Very pleased with our experience. We showed up late in the evening just to look, when we decided we were going to purchase it was nearing closing time. They went over and above to make sure we were able to complete all the necessary paperwork, even though it meant they stayed after hours! I’ve sat in dealerships before for hours trying to get a deal done, this was the quickest and most seamless experience I’ve ever had.

I found exactly what I was looking for, partially by luck, but also by the relentlessness of my sales rep trying to find me the car I really wanted without compromising. I never felt pressured and everyone was really friendly. I had previously gone to another Ford dealership and felt discouraged because they were pushing me into something I didn’t want, without even considering other options. I felt very different after my experience with Rowe Ford. Also there was a dog there and that definitely added to the experience.

From the initial conversation, to the service appointment, to the conversation with the body shop, everything has been done with professionalism and friendliness. George Cowley was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle that was in their inventory. With a limited supply he had his work cut out. He showed us a variety of vehicles of which all were contenders. We decided on a Ford Ranger. He made sure that everything went smoothly and that the vehicle was delivered to his high standards. He even delivered the vehicle to our house after he was not satisfied with the way the vehicle was prepped and had me bring it back. He deserved 10 stars in my book!!

We bought a 2021 Ford Ranger and love it. Saw what we wanted online at a great price. Matthew Trent was our sales person. Highly recommend him. We called ahead, and he had the truck ready for us to test drive. He also gave me a tutorial on how to use Car Play and other fancy gadgets that my trusty old barebones minivan doesn’t have. My husband and I went to Rowe Ford in Westbrook to look at the Hyundai Kona car. We took it for a test drive and decided it was too small. So our sales person, Lou Couture, wanted us to test drive the TucsonWe did and loved it. Before we test drove the car, he went over all the features of the Tucson. Lou was extremely well versed on the Hyundai cars. We made an appointment to meet the next morning. We ended up leasing the car. We have bought a lot of cars on our 70 plus years. Great experience buying a used car from the folks at Rowe Ford! The price was right, the car was well vetted by their service center. I got a great deal in a time where it is not easy to find used cars at reasonable prices. Sales person Matt Hillyard was kind and professional. While looking for a vehicle I met with five different salesmen and walked out of the dealerships because they were way too pushy and were not listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle. They kept trying to sell me vehicles that were nothing I had asked for. My husband and I were looking to buy a car for our teenage daughter. After looking through different websites for quite some time we found a decent car on Rowe’s website. We came to the dealership with the idea to buy that car, when we were met by manager, who asked one of his associates, by the name George, to find us a car. George, showed us the car we were looking for but suggested that for almost the same price we can get a much nicer, safer and a higher class vehicle. He kindly showed us the amazing beautiful and fully loaded with all extras, RED Ford Fusion that we absolutely loved and were happy to buy! Managers also gave us a very good deal on that Ford that made all the difference! When we are ready to buy our next car, Rowe would be the only place we go to! Great service, kind people, that sell you what you really need and nothing else! I previously had a bad experience with other dealership in the area and this experience made me feel very good about buying a car!

I was liking what I was seeing at the Westbrook location and had heard good things about that location, so I decided to go with them even thou I had other Ford Dealers closer to me.It was by chance that Sue Burek was my salesperson, but I could not have picked a better person to work with. Their was No Pressure and she kept us informed during the process of getting the truck I wanted. More excuses than trying to do the right job. Simple oil change and tire rotation, was asking too much. The service person hat I dealt with had too many excuses why it could not happen instead of why it could. Made an appointment the week before, went to the appointment and said oh we don’t have enough mechanics. Too many games plaid at the Rowe Ford service. When someone can’t tell the truth, no need to do Buisness with them.

These folks were so accommodating! Had a flat tire while on a visit from MA to Portland. Apparently the tools to get my tire down were missing, so they hunted around in their own personal vehicles to find a match to get the tire down, changed it out, and got me on the road for next to nothing out of pocket. I had purchased my Subaru two months ago, love my car the sales man was amazing, my only issue is that I’ve been calling for my other key and roof rack key that the previous owner still has it, they said they where going to contact her and she still has yet to get back to them…. I’ve CALLED my friend that works on Subaru at an acutely Subaru dealership and he told me it’s not a cheap key, I currently called today 6/9 and I got someone and got disconnected tried calling back and I got this number can’t take your call, so with all said… I’d love to get this resolved Because it shouldn’t be up to me to have to buy a key……

Worst car buying experience Ive ever had. Got approved for their loan, put down a deposit, signed for the vehicle, waited several days so they could repair and sticker it. Then got a phone call saying someone else signed for it 45 min before I did. Despite the fact that I was the only person talking to a sales rep for the half a day I wasted sitting in there. They ruined my credit with the hard pull and put me into a different bracket which in the end cost me more money on next vehicle.

