Best T-mobile store I’ve been to. Always willing to help no matter what and the energy in the store is very positive. It’s in and out so don’t worry about time they are super fast and professional
Great experience at this location by Macys. Stopped by to look around and left with a new phone and great service. Staff worked as a team and helped each other out. Will recommend to all my friends and family.
Great customer service with amazing phone deals. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Recommend 10/10
Excellent customer service, Dilia was amazing. I went to switch my family account from AT&T and she was the best. Best deals and best customer service.
Awesome experience. I went in to buy an iPhone for my child completely clueless on the process but a rep there, Nashierra was excellent and very knowledgeable, especially about parental controls, made the process quick and easy and overall made me feel great about my purchase. I’m hoping to have her help when Im ready to upgrade my phone !Thank you!!
Excellent staff! Great deals! My favorite go to T mobile store 10 stars ⭐️
Great employees that always have the best customer service! Highly recommend this store to everyone who wants to save money and get great service
Great atmosphere, amazing staff and management! Overall loved my experience, Would definitely recommend! My new Go to T-Mobile store, This location is next to Macys & Vans!
Nashie is the best sales rep! Great store and good people.
Lucas Jordan and Zach are the best in this business I highly recommend this particular store and these salesman they take time to explain things they dont hurry you they are extremely kind polite and professional something that lacks with most companies these days Plus Lucas saved me money on a better plan and switched me to a better phone and I was able to bundle another device he also took a lot of time to explain the phones new features he was very patient hes the best and Im a very happy customer
Amazing customer service every time I come to this store! Great environment & attentive staff!
Best T-mobile store in Wellington!! Great deals and friendly staff with great customer service.
Costume Service was great with a Store Associate called Sobe. He tried to assist with the issue regarding my phone. I still have to go to a store where technicians can go deeper then this could have gone but, the fact that he gave it 100% speaks a lot about the store and the employees..
I went into the sprint store to return my old phone and get a screen protector for my new phone. Right away I was greeted by an associate who directed me to an associate named Jacklyn P. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very meticulous while applying my screen protector on my phone. Thank you, Jackyn for your help. I also noticed that the whole staff was lively and friendly. It really made my experience in this store a good one 🙂 I will definitely come back to this store if I ever need anything else for my phone.
Manager has other things to do rather than helping you. I did my transaction online and order pick up at the store. Couldnt find me on the system. I requested for them to get in contact with support while at the store but instead he wanted to cancel the transaction already made and redo every including pay the fees all over again and wait for the previous fees 5-10 days to hit back to my bank account..
I’ve been a Sprint customer for some years but I only came to Sprint because Apple couldn’t activate my phone in store. My previous experience with Sobe was great so I knew it wouldn’t be a hassle I immediately was assisted by Karla E. she helped my activate my phone and even got me a new plan which was cheaper than my previous and included the brand new iPad Pro. Ashleigh (sorry if I butchered your name) the store manager was a big help as well the atmosphere and personality these two provide maybe the only reason I stay with Sprint. I never had fun spending money in my life. I will always return to that store even if it’s just to say hi
My mom was helped by the same dude when I got a phone last year and he helped us out so much explaining everything throughly. Hes really easy to talk to about anything in sprint
Excellent Service, Im a very happy SPRINT customer! 5 STARS
Stay away from this store. Customer Service is horrible . Adriana Perez needs to be fired, she doesn’t know how to talk to customers . As soon as my daughter and I walked in the store she had an attitude, she is very unprofessional, using her long finger nails tapping on the store iPad and also told me to “move” from next to her and go in front of her. That’s not what sprint is about. I am a loyal customer to sprint and never experienced such a nasty employee. Look at this store employee turnover. Something is definitely wrong with this picture. Whatever she didn’t want to help me with I called sprint 1800 # they have the best customer service .So customers if you want help call the 1800 # for sprint .Thanks to Mr.J.Lloyd from Sprint he was able to assist me as a loyal customer in the most professional way.
