts. Bummer.

Went in to meet a friend and was smacked in the face by an awful moldy smell right when I walked in the door. I wasnt too concerned with the smell knowing I was going to be on the patio so I went ahead and ordered a drink anyway. Ordered a simple whiskey sour and it was awful. All I could taste was the whiskey and ice. The bartender was less than friendly and didnt seem to like me much which was odd seeing as how this was my first time coming in except for one other time early in the morning for a coffee. Needless to say I wasnt impressed and hoped for more

I love coming here. Great quiet atmosphere inside, friendly conversation outside. Pets are welcome on the patios. The spicy Bloody Mary is pretty good. Awesome coffee too. The crowd isnt too bad either.

Great atmosphere, solid beverage selection, great service. The Vagabond is the perfect environment for coming to talk with a friend or two. Its quiet, intimate and feels conducive to good conversation. Bonus points on my last visit where my friend and I ordered 2 house cold brew coffees and they were almost out - they didnt have enough to make 2 full orders so they split what they had in 2 cups and gave it to us on the house.

Nice little hole in the wall, No Frills Coffee Joint and drinking dive. The reason why I would visit a business like this is because I want to relax I dont want to have to worry about dressing up I just want to go someplace where I can enjoy a nice conversation with interesting people! If youre looking to go to a Snazzy, Posh coffee house then this place definitely isnt for you. Its very laid-back very well Warren and cozy. They do offer a wide variety of alcohol however when I go there I just get coffee and Baileys. They have a small little sitting area out front where you can watch all the traffic and interesting characters and then they also have an area out back and outside the building that is a covered seating area for larger groups.

Great place to stop in while shopping downtown. So many options youll find something youre in the mood for. Their walls always gave art to buy and look at. An interesting stop for any traveler. This is a must for any coffee lover or general vagabond.

Decided to go in the evening due to the late hours and need to get some work done. Ive driven past this place a ton of times before. Not going back. I didnt find the atmosphere as friendly and inviting as I expected after reading other reviews. If you go later in the day definitely expect this place to be in full swing bar mode.

Super cozy place that aims to help out a population that needs it the most, the homeless. With inexpensive coffee, cocktails or beer and great deals on local food that is occasionally offered inside, their effort to help out and provide a place for people to hang out and relax in a warm place with great staff should not be missed. Worth a visit in my opinion.

Ive loved this place for over ten years now. Coffee shop and bar, super laid-back. Its a great place to go to do schoolwork during the day and earlier evening, and a fun bar at night. The clientele add to the laid-back, easy atmosphere too. Staff and patrons both tend to be respectful and friendly, and I have never had a negative experience here. =)

I want to give this place a better review, but theyre just not for everyone. If you like something a little bit more rough with fantastic beer and coffee then this is the place for you. The people here are great and are a special bunch of true Wichita natives. For me its five stars, but again, if youre looking for clean cut then just go to the monarch down the street.

Very hipster type bar. They have a small selection of coffee ready to serve, taste higher end but Im not exactly a expert. Great selection of beer from low end too high end, and a good selection of mostly mid level but some higher end alcohol. Nice service and comfy atmosphere. Havent been here on the weekends yet tho.

This is a great place to get alcohol and coffee! If you feel like drinking alone, no one will bother you. I see people here working on laptops or reading all the time. But if youre in a group and/or feel like talking to new people, its a great environment for that too! Vagabond definitely attracts a friendly and creative crowd.

Saw this place on a visitors map so we decided to stop by. Was not disappointed. Great place. Friendly people. 2 guys there started chatting with us when they heard we were from out of town. Great place. Coffee and liquor in one place.

Vagabond had been my go to place for more than a decade. Awesome bartenders and friendly crowd, plus good drinks, mystery beers, and cold brew... cant go wrong.

Oh in the year 2015 did I go to The Vagabond more than twenty times. And lo I found lattes and whiskey, pink pussycats and good service. I highly recommend giving The Vagabond a chance while you work out where to spend that money you dont need to keep. Best latte in town, hands down. Better than all the lattes you can have in Colorado, too. I checked.

Nice place. Came in because I thought it was a coffee house but its apparently a bar that sells coffee. Not my scene but the vanilla latte was actually really good. A bit overpriced though at 5 dollars. It would be an okay place to come have a drink if I drank alcohol. The guy probably should have said thst it was a bar on the phone but its not a big deal. I should have known I suppose.

Great little hole in the wall bar with an interesting mix of the ordinary and eclectic. A local favorite since Delano area renovations in the late aughts. Cozy and comfortable its a good place for conversation with friends.

Cool niche type of place. They have a full bar as well as a barista. You do have to go to the bar to order, but they make up for that with cool board games being available to play at your table. I love it here.

Decent low key environment. Cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired from time to time, but the building/fixtures are a little old which adds to the atmosphere. So it all comes out in the wash.

My father as a young man frequented this quaint meeting place. I celebrated my 21st birthday here many years ago. My children enjoy the quaint atmosphere with many friends from all walks of life. Indeed a treasure place for the Land of Oz!

The staff is great. The coffee is good, and its the best place in town to have a French press all to yourself an study in a quiet booth. Its open both early and late, and also serves alcohol, so you wont be inundated with rampaging children.
