So when you walk into a dealership carrying names like Audi, Jaguar, Lad Rover you expect a certain level of care. Man this team over promised and over delivered. I never felt pressured, had up front no haggle pricing I felt good about. Financing was a cinch, and I had the pleasure of working with Quan my sales rep the whole time. The service at this Jaguar is not like it was before. Since they’ve changed owners, the customer service is awful. We we’re not greeted and had to wait around inside before we went into the office cube ourselves to let them know we had an appointment. The previous owners of this Jaguar we beyond courteous and made you feel like you were valued as customer.

She was at home crying about the experience. WOMEN, BE AWARE! This dealership is old school, in the fact they will take advantage of a lady. My Mercedes, and her Jaguar will never be back.

Been looking for an SUV for almost 8 months and drove every model under the sun but I was switching from a Jeep Rubicon to a “mom” car and nothing appealed to me UNTIL I MET THE DISCOVERY! I did not go in expecting to buy but immediately fell in love with the sporty look third row room and FAST SPEED. LUCIA was absolutely AMAZING to work with! As well as patient since like a dummy I had let my tags expire on my trade in🤦‍♀️. I was able to purchase this with my husband not with me and was completely comfortable the entire time. Walser Automotive Group was wonderful to work with and more specifically, Matthew Burr! We first started looking at Land Rovers and Matthew answered all our questions. The price he offered was WAY better than anywhere else we found (and we looked everywhere!) He did not have that car salesman personality, but more an awesome customer care attitude. When he sent us the information on the Land Rover, he also sent some options for Jaguars, which I had never even considered. We shopped around for over a month and never found anything or anyone we liked more. I ended up with the Jaguar and I LOVE it!! Dealing from a distance even with a trade in was easy and straightforward. Mathew Burr was great to work and the overall experience couldnt have been easier. THERE IS NO FINANCE MANAGER which was great! You simply work with your salesperson if you want any additional warranties or even if you are financing the car. Ive bought several cars from high end dealers in KC and the drive to Wichita was completely worth it (although I know they will deliver cars as well). Will be making future purchases at Walser. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The level of incompetency I dealt with was astounding for a luxury car dealership. I typically never write reviews, but I actually looked forward to writing this one because of how awful my car buying experience was at this dealership. The only reason I am rating it a 2 instead of a 1 is because I got a great deal on a used vehicle, but looking back on my experience, I would have preferred to spend more money to buy a vehicle from a different dealership. To note, I live in Dallas and I purchased my Range Rover utilizing their contactless service and I do not recommend this to anyone. After confirming with one sales associate that I wanted to purchase a specific vehicle, I was pawned off to a different one because it was his day off. After waiting 4 days to be sent the information I requested and to sign the paperwork, it still wasnt sent to me correctly. After emailing and calling the manager several times to have him help assist with the purchase, he brushed me off and made excuses for his staff. When the paperwork was finally mailed to me, it was missing documents and had to be resent causing an additional 2 day delay. I asked for updates on the status of things and was basically told repeatedly that the sale associate had other clients she was working with and she would get to me when she could. After two weeks, the paperwork still wasnt processed. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was dirty inside and the navigation software wasnt updated, which I specifically requested be done since it was a 2016 and was told by two sales associates that it would be updated. Now, I have to take it to a local Land Rover dealership and pay $200 to have it updated when it would have cost Walser $0. As soon as I turned on the vehicle, the low diesel exhaust fluid light came on, which I also have to get checked out. Additionally, I felt that the inspection report was intentionally hidden from me because it clearly indicated that the tires needed to be replaced and the replacement was even priced out. There goes another $800 out of my pocket. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed by my experience at this dealership. It has now been over 3 weeks and the car purchase has still not even been fully processed. I was repeatedly ignored and pushed aside to prioritize other clients. I was looking forward to this car purchase for a long time. As a pregnant mother with a one year old, I was very excited to upgrade my mom car and this experience ruined it. I would not wish this stress and frustration on anyone. Truly disappointed.

