Not only were they very professional and very helpful when it comes to dealing with insurance they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. There communication in regards to every part that was ordered, communication with insurance was immaculate. They were not afraid to break down everything for me explain it to me and then help me find a solution to my problems. Worked with me through insurance stuff and got it all taken care of for me. Some miscommunication between the company and i during the process made me a little concerned they might not help me as expected but we got it resolved and they did well.

Dont have a device for credit card or debit card and that dont tell you that until you get there and waste gas to get cash.

Jon was the guy who took care of me and he was very professional and friendly. I brought my car in to get hail damage repaired and since he has had previous experience as a hail damage inspector he knew everything about how insurance claims worked and he made sure i did not pay a dime more than what my insurance gave me and he did all the work and was amazing. I highly recommend him for anyone who doesn’t know about how to deal with their insurance company. Also my car ended up looking great when they finished the repair.

1st things 1st: My car looks flawless.I got swiped in a parking lot. Insurance was a hassle, & dropped the ball on a few things- which prolonged the process & meant my car had to be at the shop a bit longer than expected. All-State and Enterprise threatened to charge me for all sorts of extra stuff. The folks at Wichita Collision and Dent made calls & provided documentation etc. to the insurance company & completely sorted out everything- & were patient & helpful throughout it all.Wonderful Service.

They were quick, worked with the insurance company. Did have one issue, over spray on windshield and wipers, all good now as it was taken care of after it was pointed it out. They genuinely care about the work they do and customer perception I will refer if asked and would come back if I had other issues

Dont waste your money going here. I was involved in a hit and run when I was rear-ended in my new car. I had to pay out of pocket and took my car here for a relatively small repair on my rear bumper. I was not totally satisfied with the finished product, but didnt complain. Several weeks after the repair I noticed the paint cracking and flaking at the same locations that were previously repaired. My wife took the car back and they tried telling us that someone had hit the car again and would not repair it under warranty. Really? In the exact same spot? Is it possible? Maybe. Is it probably? No! I took it to another location and they agreed that it was caused by poor work. Dont waste your time and money at this poor excuse for a business.

These guys are great! They had my car towed in from the accident scene and they helped me handle my entire insurance claim from start to finish. They waived my deductible which saved me tons of money and they put me into a very nice loaner car while my work was being done. I honestly couldnt be happier. 10 out of 10 wish i could give more stars!

I had a personal emergency on Kellogg (My bumper pieces started dragging and ripping off because my car is lowered.) I got off onto Washington and pulled into Wichita Collision and Dent Center. I went in and asked if they had a ratchet and a 8 millimeter socket and they gladly assisted me. For someone who wasnt even a customer, they were very friendly and helped me out! I will definitely be bringing my car here!

There really are good People in the world!!! My tire blew out on Kellogg and was able to get off the road and park in the parking lot, walked in and the person was so nice!!!! Put my car up on the rack and changed my spare for me for free! What a nice person... If I ever need anything done for Collision and Dents, This will be the place I go every time. Couldnt have had a better service there with two kids in the car and it pouring down rain and one of my windshield wiper blades fall off they were there to help. One of the guys named John were an amazing help to it thank you guys for going out into the rain just to help me.

BUYER BEWARE! HORRIBLE service. Jon quoted hail repair got paid by the insurance for my 2014 Cadillac with only 32,000 miles on it. When I went to pick it up my car still had dents, they were not as bad as when I took it to him but still noticeable. The paint was running in a couple of places, dirt/debris under the clearcoat in numerous places. Jon refused to correct the problem and he told me I was being picky and if I wanted it fixed to my satisfaction take it somewhere else and pay them to fix it, even though he already was paid to do the job. It was a premium trim Cadillac of course I expected for it to be fixed correctly. He actually told me that all the insurance required was for him to repair the dents and put some paint on it, that he doesnt guarantee it had to be quality work. All I can say is WOW! After being paid 9,000 from the insurance to do this job the paint job that he did on my hood started to peel within a week. Unscrupulous, and a fraud, Jon was very rude obnoxious, I actually had to call the police to file a police report on the incident. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! This company has INSURANCE FRAUD!! written all over it! He needs to be investigated.

Where do we begin? At the misfit body lines? Or at the half deductable paid plus paying for a rental car when our car had to go back to be re painted? We knew the color was a little off, but figured some people wouldnt care.... or the missing bolts and overspray on everything. If i could advise anything. Pay the full deductable and take your car ANYWHERE else reputable. Glad they gave it their best effort and tried to make it right. Unfortunately our very expensive lexus car is about the quality of a salvage car on broadway. Wreck couldnt be more noticable. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Insurance said parts were needed and paid for them, the owner chose not to replace things at his discretion, the parts he chose to install were not installed correctly and some have since fallen off the vehicle due to not being installed properly. Owner will not stand behind the satisfaction guarantee. He also forged signature on insurance check. Beware of this shop.
