The service itself is amazing. The last two times I’ve come they’ve been so helpful and friendly. However, the coffee itself is not as desirable. I’ve ordered lattes both times in a week and even with extra espresso added they taste super milky, and no color at all to really indicate that there’s even espresso in there. I do want to go back to try their breakfast sandwiches. But for coffee I’ll stick to another place for awhile

Great little shop, friendly staff that I hope get paid well. They were patient and helpful when I had no idea what to order. Huge bagel sandwiches that leave you wishing you had a bigger stomach!

No thank you. People are kind - so 2 stars but this water doesn’t taste like coffee. Total disappointment. Friend said don’t go - I went. Wasted money. We purchased a vanilla iced coffee and a white mocha. I’m sorry but it literally tasted like water and flavor but no coffee.

Our favorite local coffee shop to go to! Love this place, prices are great for what you get. We recommend this place to everyone we know in the area and 100% recommend it over the chain coffee places in town.

Very good breakfast sandwich. I got the BrewHaHot sandwich. So delicious. Service was great. Coffee went smooth and was perfect. Will eventually come back when I’m this way again.

An americano is one shot of espresso in maybe 8oz of water.... Not 20oz. Similarly a black drip coffee should not be tasteless.If you like actual coffee and not sugary concoctions, its a waste of money. I do not know how this coffee shop has such good reviews. I will not be back.

Amazing place! I have visited over 30 times since I have been here and they have never disappointed. Very kind staff and considerate of customers! They accommodate well for vegan diets as well!

Breakfast sandwhich was fair at best. Overcharged for a glass of milk .50 more than menu listed. I brought this to attendants attention but i was told it was just the tax.come to find out I was charged a convience fee for using debit card on top of being overcharged. I probably wont go back. Ask for a receipt when patronizing this business.

I loved the coffee. It wasnt too sweet or too bitter, and that says a lot bc I really hate coffee lol. The staff was so nice, and they have really cool tip jars. You should definitely try it! Also heard their bagels are amazing, but I didnt try it bc Ive never liked bagels, but will most likely try next time.

I am from NYC where they have the best bagels in the USA. I was in Watertown for training and the only bagels around were either DD or Panera. Both gross. I found this place and must say, great bagels! Friendly staff and it filled my craving for a real bagel.

This is hands down the best place in Watertown to get a breakfast sandwich on the go. The Heartstopper with a lemonade is my personal fav, and the staff are quick, and friendly! Deff recommend this place if you want quality, value, and heartstopping deliciousness!!Update: 7-23-21Again went in for my usual and asked if they could accommodate my gluten-free roomate and they went above n beyond and had all the fixings neatly in a nice little container for her to enjoy. Thanks you guys sooo much for being awesome!

This is absolutely the best coffee shop in town! Their breakfast sandwiches are over the top. The chia tea lattes are amazing! Definitely a place you have to stop at!

I had heard good things about The Brew HaHa and they certainly didn’t disappoint. The staff was super friendly. Food was so hot and fresh from the bagel, to the REAL eggs, to the orange juice. Very happy and will definitely be going back.

Gentleman at the window had us try out coffee before leaving. Top notch service! A must go to coffee shop! Service and quality was fabulous. They also use Black Rifle Coffee so the support for a veteran owned business is just the cherry on top! Will recommend and will now drop Starbucks in support of this great local business!

Their jalapeno bagel with chive cream cheese is awesome! Has a nice kick to it. And of course the coffee is excellent. Very friendly too.

This location opened up recently using Black Rifle coffee. Had to make it a point to get there and try it. I ordered the Reeses iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich with the NY bagel. The kind man at the window suggested the French toast bagel...👌👌👌👌 delicious. Definitely my new spot.

Used to come here to get hot chocolate as a child. Now Im a young adult stopping by just about every morning to get chai lattes since the re-opening 😊 their bagels are the best and a great price for the size!

Large Guy aprroved!!! Great local coffee shop!!!! Dont be afraid to walk right up to the window no car needed! Prices and food comparable to Dunkin or Tim Hos but bigger and better. Excellent people work there. Best feature by far was the coffee incredible taste to the hot and iced coffee. The muffins were also spot on moist and appearedto be homemade. Only downspot was the breakfast sandwich I ordered the regular a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant appeared to be homemade but reheated. Portions are also a plus as they are made for grown people not leprechauns.

Brew HaHa has great bagels, coffee, and service. The island bliss smoothie is also amazing!