They were helpful. Had lots of sales.. and upfront on Costs. They were quick. Thank you..
Great customer service, the people here are awesome!!
We switched from another company to sprint. The only issue I had was they took a while to help us out.Besides that was o.k. !
Karla M is very helpful and the store is all around very friendly
Miguel N. “Store leader” has the WORST customer service ever. Didn’t try to help his obviously new and struggling employee.
My husband and I were shopping for a new phone and were fortunate enough to work with Kiara of the Wellington Mall Sprint Store. She successfully converted what is normally a complex process of transferring data and accounts into a refreshingly pleasant shopping experience. She was remarkably patient, technologically adept, and incredibly nice. (Our needs were a bit more complex than most.) Kiara is a rare find, and we will always seek her out for our cell phone services. We were so pleased to have worked with her. Thank you, Kiara.
I recently purchased an iphone 6s from the Sprint Wellington store. The customer services that sales associate Diana Salgado provided me with was nothing less than exceptional. Her friendly demeanor, honesty and extensive knowledge of the plans and services offered by Sprint far exceeded anything I had ever experienced from a cell phone provider. Coming from Verizon, that is saying a lot. If the Sprint service is anything close to the exceptional customer service Diana provided, Sprint will have a customer for life.
Terrible customer service, they lie be aware!!
Awesome customer service there team was knowledgable and extremely helpful this is the only store I will shop at...!!!!!!! The manager jimmy was amazing
Really good overall service. Had to wait a bit for my phone as it was ordered, but always really friendly service
We recently decided to switch to Sprint and decided to head over to the nearest store from us. This one was it. Kiara, the Sales Rep, helped us out. We have a couple of Google Pixel 2 XLs and for some reason there were technical challenges with the switch. It was apparently going to take a day or two. Which wasnt okay, but the great thing to mention here is how impressive Kiara was with her support through out the process. Without me making a request, she went ahead and requested a couple of loaner phones for both of us, while their tech team worked in the back to get us on their networks. Big shout out to the Sprint team at this store.
Stay away from this store! Worst costumer service ever. We have been with sprint for 10 years, and on dec 6, 2014 we went to get new phones as our contract had long expired and we were eligible for upgrades, unfortunately the service was so bad, they gave us 3 different information on our plan within a 3 hour period. It was so bad, at the end of the day, we went to the Verizon store in the first floor and switched companies without any hesitation.
Its in the mall on the 2nd floor near Macys. Almost always a wait
This Sprint store refuses to cancel your account if you want , apparently because it doesnt benefit them and its a waste of time for them. I had to go to another store to cancel my account.
This is definitely the worse experience Ive ever has with a wireless store. I switched from Verizon, in which i totally regret so much. From the moment i walked into the store around 2pm. someone noticed me and said, well be right with you. i had to wait OVER AN HOUR until someone decided to come up and help. The representative very courteous, started to help me. This gentleman, was just trying to do the best for his customer, and decided to throw couple of lies. I bought 3 lines from this guy, but unfortunately the phone that i wanted was not in the store so he very kindly ordered it for me. He gave me a Temporary phone in which according to Sprint Customer Service, they werent supposed to do that. But according to another sales rep. the manager decided to help the customers and go out of the rules Sprint had established. That night i left Sprint store after 9pm when the mall was already closed. In case you didnt know, Sprint has a 14 day return policy. Well, i almost got stuck with my temporary phone because almost a month later, i went to check on the status of my order, and for my surprise, he never ordered the phone i wanted. I wanted the iPhone 6sPlus and he ordered the 6s. Well, so when i went back to the store i told another sales rep. about my situation and i told her my original sales rep. had told me, that he was going to go out of his way, to get me my phone ASAP. and with a smile and a confused expression she says... I dont know why he would say that, but we dont go out of our way, we just order the phone and call you when it arrives. But the again, she was also very courteous and said, dont worry, I will get this squared away for you. So at this point the manager had to get involved because i had told my original sales rep that i wanted to get in the iPhone forever plan. Well, he