Wow! who knew this little jem was tucked in on the east side near 21st and Woodlawn. I called after doing a quick search online and they got me in immediately with an estimate a few hours later and I picked up my vehicle the next day. They also they gave me photos and suggestions for routine maintenance-- my vehicle is 20 years old. thank you for a great experience. I will be back

Myer automotive. This is the most reliable source for any work to be done on my car 🚗 good value. Wonderful customer service. They come and pik up my car and return it back to me in the time frames I request. I have never had an issue with personnel. Friendly caring. And most of all. HONEST

Absolutely fantastic experience. From the professionals that helped me over the phone to taking care of my vehicle while its in there. I made minor tweaks that I didnt even ask for that was needed (like stopping that annoying squeaking sound). Highly recommend you plan on coming back here for all of my future automotive needs.

I had a great experience at Myers. I originally took my car to Meineke because my car was overheating. They wanted to charge me over $1100 for a new cooling fan. After speaking with Myers, they were able to do the same work for half the price. Don was incredibly helpful and made me feel ensured that I wouldn’t be getting taken advantage of since I’m not too knowledgeable about cars. Honest people that do honest work with honest prices!

First time taking one of my autos to Myers. They did a good job with my Hyundai. Figured out the problem at a reasonable price and inspected the entire vehicle for other issues. Some I will do myself. Others I may have them take care of.

I’m the guy you rescued from the Kansas Turnpike with a broken Transfer Case. I was 600 miles from home and 1,100 miles from my destination.You guys are the greatest team I have seen in a long time!!!When my car broke down on the Kansas City Turnpike, I called several garages and was looking for a family owned repair shop. When I called Myers, Don answered the phone and said yes they were a family. He asked what the symptoms were and after I explained what happened, he said they could help me continue on my trip.Don introduced me to Jim, the mechanic who checked out my car, and they told me the transfer case needed to be replaced. Jim showed me the metal pieces in the transmission fluid.It was early evening and all of the parts stores were closed so they suggested several nearby hotels and helped my family get transportation to a hotel.Now here is best of all; they shopped around for the best part at the best price, replaced the transfer case very timely so I could get back on the road, checked my entire vehicle for problems and suggested certain things when I get to my destination.Myers operates a great shop and I appreciate how much they helped us personally with their kindness and understanding about our situation and the car ran perfectly for the rest of my trip.

Myers is great. Every time I have taken my car in for an inspection they have been able to provide me with a lot of detail of what I need to fix right away and what I should look out for down the road. Their mechanics are good about updating me with any issues, and getting the work done in a timely fashion.

I called at 9:00 AM and they got me in at 11. I called them because it looked like it would cost me five times as much to take it to the dealer. They were professional and the job seems to be well done. On top of everything else, they gave me a military discount without my asking for it. Ill go there the next time I need repairs.

Myers automotive is the best car shop on the planet. They are transparent in their business practices such as providing pictures of damaged parts and options to repair them. They are honest and dependable. My wife loves going there because car shops used to intimidate her , but Myers employees make her feel at ease. That my friends is priceless. Great job Myers !!!

I am here from out of town and my dad referred me to Meyers Unruh Auto. They got me in, diagnosed the problem, called me and fixed it the same day. I appreciated the professional and courteous behind the counter men and the mechanic who fixed the car.They cant keep good people on low fees. They were competitive and fixed it right the first time. With your time and out of schedule arrangements to be made, it is most convenient and cost effective to get it right the first time. So it was money well spent. Thank you and yes, I would recommend them to my friends.

Myers has been continuously helpful and trust worthy when it comes from just an oil change to replacing an entire PTU in my highlander. The communication is great and quotes are true to ending price. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a good mechanic in Wichita.

Our family was on our way to OKC from Manhattan, KS when our water pump went out on our Toyota Camry in Wichita. We called around and most of the shops where too busy to help us.Myers offered to take a look and when they diagnosed that it was the water pump, they started fixing it right way and tried to get it fixed before they closed. Unfortunately, they ended up needing a gasket they didnt have and had to wait until the next day because the part stores where closed.They were nice and offered to loan us their shop mini van, so we could get to our hotel. The next day they were able to get it fix in the morning. We were able to make it to OKC and now were almost back to Manhattan and the car has ran fine.If youre looking for a nice professional shop then I would recommend you give Myers a try.

As a female, there is always anxiety involved when it comes to anything related to my car. Needless to say, when I drove into the curb and blasted a gigantic hole in my tire, I had to take it somewhere nearby to be fixed. Lucky for me, there was an Unruh Automotive down the street. I wasnt sure what I was expecting to pay for a new tire, but I was thinking it would be up to the $300 range. John (the manager?), a very courteous and professional employee, looked my tire over and quoted me a price for less than half that. All the guys I interacted with there before and after my tire was fixed were extremely friendly and personable. I would not hesitate to take my car there in the future and will recommend to all my female friends this place as I believe they are extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional.

This is one of the WORST shops Ive ever been employed at. Chis Myers is pleasant to the customer, but rude and controlling to the employees. Look at the turn around at this place! Ive been a technician for more than 25 yrs. and never seen this dis justice. Look online at O Reillys...thats where he gets parts from, look at the mark up, charges premium prices for junk parts!!!!!

Myers automotive has attempted scammed me once and almost got me the 2nd time, but i wised up and took my vehicle to get another appraisal for a repair with the copy of what myers said needed done. Myers will attempt to tell you that you need more done than what really needs done. I do not trust them and will continue to not do so. I didnt even want to give them 1 star but felt as though i should inform the rest of you who look at these reviews.

Took my car here 3 years ago asking them to fix my wiper relay. When I got my car back, my air conditioning wasnt working, my skid plate unattached while driving a couple days later, and new wipers had been installed without telling/asking me if I wanted them installed. Over $700 later paid to them, I was out of their shop and no apologies or attempts to reconcile the inconveniences they put me through were made when I spoke face to face with the manager. Not a happy customer.

This people did unnecessary work and charged outrages prices to repair a van and take advantage of women cause of unknowable of vehicle repair and cost and will scam into paying outrages prices.

Came in from out of town with a leaking tire and they got me right in. Very friendly.
