Went in with the actual store website on my phone, set to the location of the store I was in, which stated that they had a particular part, *in stock* for around $25 each. In spite of this, the old guy behind the counter insisted they had none in stock, theyd have to order it and that they were over $70 each.Obviously this place is a con job. I wouldnt recommend going here.I found what I needed at a competitors store, at the price I expected and which was advertised on their site.

They have a decent stock of parts and a lot of maintenance items to keep your vehicle looking good!

Every time I come into this store, Im treated like I dont know what Im talking about. Eye rolls and sarcastic answers. I can only guess its because Im female because when Im with a guy they get helped with no issues. Work on your customer service or youre bound to lose more customers.

Jjoking..Advanced Auto has always been great even the one in Sanford, I noticed the Westbrook one is very helpful and courteous answering all my questions accurately. Let me use a sqrewdriver and was attentive to my issue guiding me in the correct decision.. 5 stars very helpful..

If you are over 60 you may want to reconsider shopping here. The sales reps do not wear masks or social distance. They dont give it a second thought. They know they dont have the virus. They are smart. If you are under 40 dont worry and enjoy shopping here.

These people have always helped even if they didnt have the product at that store. They pointed me on where to get it if they could not. Very recommended. Especially the Portland store ..

This past week was super cold and I came into the store to buy a kerosine container to fill my oil tank. Mike the associate that was helping me was very nice and pleasant. Even thou they didn’t have what I need but he went out of his way to try and offer me other items that could work. Even with people in line waiting he still took his time and helped me. All i can say is : if you happen to have an accent and or have a hard time translating part names to inglish language .get the proper part names in inglish. And you know what!!!?? If you are thinking returns... Domt bother, they get a special training program for curve and manipulate whenre-emburment words come up

Well if you buy something from them better make sure you want it ,I bought a jack from them and changed my mind on it becuz I talked to some one who bought the same jack ,well I brought it back with a receipt and they asked me if I used and it and I told them no becuz I didnt so they called there manager and asked and told there manage yeah it looks he used it theres a scratch on the handle called me a liar right to my face, spend thousands a year there ,and the geek behind the counter laughed at me as I walked out
