This is a wonderful body shop. They had my car done quickly, took care of working with insurance without any issue, and were great at communicating with me about progress. I would not recommend getting in an accident, but if you are in one these people will help make that process a bit less complicated.

They did an excellent job communicating with me, communicating with the insurance company, providing a detailed outline of the scope of work, and doing the work. They also gave me a ride to and from work, and handle the details with the car rental company. Much appreciated!

I went to see about getting an estimate on a door closing actuator fixed, as mine appeared to have been broken in a recent attempt to break and enter my car. I drove up to the door, went inside to tell the staff what I needed, and they were very happy to take my keys, pull my car around to the mechanics bay for an estimate-about 5 minutes later, my car was brought back, having already been not only checked, but the part cleaned out, loosened up until consistently working properly, at no charge to me. All I had to do then was go on about the rest of my day. Great experience!

Very professional and great customer support. They do all the car rental for me. So I just show up with car that needed work done and they take me to the rental car place and got a rental car right away. All within 20 minutes.

The entire process was handled very well by this particular CARSTAR location. The coordination was great and they went above and beyond ensuring no detail was missed in the repair process. At the end, they handed me back what seemed to be a new car inside and out. They also coordinated everything with the rental company minimizing time and effort I had to put in. Overall, it was a great experience.

I went into get a quote on some minor damage on my vehicle and spoke with AJ. He was friendly and honest and explained that it was not necessary to get the damage fixed as it would not effect my ability to drive the car. He couldve lied and sold me expensive repairs, but he didnt and I truly appreciate that! If I ever need work done on my vehicle, I will return to CARSTAR East.

Carstar was fantastic during every step of the process to repair a smashed side bed panel of my pickup truck. They wasted no time and began coordinating with insurance before I even made it home from dropping the truck off.Their office communicated throughout the process to keep me posted on what was going on and ended up completing the truck in half the time it was expected to take.As for the quality of work, the truck looks amazing. I was concerned about the paint matching, as it is a 20 year old vehicle. While the repaired section looks brand new, it also perfectly matches the rest of the truck. I could not be happier.I highly recommend Carstar

AAA recommended Carstar for a fix after a lady backed into my car. Carstar was very professional and everyone I dealt with was super personable and nice. After I picked up my car I got inside and they had even cleaned out my car! Wiped down, vacuumed, windows everything! What a great end to a great experience. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone!

Very poor service. Called multiple times to get Repair scheduled and they stated they would call when parts were in. When we called back they said they would call me back and never did. Finally called my agent and they had to call twice before the repairs were scheduled and done.

My 2016 Mazda MX5 was rear ended back in November and CARSTAR was one of the my insurance companies preferred centers and so I sent my car to their east location not really knowing who was better in town or what. I am very glad I did. All of the staff at CARSTAR was excellent but I have to give a shout out to Kari, who always answered my questions in a timely fashion and was more than available and accommodating and was always super friendly. My car had extensive damage and was away for a fair amount of time but they took their time and when I received the car back, I was very impressed. I am fairly critical of other peoples work and I cannot tell that the car is any different than it was right before the wreck. It is essentially like new. I also need to give a shout out to AJ, who I believe did the majority if not all of the work required to fix the car. I was afraid when the wreck first occurred that I would end up selling the car after it was fixed because it wouldnt be like it was before but I can say with confidence that Ill hold on to this car for a long, long time.
