Called Tony Petrone to clean up some wiring, install new ethernet jacks in my bedrooms, check the coax outlets in the house, and install a couple of Sonos amps. They quoted the price (which was very reasonable) and did all the work in the time quoted. The techs were knowledgeable, professional, and timely. I have another project upcoming (new speakers and security cams). I will be contacting them (and leaving another review). It is important to find companies who say what they do and do what they say. I trust Petrone Technology Group to handle my tech needs going forward.

Recently used Petrone Technology to upgrade outdoor speakers. They did absolutely amazing work! We get so many compliments and people asking us who put it together! Used this company 2 weeks ago to redo an older security camera system. Anthony the owner was super nice, easy to talk to and always responded right away when contacted. Upfront with pricing. The techs Ryan and Josh showed up ON TIME on a Monday morning! They were efficient, knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. Manners and all! They left no mess inside or outside my home, even used a broom and dustpan. Their quoted labor hours even came in 2 hours under! Honest company! When all was done, Josh even took time to help set up the mobile view on all my devices. Nice guys! Nice job! Happy with the install. Nice to use a local Wellington business. Definitely recommend!

Worked with Petrone Technology Group during the last two weeks, installing new equipment we bought from them and programming and adjusting some very quirky and expensive Meridian equipment I already owned. From the day I set up our appointment for their initial visit, to the day they finish installing the equipment (outdoor speakers, media server, indoor and outer access points, nest thermostats, home entertainment), we received incredible service with attention to detail and specially with attention to our specific needs. During the entire process, Anthony Petrone constantly visit and called to make sure everything was running smoothly. I rarely leave a review, but Anthony and his entire crew deserve to be recognized. Great customer service. I spoke with Anthony, the owner over the phone. He takes all sales calls personally and I found that impressive. He was very honest and explained where I could save money. He had his technicians at my home two days later. They were both very polite and knew what they were doing. They were careful and clean. I was extremely impressed! I would recommend to anyone.

I went in to the store to obtain an estimate. They told me they would call and schedule one at my location. I never heard back so I sent an email asking about getting one. They then called and scheduled an estimate with me. However, no one showed up for the appointment. Had to take my business elsewhere.

We needed to have a projector replaced after a lightning strike. The part had to be ordered, and it seemed like it might take quite a few days to receive. Anthony quickly took care of the order and had the crew out and installing the projector within two days of our first conversation. I would definitely recommend the crew at Petrone!

Petrone designed and installed a sound/tv system for my house. The system performs beautifully and looks great. Most importantly is their after installation, service and support. They did a really good job hanging my tv and hooking up my electronics. It looks great! They were clean and polite. The bill was itemized and very fair. They didnt try to upswell me parts and told me exactly what I needed and where I could save money. I added one remote to control everything. Its easy to use. I will use them again.

I previously spoke with Petrone concerning the installation of a pair of Nest Outdoor cameras which would require running the power cables into the house for outlet usage. I stopped in this morning with a camera in hand to discuss installation later this week and within ten minutes, they already had a tech available to instal who followed me to my house and had the first camera up and running within 45 minutes. Install necessitated drilling a 1in diameter hole in concrete, running 25ft of power wire, and sealing the hole. Additionally, the second camera was mounted up high on the second floor with a very neat connection to its requisite outlet. Petrone is by far a superior home technology choice than services from one of the Big Box stores and is a locally owned and accessible business.*Follow up, if you live in Wellington, you are very aware of the rash of vehicle burglaries that have spread across the neighborhoods along Wellington Trace. I, along with three of my neighbors were victims of the same individual on the same night. The position of the camera allowed the PBSO to build a case on the individual depicted in the screen grab. Also, the compelling line throughout the Village has been that we have been leaving our vehicles unlocked. Since Nest cameras record audio, the footage caught on my Nest Outdoor clearly picks up the sounds of my truck door unlocking just prior to the burglar entering. After reviewing the footage, PBSO pulled complete finger prints and IDd the suspect, and rebooked him back to a local correctional facility within 48 hours.*Palm tree was removed immediately after PBSO completed their evidence gathering.