The car is beautiful. The service at the time was good, but there is one major problem. We purchased a car at this Kansas dealership, but live in missouri. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, some in the kansas city metro on the kansas side, but I have never encountered such a ridiculous situation. This dealership requires the sales tax and registration to be paid at their dealership at the time of purchase. I call periodically and get a number of excuses, but It has been 60 days and I still do not have tags. Do yourself a huge favor if you live out of state. Avoid this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I send in a request for quote on Saturday night via internet. Receive an email from Matthew the salesman on Monday morning, i proceed to try and contact him all day calling 7 times with no response. The next morning i receive an Email from the GM Keith(check in and introducing himself) in which i responded to him and tried to call him 5 times through the day with no response. SO that is 12 times reaching out to them with no response. I call the general line and get to talk to another salesman that than tells me the car is now sold. Tell him what has happened and express my concern for not getting any opportunity on the vehicle. A sales manager than calls me back Derek. Very rude person and bad attitude from the start, has no customer service skills. At one point he even says i am glad i sold it to someone else.Stay away from a bad experience and choose a quality dealer that will respond to each customer.Next day follow up after dealers post- I have tried multiple times to reach out to discuss the events that happened with Kieth. Still unable to talk with him.Update - 1 week passed still nothing, Dont believe the lip serviceNever contacted, They do not care about customers at all. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!

Made appointment a couple of days early, as we live 200 miles away. The car was ready and waiting when we arrived on Friday. Beautiful dealership, and friendly people. Garin explained all the features to my wife, as she would be main driver. Test drove it, and ended up buying the F-Pace. They are easy to work with, and gave us a fair value for our trade-in. Think about it (seriously) before. You take your vehicle in for service if its not warranty work. I had a airbag recall n a complimentary coupon for 500$ from JLR and still paid over 1200$ for a coolant leak and a oil change.. They supposedly changed the water pump but didnt mention my serpentine belt was cracking. (missed $$) But I had the work done cause they already had it in the shop.(wrong answer) I was warned about the service department from a good friend. 1200$ lesson learned. The loaner car was actually the best part of this. Found out I didnt want to buy this vehicle after driving it quite a few days. Cute but mpgs ON this 4cyl turbo was the same as my jaguar xf with a v8 engine.. But the sales department where very friendly 2 years ago when I looked at the 2018 jaguar Svr.. Sales wonderful folks but service needs improving.. But my love for jaguars would be willing to give them another try on the sales end of things.....

Derek was responsive and quick with processing our paperwork. First time for my to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. He was very transparent with any issues with the car including making sure I knew about the tiniest paint chip.I was going to have my son in law pick up the car to drive it to Texas but he could only do it on a Sunday. Horrible experience. I have been buying cars all over the United States for over 20 years. DONT BUY HERE !!!! The salesman Dennis is amateur at best. The prices are mismatched between the internet and the actual price. Deceptive. They shipped a 90k in an outdoor carrier and then tell me that’s what I chose. Laughable ! The best is when I called to voice my displeasure I was hung up on Class organization.

I couldnt have asked for a better long distance buying experience. Saw a car on car gurus Friday, clicked an Im interested button and a response was almost immediate. Salesman had answers to the few questions I had and was very attentive- no running to his manager stuff .They had the car I needed- diesel and no 6/7 seat in a good color and very competitive price, so it was onto finance which was quick and I flew in late Sunday night to drive home to Texas next morning. Salesman had paperwork ready to sign and car all ready to go. Small delay to leave for a mandatory software update caused me to leave late and have to reschedule an appt in Dallas later that day (or this wouldve been a 5+ rating). Dealership was immaculate, service area clean, dealership easy to find - Uber guy that brought me from hotel had bought a gorgeous late model Mercedes there and zipped me right over. I would not hesitate to buy my next new Land Rover there or an awesome used car if we need one. 4.5

After having a not too pleasant of an experience with Jaguar dealership in Arizona, I reached out to couple of jag dealerships via internet. After reading reviews, and comparing prices, I put in an inquiry with Walser Jaguar. Called the dealership after receiving reply to my inquiry and got in touch with Derek Parris. Derek took time to explain on the phone about the vehicles I was interested in and responded in a timely and professional manner to my numerous requests. Bought two F-Pace jags and Derek arranged for them to be delivered to my home in Arizona. Lucus was an amazing salesman to deal with. We were originally shopping for an Audi, but noticed a Jeep on the Jaguar/Land Rover lot. When we told Lucus we were interested in it too, he didnt miss a beat and promptly got us the keys for a test drive. It wasnt an Audi and it wasnt new, but that didnt matter to Lucus. He wanted to put us in the right vehicle for us, no matter what it was. I really appreciated his professionalism and flexibility and I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Lucus.
