These guys are awesome. They got us really good tires for a great price. They thought we would need some extra work that wouldve been $800 and we agreed but they told us the next day that we didnt need them after all. I greatly appreciate their integrity on this matter. Went in to have brake pads changed and they refused to do it without changing the calipers and rotors too. Thankfully Meineke was able to do it the job for me and their prices are cheaper. Definitely wont ever be doing business with that place.

Pretty great place for tire patches and installation. We had an issue with our tire after it was patched (another hole too close to the sidewall to be repaired), the tires were getting close to needing replacement anyways, so John worked quickly to get specialty sized tires in the next day so my wife and I could take our vehicle out of town safely.

We had to limp in without an alternator on a Sunday and they got us right in to work on it.

I for certain will not be coming back. I was just here yesterday to place two new tires on my vehicle. When I walked in and checked in a asked to go ahead and pay up from and the gentleman said that they needed to get my car back and pick tires. He said that he would come back and grab my once my vehicle was in back being worked on. 2 hours later someone else said my car was ready. No one ever gave me the. Chance to choose tires. Or give me an option for pricing. I over paid for 2 tires! Over $400 for 2 new tires?! That’s ridiculous. And for the fact that they place them on without giving me a quote.

Was told to be back at 5pm after dropping my vehicle off at 1pm just for them to check and see if my tire could be repaired or needed to be replaced. They havent even brought it inside yet @ 5:01pm. They said my vehicle was next but they just pulling a different vehicle. Pretty ridiculous its taking this long to look at one tire.

We were travelling across the country and had a flashing check engine light. They had our auto problem diagnosed, repaired and we were rolling down the road 2-1/2 hrs later! Very courteous personnel and manager (John), and skilled ASE certified technician onsite. Outstanding service made us happy campers once again!!

I was traveling out of town on business and had a tire that was leaking air fast. I drove in without a appointment. They got me in promptly and had it fixed pretty quick. Nice friendly folks. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys.

These were really nice people and they were able to work my car into the mix on a holiday weekend which was great. Unfortunately they broke our tire pressure sensor but that kind of thing happens from time to time. Overall, I was pleased with this experience and would do business with this crew again.

Great experience replacing tires and getting oil changed. Customer service was phenomenal, and I spent less than what I was quoted at discount tire ( which didn’t even include oil change!)

Impossible to get tire fixed there that was purchased there. 3 times now Ive had tire needing repair and they always say they are booked out till next week and cannot get it in. What is the point of buying tires there and then never being available to help when need quick repair?? Disappointing and will not purchase from them in the future.

Great store and helpful staff. I take all my vehicles there. I feel like they give me all options of repairs and pricing and explain it well, but they are not pushy about it. I love that they are open on the weekends. During the week, its hard for me to get my vehicle in, unless it is a break down. 10/10

Came in for a patch job, ended up having to replace. But the wait was minimal and the staff were great. Use to go somewhere else (usually a long wait) so wanted to try somewhere new. Think I may have found my new place. Highly recommend.

I stopped in to have my car checked out because it was acting weird. The staff in front were very friendly and professional. The crew working on my car were excellent, they explained all of my questions in terms I understood. I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands!

Went to have my tires checked because low pressure light came on. Was told they would put air in them but thats it... there was a very obvious nail sticking out of my tread and they wouldnt check it at all... just put air in it...i had to drive 5 more miles to find a place to patch the tire. May not be a big deal to everyone, but if there is an obvious problem, maybe you should try to atleast get it in. That could have been pretty dangerous according to the actual person who fixed the tire for me.

Needed 4 tires on my cross over vehicle, they took my old tires off and started working on them, but realized they only 3 tires that size in the store, inventory said 4 ,they apologized for the inconvenience, and said that one of their other stores had one, but it was too late to get, but could do it first thing in the morning. We said okay we will pick it up tomorrow. They only charged us for 3 tires. Excellent customer service !!!!!

Had my oil changed at TiresPlus West Wichita yesterday before leaving for Delaware from Kansas. Find today that my car is leaking oil everywhere. Good game tires plus. Glad we have professionals that know what theyre doing to preform tasks for us so we get to our destinations safely. Stuck at another shop for at least 1.5 hours for them to even look at what they did. Corporate complaint here I come...

