Back for my second round at Professional Body Works, and theyll be my go to for this work. Last year a Tacoma backed into my truck on i70, causing $6,000+ in damage including totalling a full RanchHand bumper replacement. Initial repair and restoration was completed at that point by the shop, returning the truck to stock.Id identified a local fabricator who was going to build me a custom bumper with some features I couldnt find elsewhere. Long story short, that was a mess and left a few items incomplete on the truck and me out a deposit. I recently terminated that process and had Professional Body Works order me a ThunderStruck. Very pleased with the install, they also tidied up a couple brackets, radiator cover the last guy left unfinished and installed some provided LED fog lights. Truck was turned around in a little under a week and detailed to boot.I learned my bumper lesson - stick with folks who stick to their word, Jimmy, Vanessa and crew are those folks!

These guys really do a great job in every area! Their professionalism is amazing no matter the situation and they are down to Earth! I have had every car taken care of by these guys and would recommend you to do the same!!

They are wonderful. I called the women answered very kind and friendly. I’m my slightly overwhelmed state I told them where my accident happened and here my car was parked. They sent the tow truck and handled it all from there. I dropped off my keys to them and smooth sailing. I highly recommend this hard working small business. They really understand customer service.! I will forever go to you with any body issue I have!!

I am not done dealing with Professional Body Works yet but so far I am very impressed. My daughter wrecked her truck and with my past experience I decided to fix it myself and farm out the frame repair and core support. Jimmy was more then willing to come to my home and look at the truck after I got it torn down so I didnt have to tow it there for an estimate. The estimate is very reasonable and is right at what I expected with my past experience. If you have knowledge, experience and can do part of the job yourself to save money this is in my opinion the place to deal with. Most of your big body shops want the whole job or none and wont consider just doing a piece of it.

I love this place! They have worked on 2 of my cars now and I have been very satisfied. One of the things that stands out above all other places is that they treat you like family not just a customer. All staff members from the owner down are very friendly!

We needed a hinge replaced on the back window of our Mariner. They got it done in a very efficient time and were very friendly and helpful.

I had a terrible experience with Professional Body Works. After taking longer than quoted to make the repairs I had to take the vehicle back TWICE to get things fixed that worked before they got ahold of my car. The first time the windows would not roll down. The second time they failed to plug the door speaker back in after fixing the window switch. When I went to pick it up, again, there was a window problem AGAIN. I am now worried that the rest of the repairs are sub par.

Got a quote for an upper door hinge 110 dollars was told it had to be ordered...got told the part came in and was ready to be put on my car...over all fix was gonna be 240.00. Took my car in they called 30 mins later sayin my car was ready. Told me they saved me a bunch of money and that my hinge just needed a spring...cost me 45 bucks...was high for a 3 dollar part but it was better than the 240...started driving down the road and I heard the spring fall out...went back up there told them what happened. We decided to put the hinge on...i get a call a few hours later that it was ready to be picked up....went to pick it up and all the sudden my 110 part was 190.00 so my grand total was gonna be over 300 dollars. The lady acted like she was giving me a discount and said she dropped the part to 150.00 my totally then came to 242.00. Idk how a part that had to be ordered with a quoted price became 80 dollars higher last second...called autozone they said its typically not the hinge when a door sags its the pins...which are 18 dollars....i got ripped off im 100% sure. I would not come here if you are a woman or if you dont know anything about cars...looked up my hinge online to see quotes and they ranged feom 30 to 100 bucks....sucks...nothing I can do but try and save another soul from getting ripped off.

I had taken my car in for an estimate to All Angles Collision and got a totally insane story about how the door rust was being caused by defective metal in the door (on a Mercedes?) and that they wanted to replace the door with another Mercedes door (which would most likely have the same defective metal) then gave a low ball estimate which they later said they couldnt honor. Needless to say I didnt have my repairs done with a bunch of idiots like that and instead took my car to Professional Body Works. Their solution was the one that actually needed to be done with new metal sheeting on the door, paint, and also did a polish job that made an older car look showroom pristine! I was delighted with the work and would recommend Professional Body Works to anyone who asks. Dont go to All Angles--they are nothing but a ripoff. If you want your car fixed right---Professional Body Works is the way to go!!!

Professional body works did a great job on my Dodge Ram 1500 it went from a damaged front end with headlight and hood cracked the deer rolled all the way down the Driver side my truck now looks like a tank had sex with a truck and made a Baby tank truck its awesome Ill refer professional body works to anyone

Very bad experience was told it will take 2 hours for an estimate.drop off my car at 8am I called about noon it wasnt done I called again 4pm they said I will be next then 5:15 finally I stopped by to get my car and of course was not planning to come back to get it fixed over there very awful place!
