Screw Starbucks. Im from Washington state and even they dont like them. They burn their beans, tastes bitter, way too into themselves. This particular SB has a messed up drive thru enterance that no one knows how to enter. i rather drive a few more blocks to scooters where u dont have to pay 7 bucks for corporate coffee.

This Starbucks team is awesome! Even though the line was wrapped around the building they were still smiling and slinging coffee like professionals! 21st and Amidon has the best partners, hands down!!

The place was nice with open seats, but it had so many flies it must have been set up for a frog. If I were a frog I would have given this place a 5 out of 5 stars, but as a human I would rather not have so many flies around especially when Im trying to relax.

Great coffee service. Too noisy inside for conversation hang out. Outside aweful for hangout too noisy traffic. To chill w friends go someplace else.

The last few times I’ve went to this Starbucks they don’t make the right thing, I’ve asked for a White chocolate mocha iced and I get just a white mocha iced! There is a taste difference and it seems like the employees don’t listen to their customers very well I get their busy in the morning!

Thanks for making this weird low carb keto drink! Most of the drinks are loaded with sugar and I wanted a sweet alternative. It actually tasted amazing! Staff were very friendly!

This location used to be my favorite, but the past few weeks i’ve gone the staff is unbelievably rude. They were out of the drink I wanted and I said it was okay and that i’ll just get a refund and they told me they wouldn’t refund me and that i had to do it online, which never worked. But i figured maybe they were having an off day. So I went back again today and got 3 drinks for my family. I walked in and told them what I had and they ignored me. Then when my drinks were ready I asked for a drink tray and the young man behind the counter rolled his eyes at me and ignored me when I said thank you. I highly recommend driving the extra couple of miles to go to the one around WSU campus! They’re so nice and fast!!

Online inventory is dead wrong more than half the time, and its frustrating. The impossible sandwich is delicious when they actually have it. The staff is always great.

Favorite barrista works here but drive thru is beyond slow and theres 2 entrances into the drive up lane so you always feel like your going to get into a fight because people are always cutting in line when youve been waiting for 10 mins in the actual drive thru line. It makes it worth not even going.

There was nobody else in the place which was fine as I was looking for a quiet place to read but I felt like my drink took a really long time to make. Staff was super friendly but no mention of why my drink took so long (I do not have a complex Starbucks order). Restaurant was very clean though and it was a great place to get some reading done and definitely one of the smaller, more tight spaced location I have ever been to.

Coffee is always awesome and the staff is great. When there is a little bit of a wait the employees will chat with me in the morning or give love to my pup. Its awesome!

I was terrified of the flies . This location has a cleaning issue. I have never walked in a Starbucks or anywhere really seeing so many flies. I dont think I trust this location, I decided to come inside because why not and I could not believe my eyes. Im sorry I dont have pictures to prove but you can visit yourself and see . If flies everywhere including in the display tray does not bother you, thats weird .

The wait for a mobile order is often 20 minutes from the time of placing it, 2-3x any other location. I frequently find that my drink has not been started until after I walk in, 10+ min after submitting the order. The employees seem to resent the inconvenience that customers present, too.

They are always busy when I go, and the staff is always professional and kind. The one located at 21st and amidon make the best java chip frappuccino in Wichita. So if that is your favorite drink, go to that one.

Staff always greets me with a smile, always happy. I wish my jobs drive thru line was as efficient as this one.

1st ever visit to a Starbucks. not impressed. not very clean. even with more employees than customers, after ordering it still took 5 minutes to get a cup of hot coffee there. drive thru gets their primary focus, good for that I suppose. okay for special coffee as the guest with me was tended to quickly, but not worth the wait nor price for a cup of regular Joe.

Currently out of blonde espresso; ristretto shots are not comparable to blond espresso. Disappointed in this location for not ensuring products are available for menu items.

Had an awesome Roasted ham and swiss sandwich. Possibly one of the best sandwiches Ive eaten ever.

The staff is always super nice but it can take up to 30 minutes in line at any given time or day to be able to order. Also just as whole it would be great if starbucks would figure out better drive thrus they know they have alot of people come to the place so why not build the space accordingly.

This location has gone down hill, lattes taste like theyre from a gas station machine.. Drink was luke warm and had no coozie.