At first my experience was great. I spoke with the original salesman (I think his name was Matt, his desk was at the far end of the showroom). He printed out a car fax report for me and I was scheduled to see him again Monday. When I showed up Monday he unfortunately was not there. I was at the dealership for 2.5 hours that night. They offered me a low trade in deal for my car, which was no surprise and fine. I let the salesman know that I would only be interested in financing with them if they could match the 2.25% interest rate my bank approved me for. After a good 2 hours of them crunching numbers behind the scenes, I was offered a much higher rate. Total waste of time. I was not impressed with several other things more personal to the staff, but won’t get into it because maybe it was just a clash of personalities. I gave the dealership a star because the car was well priced and I’m very happy with it. I just couldn’t wait to drive out of the lot and be done with the buying process.

Downright awful so far. I dropped my car off for service three days ago now, and have gotten phone calls the first morning and the second, saying they were going to start work on it both days, but havent heard any word of progress whatsoever. I have tried to reach out to check progress or to check if they have even started working on my vehicle, but every time I call, they NEVER pick up their phones. I have called many times, different numbers, everything. Getting very, very frustrated that I am paying so much for this kind of service.

Not impressed with their customer service. Had my car towed there after it broke down 2 hours from my house. I have tried calling and leaving messages for 3 WEEKS to check on my car. I always get a voice mail and have not gotten a call back. When I call another number and speak to a person they transfer me to the same voice mail. They have left me with no way of getting information about my car for nearly a month. Would not recommend them.

Had a great experience at Rowe Ford. My wife and I were looking for a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks. The selection in all of New England was minimal at best. Rowe actually had three of them on the lot! Our Salesman, Lou, was very informative and helpful. He explained everything there was to know about the vehicle and had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived at the dealership. We loved the Bronco and were given what we thought was a very fair trade in price for our car. We do have a small issue with some scratches in a couple plastic pieces on the Bronco, but Rowe has offered to replace those pieces free of charge without any hassle. Overall it was a great buying experience.

This was my fifth purchase with Rowe Ford in Westbrook and in light of the fanatical pandemic, another pleasant experience was no small task. Normally, Cyndy was my go-to (since retired from Rowe), but the salesman I decided upon was up for the job. Matt Moody was knowledgeable and the very definition of a patient professional. He communicated and computed several offers for the vehicles I was interested in and not what he may have favored. We went back and forth a few times as the F-150 trim I wanted was being sold faster than I could write a check for. But in the end I have a better truck than what I was looking for.Teamwork was also phenomenal in closing. Nobody wants to sit in any dealership all day waiting for your paperwork and spanking new vehicle to be ready to take home. Matt simultaneously helped and coordinated with staff to get the truck ready and financed. The Financial Manager; Chris Blanchard signed and folded paperwork faster than superman on laundry day. I was surprised when he recommended but did not try to force the issue of compensation insurance on me - typically unseen in an F&I.Once again, Im very happy with the thorough experience at Rowe and looking forward to the exceptional service team at Ford Quick Lane for my continued business with them. 30,000 mile service on my truck as well as dio some issues I am having. Unfortunately, they cant figure out why my truck is acting like it is. Almost a misfire or slip on acceleration. All testing says truck is running right but driving it says differently. Not for any lack of trying as they did put the effort in. Next step is to call Ford but nothing on Rowe. Their service was great.

Happy to elaborate. I picked up my Ford Explorer after a month - (4,000 miles and needed a new transmission). The car was driving pretty roughly so when I dropped it off, I went straight from home to the service/dealership. I left it with just under 1/4 tank of gas. When I picked it up, I was told just before I got in my car that o should “head straight to the gas station”. The service mechanics had to drive the car multiple times to make sure it was repaired. I totally get that. I did not expect to pick up my vehicle, with my child in tow, and get in my car that said “zero miles to empty”. Given the fact that this dealership had my car for over a month, parts were delayed and showed up broken. I never complained once. One would think that someone could have thrown in a couple of dollars of gas so I didn’t have to worry about making it to a gas station.That is basic common sense and basic customer service gone wrong. Hey, even add the $2 to my bill but why leave a customer’s car literally on fumes when it was left there with gas in it???That is not good service.

