My wife was traveling from out of town. She called me and said that the tire pressure was low. I told her to go to the Dealership and get them to check all 4 tires. She arrived at the Dealership 6/14/21 at 10:40 aprox. She waited on the service drive for more then 15min. Saw some of the advisors there working with another guest. also saw she said what looked like a Mgr there.the sad thing is that no one recognized her or said give us just a minute and we will be with you shortly She left. It is sad that no one even recognized her to let her know that she was seen there. Probably ought to look at your policies and correct this. You will continue to chase people off.

Had recalled airbag replaced. Quoted an hour and a half, took 45 minutes. Cool!

I needed starter bolts for an old 6.5 diesel. Everyone in town told me they would be a week or more and the GM strike was still causing issues. Called here and they had them in stock. They also had them sent to the east location for me to buy which saved me a drive as well. Fairly easy to work with.