I’ve been here a couple of times to get coffee, they take a little extra time compared to other locations but I get it they’re a smaller shop and it’s no problem to wait.My 2 star review is based on the taste of the coffee I’ve received. I always get the same thing; a white chocolate mocha. A couple of times it tasted like it straight up was half water, but what prompted me today to write a review was that today mine just tastes like hot milk. My co-workers mocha, who picked up the order, tastes like a regular white chocolate mocha, even had her taste mine to make sure I wasnt crazy and she spit it out.

Came with my daughter she loves Starbucks. A bit pricey for my taste.

They are never open since Saturday and through today! At 8:47 am a coffee shop isn’t open it makes absolutely zero sense when it clearly states their hours of operation and they say they should be open!

Why, when a hot beverage is ordered through the hot drinks section on the app, it keeps getting made cold? This has happened at multiple locations now. It is so disappointing to order ahead to try to save time just to get there and have to wait for it to be made as ordered.

While I generally prefer the Starbucks in Maize, this one is much closer to my house. Its really very cute and generally still has sitting space. I find it fairly cozy and theyre less busy so people dont mind me counting my spare change

Stopped by Starbucks on Amidon and 21st to get coffee. Noticed their Community board and asked if a Shockers baseball schedule could be posted. The counter guy says it is only for Starbucks related material. Neither of the two things on that board were Starbucks related, so the guy flat out lied. Wichita State Shockers fans ought to avoid this Starbucks location. They dont support you, so dont support them.

For a small store, this one is very pleasant, convenient, and comfortable enough with the trademark good service and great coffees. I would only say that I wish it were a little quieter. There is a fair amount of banging around in the barista area as they hustle to get drinks out.

Starbucks has the best Iced coffee, cream and caramel syrup. Its a friendly, cozy place to go to warm up or for a quick frappuccino. I have always had a good experience and if you try something and dont like it they will make something else for you and I really love that.

My chai tea latte was fine, nothing of special note. Customers names/drinks were not called out when ready for pick up; they were simply placed on a rack for customers to check when they thought the drink might be ready. Ice was melting in cups, watering down beverages; hot drinks began to cool. My CTL was not nearly as hot as it should have been since I was seated at a table around a corner from the pick up counter and couldnt see when it was finished. Very busy at the time; not all customers could stand at the counter and wait, nor should they need to do so. Call out drinks when placing them on the rack!

I have been coming here for years and they are simply awesome and super friendly. Everything there is so good. Just wish it wasnt so high on their prices. But its excellent coffee food is great desserts are wonderful.

Probably the worst Starbucks in Wichita. I had paid for 2 venti fraps and they tried to give me 2 grandes, when I gave them back to them I heard one of the employees says”yeah like the 4 oz really make a huge difference in the world” Well when I paid for ventis it does. If you’re going to talk about your customers you should learn how to whisper.

Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The window bar area was all sticky, the table was like that when I came in for 45 minutes, the floor was dirty. The girls at the window were making comments about throwing up in their mouths a little because some lady called her baby and someone having 3 baby daddy’s (you could hear them across the store). I’m from Washington home of Starbucks and have never been so unimpressed with a location ever until now.

This is the most doesnt have it together Starbucks Ive been to. Its the closest to my house so on weekends, its where I go. Theyve gotten my drink wrong on several occasions, and have had to all me back to make returns on items I ordered but they had run out of. At one point, 1 out of 4 trips there was an issue. Theyve never offered a sorry we got your order wrong comp.

They always seem to finish orders really slow usually have to wait five to ten minutes... Their drive thru pavement needs reworked. Not trying to talk bad but just trying to point out some need for improvement.

My husband and I both ordered drinks with no whipped cream. The barista, of course, made them with whipped cream, but he remembered right before handing us the drinks that we ordered them without whipped cream. His solution was to scrape off/dump out 1/4 of our drinks to remove the whipped cream and then handed them to us. Total waste of money. Terrible customer service.

In town on a business trip and decided to stop by this Starbucks 10/09/18 around 6:30 for a simple drip coffee. The staff behind the counter are some of the most zombie-like people I have ever seen in my life. They were distant, distracted, disinterested, and downright rude. The simple drip coffee which normally takes less than a minute to pour in a cup and hand over took them about 5 minutes! When I remarked to the male staff who handed me the cup That took so long he just gave a zombie stare and said Yeah. How Starbucks even employs these people is baffling.

Plus, Ive had the person in front of me pay for my coffee numerous times! I pass it on of course!! As long as I keep getting greeted with a bright smile before the sun comes up, Ill keep driving out of my way to come to this location! 😊