They stand by their products. I got tires here almost a year ago and had an issue with one today. They fixed it for free really fast.

Fabulous service. Friendly on the phone, courteous in the store. John and Jeremy were awesome!!!! Wheel alignment, balance, and rotation in 45 minutes. Done well and in good time. No hesitation in scheduling maintenance with staff at Tires Plus on Kellogg!

They were willing to accommodate me even though I came in an hour before closing. Plus they were able to find me a better price than what they initially quoted me.

Dalton and Alvin were very friendly! I appreciated how they kept me informed on what they were doing.

If you can, leave the kids and son in law at home when you go. They do great work and know their stuff. Have a nice lobby to wait in and toys for the kids.

I am not typically very trusting of anyone who works on my vehicles but these guys seem to be good at their jobs, as far as I can confirm they are also pretty trustworthy. I have only been once but they followed through on estimated time and cost and that is what I expect. I will update my review if anything changes.

Made a call to them to see if I could get a patch job done on tire that had a bad leak. The car was just across the street from the location and was told they could maybe help or maybe not. I again asked it is just a patch on one tire and again told maybe or maybe not but show up and see. Not what I call service at all. Just be upfront and tell me no sorry we are to busy to get to you, not show and wait and see. My shop of choice Discount tire would never do, you need to step your game up, you never know who the person on the phone is, and could have a business and a lot of tires that need work, but I will no longer go to any location ever

Compared several different tire stores when I bought my cars tires. They were by far the least expensive. Got me in and out quick and didnt try to pressure sell any extras.

Price was acceptable for the tire we needed and the gentlemen in the lobby and all but 1 tire tech were extremely proffessional and great to do business with. Unfortunately we got the tech that has zero customer service. We were extremely unhappy with his attitude, his swearing at my husband and the way he treated my vehicle once he was confronted by his manager about his attitude and language. If we ever go back we will refuse to have the older guy with all the tattoos and attitude to be allowed near our Camaro. Would be 5 stars however the treatment we received from the tech cost the review a star

Tires Plus, West Wichita gave me great customer service as soon as I walked in the door. They were a little busy on a Saturday afternoon. I patiently waited while the two technicians finished. I got on the spot pricing for a full set, or only two tires. They ordered the tires to be delivered from another store, then within an 1.5 hours I had new tires already mounted. Tires Plus was well within my budget, and actually saved me about $35 / tire that included mounting and balancing. What a great deal!

Tires ay a reasonable price. They almost instantly gave me a print out of 3 different tire types they had on hand. All had out the door price which was great. In less than an hour they were done. Great place. Experienced techs, not a bunch of kids. I will be back.

I have been a customer of Tires Plus for 10 years now. John ( store manager) and his staff are very honest and do not try to talk you into work that you do not need. I strongly suggest you take your cars to them if you need work done. I have never had a bad experience there. If by chance you are not happy, just ask to speak with John and he will make it right for you.

Got 4 new tires, all was well. Noticed they twisted off a stud. I called the store and they apologized and told me to take it in to get it fixed at their expense. I have always been treated fairly. What makes this place worth going to is the exceptional front desk/service managers that will always make you feel like everything is being taken care of and under control. Cheapest tires in town as well.

Ive trusted my tire needs with this TiresPlus for years. For both my vehicles. I dont know anything about tires and they make it seem like Ive got a family friend taking care of me. John always lays out the options for me and advises me on warranties and pricing, letting me choose whats best for my family. I wont go anywhere else.

Jon and Dan, has always been honest about repairs that benefit my well being and that will keep my vehicle running longer. I just took my car back this week, due to my Starter went out. They replaced it without any charge, due to it was under warranty. Thanks the staff for caring about my Family vehicles. We Will always bring any and all of our car back to them.

John McCaffrey and the crew are always friendly, helpful, and willing to take time with their customers. While I was waiting, I saw the manager (John) go outside in the drizzle with an elderly lady and look over a tire, and listen to her engine run and listen to try to help her with the problems she was experiencing. I think people feel they can trust John and the crew!