only put two of my lines on the plan and gave ME a regular plan. He had said that when the phone arrived, he was going to swap me into the Iphone forever plan. When the manager override all this because according to him, i wasnt going to be able to change to the plan the way he had set it up. This whole process Also took about 6 hrs. oh and ome more thing, when she gave me my receipt, i asked, did you ordered the phone i wanted? She said NOOO!!! OMG!!! Are you kidding me??? So this were her words: oh no, we dont order phone because we get phones everyday, so we have a list on a notebook and as the phones come we call you. oh and by the way, when we call you, you need to come ASAP because WE MIGHT GIVE THE PHONE TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! hahaha omg, this is hilarious!! So i left the store and call customer service. Then about 2-3 weeks from that day, i went back to the store to ask for my phone. no one had a clue. then another sales rep came to me after 45 minutes, when a assistant manager apparently, told me well be right with you she decided to help someone who had just walked in. This guy who helped me, had just come out from the back room. when i told him my situation he said he apologize.. you know the usual speech, but he actually ordered my phone. Sprint had sent me a tracking number so i can keep track of when i needed to go pick it up. when i got the notification that it was delivered i called and asked, if my phone was there, and they said NO. I thought, maybe the ups guy was high and pressed the wrong key and he made a mistake lol, so i double checked. 2 days later (because i was kinda busy) i called again, and the girl tells me that the phone is NOT there... so i asked, how long do you people usually take to tell the customer that the phone arrived? she said... umm the same day!!!! man, these people are funny.... so i told her, how come ups says i arrived 2 days ago? she has no clue what to respond so she puts me on hold.... she asked for my name, and said, oh yeah your phone is here... but we called two days ago and left a voicemail..... i just laughed and said, umm no you didnt because i have no voicemails or missed calls. So when you want to switch to Sprint, THINK TWICE!!!
2 hours and 30 minutes it took to switch to a new phone. Go anywhere else but here. Tried to say that the activation tower was down. Then made us (not an employee) go to the apple store to get a sim card that they didnt have. They get commission here, dont give them time or the money. This was a waste of our day.
Let me first start off by saying I love sprint as a company and I absolutely love their customer service over the phone and online (some of the nicest people Ive ever spoken too in customer service), however thats where the love ends.Every single time I walk into this sprint store I have a bad experience I absolutely despise going in there, worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life most of the employees are always either gloomy or snobby and on their high horse for whatever reason I dont know, they rarely ever even greet you and with todays experience I honestly think its last straw for me.I went into sprint today because my phone the HTC ONE was stolen yesterday at work. I explained this to the young gentleman Ryan who was at the front desk and asked him what were my options. He asked me if i had insurance on this phone to which I said no, I was shocked as he started to smurk and laugh asking me really why not in the most patronizing manor ever. This was the start and the decline of our conversation as he was just to rude to believe.I went into the store well aware that i might have to buy a new phone (heck I was trying to buy the Note III as a replacement) but some how he ended up trying to up sell me on another phone/speaker/headphone package that i could care less about. I JUST HAD MY PHONE STOLEN! seriously? In the end I ended up just walking out. Now this would have been a shocking experience for me if I didnt already expect it from this store. The last time I was in there to buy the very HTC ONE that got stolen I had to deal with another rude employee this time a lady and ended up going right down stairs to the Radio Shack to buy my HTC ONE from this older lady (who by the way was a sweetheart, excellent customer service). I am now strongly considering canceling my service and going back to Verizon or T- Mobile just because I hate this sprint stores ethics so much.
They refuse to help me, they said they only do sales!
When I was quoted $73 for my unlimited monthly service I went for it ...needless to say my bill every month has been $96.....what gives? call once to complain and they dropped my bill to $73 ...only once since it has been $96.....Sprint is a rip off...........I plan on calling today to cancel if they dont start charging me what they quoted me....$73.....
Sprint service is really bad in Wellington and I will never trust some people here.
Had everything I needed.