My car had 2 recalls and one made it so my brakes werent operating correctly. Rowe immediately made me an appointment. I had it towed there on Tuesday night and picked my car up on Wednesday afternoon, all fixed! Every person I had contact with (4) were so awesome, friendly and super knowledgeable! Awesome experience, the communication was very thorough while my vehicle was being serviced, and they even discounted the work that was done using coupons from their site - without my asking or presenting them. I brought my car in on a Saturday, and did not know that they recently changed their weekend hours of operation. Anthony went out of his way to make every effort to let me know that my car was ready for pickup, and to be sure to come before they closed at 2pm. I would have been without my car all weekend if he hadnt tried so hard to reach me! I have been bringing my Fords here for service and maintenance for several years now, and I very much appreciate the high level of customer service that I have thus far received at the Rowe Ford Quick Lane in Westbrook. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to have some issues looked at on my brand new F350. Dropped the truck off the night before the appointment. Was told it would be ready sometime during they day. No call by 4:30. I called the service desk and got voice mail. Did not get a call back. Waited til noon the next day and then called again. Finally reached someone who said my truck “still hadn’t been looked at because they couldn’t find my keys for the last two days.” I had dropped the keys in the night drop box, like a normal person does.There was no call to me to ask about the keys, nothing. I very pleasantly told the gentleman I needed the truck back desperately and he said, “Well we’re not going to get it in til this afternoon. You want me to put the key in it and you can just come get it?”I said yes, and picked up my truck after two days with no service or oil change, no apology, no explanation, no “gosh we blew it,” nothing. Just “come get it.”Rowe is obviously selling enough vehicles that they don’t have to care about return business. Just beware that, like most dealerships, your are nothing more than a sale to them.

Instead of spending a great deal of time - and cost to me - he found the issue to be infrequent use led to strange sound and nothing other than using the vehicle more was needed.I like honesty. They were open and honest about how to move forward with it which included options they would not be able to provide at a competitive price, which is obvious on an older out of warrentee vehicle.Went above and beyond to help on the diagnostic cost and help preparing the truck for moving to another place.As always they have my business moving forward.

I bought my 18 f-150 from ROWE Ford my sales man Drew was great! I brought it in for service recently and my advisor was Rich. The customer service I received was less then pleasing, I wanted to check status and add something to my work order that was a scheduled appointment for 7 am, I tried calling at about 11:00 am didnt get a call back called again at 12:30 still with no answer. I received a call back at 1:30. He addressed my concerns and informed me that something needed to be ordered for one of my issues we agreed that I would make payment when the part came in and was ready to be installed. I brought my truck back when I was informed parts were in. He then called me to tell me the vehicle was complete when we discussed the bill I somehow ended up paying $89 for an oil change and tire rotation I questioned the bill and was told $9 was shop supplies $7 was taxes I just received a coupon in the mail for a $30 oil change tire rotation package. In his defense I do have the 5 liter so it takes 9 quarts of oil I was told. Seems like an expensive service in my opinion. Being that I just purchased the vehicle as a certified pre-owned he also told me my next service would be significantly more expensive. I would assume that would have been taken care of before I purchased the vehicle. If I go back to Rowe Ford for service I will absolutely not have Rich as my writer

AMAZING service! I was traveling to Acadia with a camper when my brake controller died. Rowe Ford had the part. I installed it in the parking lot with tools lent to me by Richard (I hope thats his name). Once installed, the new controller wasnt working. Another tech jumped in and reenabled the controller and it worked! The old one had locked out the gain function when it failed amd had to be reprogramed. Anyway, Rowe Ford saved my families vacation! He gave me lots of helpful information and specs on the Crosstrek which helped me to find exactly what I needed. My 2018 Fird Transit Connect was towed to Rowe at noon on Wednesday September 1st. It would not start, a problem that I already had an appointment for Wednesday September 8th. Normally when it didnt want to start it would finally catch and I could continue on. When this happened the A/C would blow hot air, the temperature gage would drop to C and the outside temperature would read 20 °. After driving for 15 minutes A/C and readings would go back to normal. All that being said, I received a call from service at 9:30 on Thursday September 2nd. asking what the problem was. I explained the whole thing. My issue with all of this and Rowe Service in general is communication. I had to call Kyle Smith (the only person that know the word communication) to ask him to get someone from the service department where my van was to please call me and let me know what is going on. I still have heard nothing. I could not get a loaner car, so Im here with no means of transportation and I take care if my 93 year old father. To say the least, Im not pleased.

In for service on my 2017 F250 and asked representative if my truck was covered by a TSB about fuel tank level and volume was wrong. They Checked on it and ordered parts and scheduled installation within a week. All was completed in a few hours. They do a great job and get you in and out efficiently. I would recommend having truck service done there.
