Dont come here for your pharmaceutical needs.Came last Sunday to pick up a script and was told they dont have it in stock and need to order itI ask how much it is; they say its $4 so I agree to have it ordered and they say theyll have it in the next day by 11am. Due to the weather conditions I dont return until Friday, giving them an extra few days to ensure the orders in.Come Fri, I try to pick up my script and the lady tells me no script is too be found and directs me to drop off. At drop off, another lady tells me my script is just a normal otc thats well over 4 bucks and directs me to the aisle. I ask her if shes sure thats my script and she double checks with a third employee. They scramble around and after half an hour of waiting, they tell me someone changed the order that was placed and gave me an otc cvs brand one thats 10 bucks. It took me 2 trips and over 40 mins for them to sell me an otc medication I couldve picked up my first visit which wouldve saved me a second trip and this half hour ordeal.

Came to this CVS after the one in my neighborhood out in Brooklyn messed up my holiday cards badly. Was in the neighborhood making a donation to Savers and decided to give their photo department at try. Blown away by not only their photo departments fast and Immaculate turn-around on the cards but most impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! Walking into this CVS was like a totally different planet compared to the ones in Brooklyn. Everything was neat, organized and stocked. Pleasant employees everywhere you look offering to help. It was like a Disney movie! Big thanks to Monica for all of her help and patience! And to the manager whose name I didnt catch but who spent a great deal of time and energy trying to make sure I had everything I need... thank you!! Very appreciative and hope your corporate office appreciates what an incredible job you all do!!

Used to be a great pharmacy, weekend pharmacy staff lack customer service skills and basics business communication skills. I believe many of the pharmacy staff are just plain overworked, and are prone to burn out. Im updating this. 04/06/2021 The pandemic has changed everyone. They have gotten much, much better. Customer service has changed for the better.

This CVS is like any other store you would see in America. It is not the largest but has enough products that you can find what you need. There is a pharmacy at this location and the pharmacist is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff at this location is nice and friendly. The parking lot is large and easy to get in and out of.

Only really come here for the pharmacy and they are absolutely great to deal with. Willing to answer any questions and are always super helpful and friendly.

This place never has anything in stock. If they do have anything it’s the CVS brand stuff. I want Robitussn; I don’t want the CVS Tussin. I want Benadryl; not the CVS Allergy Relief. Total disappointment. I usually have to go across the street to Walgreens after I come here. I think I’ll just start going to Walgreens in the first place.

I stayed 20 minutes longer than I needed to because I could not stop watching the train wreck unfolding before my eyes. Ive watched this CVS degrade over the last few years and today I decided I need to start taking my business elsewhere. It starts with the efficiency of their stocking. They dont seem to be doing any. Most of the items are un-stocked or there is a single item item; I suppose thats enough in their minds. I can almost guarantee that their warehouse is a complete wreck. Those are lost dollars, lost sales, lost customers. Then there is the cleanliness. There is none. Product all over the floor, mixed up on shelves, while the manager is telling customers that they picked up the wrong item and will not honor the price the customer claims they thought it was. The shelves are a mess. You cannot expect a customer to do an audit of item numbers when picking up an item that has been misplaced. Then there is the quality of customer service. Pretty terrible, but not overtly. The staff is pretty nice, but generally oblivious with little to no supervision. It comes down to poor training, and reinforcement, which has resulted in below average skills. I was picking something up at the pharmacy for my mother and when I said my her name in its un-Americanized pronunciation, the cashier said HUH?. Inappropriate. An Im sorry, could you spell it for me? would have been just fine. I believe this was the same cashier who told my mother to go get cash for her cancer medication because their machine was broken. Finally, and this is what kept me longer than needed, I overheard a conversation between the store manager and an employee. The employee asked her a simple question about his schedule to which her response was Do you know how hard it is to make a schedule!?. This is all happening in an aisle while she is surrounded by product all over the floor, much like the rest of the store. I personally do understand the challenges of writing a schedule, and managers oftentimes get it wrong and need feedback from employees. Instead of listening to his needs, she literally shushed him and ended the interaction. She continued to argue with multiple customers about pricing and product placement. Heres a thought, if the store were not a mess, these conversations would not be happening. I cant say I am shocked at this since the entire establishment seems to embrace mediocrity and low class behavior and presentation. I am going to start driving down the road a bit further to a different location go forward.
