Austin, Brandon and the whole store did an unbelievable job of helping us get switched over and all settled into our new T-Mobile plan! Even stayed past closing to get my daughters phone all set up who was in out of town calling over here to get help. Definitely recommend these guys 😎

Came in a few days ago to switch services. Everyone was v helpful. Best t mobile in Wenatchee by far. As I was waiting for my information to be transferred I noticed everyone who came in was helped immediately and was out swiftly. The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely wanted what was best for the costumer.

Take this with a grain of salt as my situation was specific. I am no longer a T-Mobile customer. I ported my number to Verizon last year leaving my account in good standing. All balances paid and all hardware (4g booster) returned. A year later I wanted to unlock my phone to use on a different network. when I called customer support, they told me they could not find my account and that I needed to go into a local store. When I went into the local store, they told me they could not find my account and that I needed to call technical support. I went on and on with both parties at multiple points having both of them on the phone while standing in the store with no resolution. I was eventually told I was s*** out of luck. I finally called T-Mobile and demanded to speak with someone in a supervisory position who could access an old account and finally got my phone unlocked. It only took eight phone calls and two visits to two different T-Mobile stores. my suggestion is to avoid T-Mobile altogether.

The reps here are so sweet ! Never thought I would enjoy being at a cell phone store so much!

I highly recommend this store friendly and professional environment. I went in the other day and was greeted right away by Rafael, and answered all of the questions I had about their products. The manager Efrain was a lot of help also.

Say there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. It’s 11:30 and there’s one person here. And supposedly her manager is in the bathroom.... I have things to go and have to go to work. I don’t have time to wait 15-20 minutes to pay a bill. This is ridiculous.

The guy who checked us out was a jackass. He kept telling us about phones that they didnt have in stock, we paid cash for 2 phones and a smart watch, but he still added some of the charge to the bill, even tho we told him we wanted to pay cash. Then he tells me the smart watch isnt on a data line and if i wanted to add it, just go into any store and they will, but when i looked at my bill it has doubled because he added a data line on it.He didnt bother to tell us anything, even lied and said our bill will be the same price when i asked multiple times.

I think this place is much better than East Wenatchee because I was able to go in get a phone and get out, something I tried doing several times at East Wenatchee but couldnt do, efrain is hella chill and Daniela is a badass! Love this place, I recommend over East Wenatchee
