Ive been through here several times looking at items. Nice store, clean, some of the staff just seem irritable or grumpy. But the store has great variety. On one visit I was shown an item I ended up buying online due to the huge mark-up in the store. Seems that I now usually go there for ideas then buy them elsewhere simply due to how much its marked up. Nice place though.

Had a Titan fuel tank ordered and installed on my Ram 3500 a couple of weeks ago. There was a hiccup with some diesel leakage from the tank, but was addressed promptly the following work day and has been leak free since. I highly recommend this company for truck aftermarket parts and for standing behind their workmanship.

Has a lot of good selection for truck accessories and a good amount on display so you can see what youre getting. My only complaint is the limited hours on the weekend prevented me from being able to get in there sooner.

Every staff member and service member I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable! Needed a new top for my Jeep Wrangler and they were able to offer a good variety! Top was installed in a timely manner and looks great! Staff did have to deal with bugging them a bit since the top was being financed through a local dealership but they were still very kind and professional! I will be using they’re services again and highly recommend!

Left me hanging on the MFG defect with my Ranchand bumper. Was supposed to have a replacement coming in never heard back. Thats ok, theres plenty of other outfits to get parts for my fleet from. I just moved my company to Wichita, definitely would have been many thousands in repeat business.Keep in mind if you purchase a Ranchand bumper for your truck or Im sure nearly any product from them. Ask to see what kind of agreements they are going to print on the receipt before they give it to you. I paid cash for my bumper, was handed a receipt after the sale that states no returns for anything including defects. I should have stopped it right there and walked away. No mention of this was made prior to the sale and it essentially eliminates your ability for any recourse if the product is damaged or not right in anyway. Then to top it all off, their guys in the back that loaded it into my truck told me about how theyve had nothing but problems from Ranchand and that they wouldnt be surprised if mine was wrong and laughed that they wouldnt take it back. But they assured me they thoroughly inspected mine and were confident it was ok... Yeah sure guys.

Did an amazing job installing the goose neck hitch in my 1989 GMC R3500 Dually 3+3 long box. (Its basically an 87 square body with 88 on up engine and ECU) they treated me fair and they answered all of my questions. Very very helpful and patient with me. They can do almost anything. I asked some crazy questions like installing some drop down running boards on my truck and they said Yep, but it will be a custom job.Freeken amazing to get that kind of response from a modern shop 100% satisfied!

After paying a lot of money to have a lift kit installed, they screwed up the alignment and ruined two brand new 35 tires. Tried to give them the opportunity to make it right, instead they charged another $70 to correct the work I had already paid for. If you read this and still use them.... Youve been warned!!!

Have dealt with truck stuff for 8 years have spent thousands of dollars on accessories and lights because those are the things that I enjoy truck stuff has awesome products but I have had experience with the owner on miss representing the price and in the end he took care of it but I had to haggle the price when 2 weeks prior I paid one price and I was told that I was going to have to pay another and I said no 20 minutes of haggling and the owner sad will let me keep the wiring harness But we can keep the price the same when it came with a wiring harness when I bought the same other set I am very disappointed and I would suggest to others get the price before you order and I will be looking for other places to spend my money from this point on The worst part of it all is that I have always had good experiences with them but when somebody haggles with you over a small price paying the difference was not an issue but when I was not made aware of it and paid a different price and then was not even gave an apology had haggle until it was the right and then a piece of the hardware was removed from itMakes me think wow they must be short

Grossly overpriced.Check Amazon first, same stuff, WAY less cost (sign up for amazon prime for free 2 day shipping or low cost overnight shipping).Ok so I ordered from Amazon, $129 w free 2-day shipping.I must say that they arent too bad. Granted they say rust-resistant stainless but well see on that. The brackets that mount to the truck were VERY thick heavy steel and big bolts. The tube seems good quality and well-attached rubber steps. Truck stuff was over $300, I wonder if theyre that much better..

We drove from Topeka for specific additions to our Ford 350 SuperDuty truck. It was such a positive adventure; their expertise in putting together the new bumper & winch that wouldnt interfere with all the bells & whistles of the truck itself was incredible.Truck Stuff also properly hooked up our TransferFlow fuel tank/tool box. (We first became aware of Truck Stuff in Wichita when we searched for an authorized facility for TransferFlow.) With 123 gallons of diesel fuel possible now, were ready for more RV adventures!We qualified for 2 rebates. Truck Stuff sent one of them in electronically for us. (I received confirmation of it immediately through email.) The form for the 2nd rebate with all the needed information was given to me. They really made it easy for us.We had air shocks added, too. All work was done in 2 days. Our truck was locked up inside during the nights while in Wichita.We really appreciate the attention to details We were specifically asked where we wanted the fuel tank gaugeplaced.We received a phone call assuring us that the work would be completed by the end of their workday (since we were driving from Topeka to get the truck.) The phone call was much appreciated!!We arrived early enough to watch through the viewing window as they finished working. I was also allowed to take photos through their door.We highly recommend Truck Stuff as everyone was friendly and professional Thanks for everything!Id like to add that everyone was great, especially Scotty who went above and beyond. We went to Glacier National Park in Northern Montana (& a road trip into Canada), Yellowstone NP, Grand Tetons NP, & Rocky Mountain NP in September pulling our Arctic Fox 5th wheel with the truck. Everything worked like a dream. We received many compliments on the truck additions, the air shocks worked well, and our TransferFlow fuel tank allowed us to purchase diesel when we found lower prices (before the national parks). Thanks so much for your great work that allows us to enjoy our travels in retirement!! We will always recommend TruckStuff to others.

WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in ANY industry. Not one but TWO employees there made snide comments to me because THEY messed up. They tried passing the blame off on me as if it was my fault that THEY failed to ensure the parts would work on my truck. “That’s what you wanted.” Yeah, that’s what I wanted but aren’t YOU the experts that should tell me if it would be compatible!? Instead, they just install it and send me on my merry way without mentioning it won’t work..... Then, when I call the VERY NEXT DAY, 2 separate employees argue with me about who’s fault it is. Instead of just trying to figure out what we need to do to fix the issue, they blame the customer, put words in my mouth, and threaten with comments such as “we’re going to have a serious problem when you come and see me!” What’s that even mean? But I took it as a threat.... PERFECT example of how NOT to treat your customers with issues.....