I have been using these guys for years. We have 4 cars in the family, and 2 of them are teenagers...so maintenance is crucial. They are honest, gracious, and always make reasonable recommendations. Wont consider going anywhere else.

I went in to have a low tire looked at. Was informed that was unrepairable and a new tire would be anywhere from $130 to $150. Took my vehicle to a local tire shop, he checked the tire there was a nail in the tread in a very repairable spot and only charged me $15! I felt as though because I am a woman, my voice was hoarse and I wasnt feeling well (and they could tell) that they were going to take advantage of me. Be careful dealing with this location!!!

Very kind and helpful! Tire was not able to be repaired but they helped us get three spare down (it was stuck) and put it on with no charge. I would definitely go back for future tire issues.

I dealt with Wes, salesman for Tires Plus, and he provided excellent customer service. We did have a hiccup (1 of my 4 tires wasnt in stock, the computer was wrong on inventory) but Wes kept me updated every 15 minutes on the situation. I wont go into great detail, but Wes took care of the situation and was very apologetic and professional.I read the other reviews and its unfortunate that people will only write their bad experiences. Heres the bottom line: I got a great set of tires at great price (cheapest in town for a premium all weather tire) and was given exceptional customer service. Deal with confidence!

I buy my tires there and go there quite often for tire repairs. They take my tire as soon as I walk in the door and have it repaired and balanced in about ten minutes and bring it out to my vehicle all at no charge.

I had to wait a bit longer than expected because they had to go get 3 of the tires from a different store. They didnt wait to take old tires off until new ones got there, they were ready to go when they arrived. Then 2 weeks later i picked up some debris in a tire about an inch or more wide ruining the tire. I didnt have road hazard on them but they did give me a new tire half price and with road hazard. Most places around here would not have done that.

They are so nice here. Not even just the person that I talked to, everyone I met. They checked on my brakes (free brake inspection) and found a lot more wrong with it than we had originally thought, so I figured I couldnt go through with it, so they didnt pressure me or anything, just let me know about their credit card and put it back together. I ended up changing my mind since they had the credit card and I was approved (they were helpful with that, too). They didnt complain about having just put it back together, they just went back to work. I go sit for a while and he comes out and tell me he found a way to knock off around $200, which is major! The sitting area is comfortable and air conditioned, the bathroom is clean, the people are so friendly and helpful, theyve got a credit card and coupons..honestly, after this, Im not going anywhere else for my car. They do everything and these guys rock. Thanks for all your help!

We were in the process of buying a truck at a local dealer, and it needed an alignment and balance. The dealer couldnt get us in through their own service dept, and we were told we would have to wait. This didnt sit well with us, so we called Tires Plus. Not only could they get us in immediately, but it took just over an hour for an alignment and balance, and it fixed all the issues. We still bought the truck, and couldnt be happier with it, but these guys at Tires Plus are the real MVPs of that transaction. Absolutely recommend them.

Awesome location! Theyre farther from my home than the east side location on N. Rock but much more friendly. My husband bought the tires for my car from them, but Eastside... As such I tended to try to schedule my repairs and rotate & balance through the Eastside. Every time they have been dismissive and rude, so I end up going out West. I love the Westside location, for their friendly and polite front end guys. Of course the techs and mechanics all do good work but I never deal one on one with them. The front end guys out West could teach the east side a thing or two on polite conversation and not scoffing at the guest who doesnt want to wait a week plus to get a flat repair just because a sale is going on. Keep it West!

Went in and they told me it would be 3 hours and I was fine with that. Went in to check about the 2 hour to 2.5 hour mark and they said my would be next to be looked at. Went out to eat and came back an hour and a half later and they had forgotten about my tire. Wasted most of my day waiting for them. Never buying anything from them again. Horrible service!

I ordered tires online and scheduled a appointment for my wifes car. She went in and they installed the wrong tires, a cheaper model, for the same price. When I caught the mistake they did swap out for the correct tires, but I wonder how many times they have done this before.
