I give this stars to Aaron, he makes the most perfect macha latte. He is very friendly and excellent coustumer services. I always ask for not foam and he was very attent to read the label, you made my day!

Good coffee but dirty area where the cream and sugar is and completely out of napkins. Plus music too loud.

This location serves such a huge area and is ALWAYS busy. The staff are often not able to give adequate attention to patrons based on the workload of online and walk-in orders. They are however, usually pleasant, preparing accurate orders, and try to call names and do the right thing based on the busy environment. Went Christmas day and they were understandably slammed. The 3 person staff did a good job of holding it down. They need a bigger parking lot and more payroll to throw at certain times and days, not the staffs fault though.

This is one of most polite Starbucks. No matter the staff they are really great!

Love this place, and it looks very clean and nice. I love the atmosphere and service. The only problem that someone may encounter is pricing, but its worth it.

Always get my coffee wrong, even though it spells it out On the sticker. Also, slow staff. You’ll be standing at the counter for 5 minutes staring at your coffee - not very aware when you’re waiting for your coffee.

Visiting my daughter this morning I made some coffee she had bought (not Starbucks) the most foul brew we both had ever had. So I volunteered to get coffee from Starbucks because I am the best mother ever😏 I sensed the person checking me out could feel I had been traumatized by evil un drinkable coffee. She gave me a knowing look and a kind smile as she bagged up my three bags of coffee and two signature blend to go. I love you guys (could be the coffee talking)

Love my coffee, love my espresso. They actually did put the extra caramel in that they charge mo for. Unlike every single other Starbucks I seem to go to.

Clean, fast, good service. Got a cold brew and it kept me up for the 3.5 hour drive I had to take, so I recommend that. Starbucks coffee in general always tastes stronger and not as watered down as the other big brand coffee places so I reccomend.

Its a Starbucks ... I guess relevant feedback would center around accessibility. Its by a busy intersection so its kind hard to get to. Limited parking space. I estimate about 8 tables if you want to study there so not really the best choice. Coffee is great, staff is friendly.

Being just outside Watertown Square and close to both the 71 and 70 bus routes, this Starbucks gets busy at rush hour periods, but the team hustles to brew and serve as fast as humanly possible for the crowds. And they (almost) always have Nitro Cold Brew on tap.

Super friendly, fast, great service. BEST COLD FOAM COLD BREW XTRA VANILLA from Massachusetts to Long Island. Thanks to the sweet barista whos name we unfortunately did not get.. thank you for an awesome start to a long drive home!!

Overall nice Starbucks with great friendly employees in the morning who know my order and no me and it’s great. My issue is with the par levels of inventory this store has. It’s the Only Starbucks around that that runs out of blueberry muffins at 8:30 in the morning and runs out of cold brew by 9 AM. blueberry muffin issue happens at least once every week and a half and running out of cold brew even before lunchtime happens at least once every other week I’m not sure how I went to Saturday’s morning at 9am they don’t have enough cold brew. They ran out. Not being to able to buy one before at 9 AM in there already out for the whole day doesn’t make sense. Up you pat levels.

Service was below average for Starbucks. I visit Starbucks regularly and never have an issue at other locations. I have never been to this location before. There was two people waiting in front of me; took 15 minutes to get my coffee. There was one barista on shift who was more concerned about mobile orders than in store customers. Under staffed poor management.

The staff at this Starbucks is usually very engaging and nice. The parking is a little tight, this store is really designed for the public transportation, bike or walking commuter/visitor. The interior is well laid out and there is decent space for you to lounge and enjoy your treat.

I was underwhelmed by the vibe of the staff here. They seemed indifferent - didnt really care. Not particularly friendly. The coffee was good, but I expect that. They could make the experience better by throwing in a Hello, how are you and a Thank you here and there. Maybe I just caught them on an off day. Maybe its Boston.

I get that I order it at 6am and whoever is working might be mad or lazy or hasnt gotten their switch turned on for the day or something but come on, ITS BLONDE!! ITS SUPPOSED TO BE literally MILK. Its a LATTE. Wheres the STEAMED MILK??? Not this americano with some milk. NO. I always get nervous when I pull out that green mouth closer stick thing and it comes out without any foam on it. I just silently scream at whoever made it, boy, this is the 3rd time. And I cant even complain about it in store because someone picks it up for me and I drink it a hour later when I actually have the time to relax. And hey, this aint relaxing in the slightest BIT. I just added cream I had in the fridge and it still tastes like maybe a bad coffee I would make. You know, I thought I ordered Starbucks.Whoever works there bright and early on Saturdays, I hope you read this.

Its your typical starbucks. It has the usual layout and vibe, generally fairly quiet here on weekends. Staff was friendly.

Place is going down hill. Every morning it takes 20 minutes to get coffee.

At least they have some seating, but not a lot. Parking lot is small, but hey, its a crowded area in general. Nice enough for a Starbucks.

Its clean there was only two staff members working and they were extremely slow. Im not a regular Starbucks person so I dont know how many people are supposed to be staff but it was around lunch time.

Was disappointed with my visit, the drink I wanted to order I was told they did not have despite it being listed on the starbucks app, the barista did not even go to ask anyone if they had heard of it. I was overall dissappointed with my experience here. I did contact starbucks about this incident and received a credit which was nice, but was overall disappointed with my visit here.

Don t go here if you want to get any work done or have a meeting. Its insanely loud,. There is a heater that blows every time someone walks they one of the two doors, the music is blaring odd 80s music and staff is trying to compete with the barista machines and everything else going on. Not my best visit.....only 1 person making drinks - she forgot mine and I had to ask for it. The cashier for not give the after 3pm discount for my Frapuchino.

Clean on the inside, outdoors a bit less so. Service was relatively quick and in line with what we expect from Starbucks.

The Watertown Starbucks is alright. They dont have a drive through and service is always slow but it suffices.
