Crystal rock is a great water outlet! They have many good products and their prices are great. They can add deliveries or skip deliveries on the down season. They offer a rental of a Kool Beans coffee machine and Cool Beans coffee (Kenya). It is the best coffee and I have gotten many compliments on the flavor (specifically the Kenya pods)

All the drivers that deliver my water so far are always plesent, friendly, respectful and very patient.Thank you for your service.

Ive been a customer for years. The service is excellent, the pricing has been spotty. Having the ability to negotiate with them, is great. Fortunately we come to terms, and they make me happy. There delivery personal are great, and very friendly. If you have a problem, THEY LISTEN and actually fix it. They try very hard to please, a feature found in few water delivery companies.

Crystal Rock is very customer focused. The drivers are very friendly and willing to work with you. I have never had a messed up order even when I have changed it the day before my delivery! I love CRW keep up the gr8 work and service you provide!!!

I disagree with the writer of the negative review. My experience has always been good with this company in the area where I live which is on the NY/CT border. Im happy to have the service available as its ended long treks to purchase 5 gal. bottles at a retailer.Its easy to sign up, and manage your account with options to postpone or request deliveries, and Ive never had a negative customer service phone experience. My driver provides excellent service and phones if there is any delay. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Terrible service, I tried to do something nice for my karate students at my studio and crystal rock turned it into a disaster. Orders never came, ran out of water many times, and even when I cancelled service, tried to return the cooler, got out of work early for pick up and they never showed. Absolutely unacceptable.

The first month I switched to auto pay I was double billed. I was mysteriously charged for 6 coolers instead of 3. I called and said it would be fixed. They fixed it by billing me $490 more than they should have the following month (normally $76). I called and said Id like to cancel and I want to be reimbursed. They only offered an account credit for a portion of what they owed (what good is an account credit if Im canceling service? ) Im unable to reach or get a return call from the local vendor who has the power to issue a refund.

We have been ordering water for our home residence for many years. The water is good. The deliverymen are professional and extremely accommodating. However, the customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS. It is impossible to reach a live person to coordinate with updated billing card information, etc. Its reaching the point where Im just going to go with another water supplier.

OMG cant make this up. I have 4 accts locations under 1 bill for 25 years. Used to get 1 paper bill. Now they separated the acct . and still send 1 paper bill like before minus two locations. Never got billed for the two locations even though they said they emailed me. Now Im in collection for these accts. Spoke with rep at crystal rock and she told me that even if I pay collections like I was going to do I will not be able to order water from crystal rock again. I said this is ridiculous and she agreed with me. So now Im cancelling all 4 accts and going to another company.

Respond quickly to any call for help, very easy to work with, great group of people.

By far, the worst company to ever work with. They cannot stick to any of the delivery dates that they schedule you for. It has been 2 months since my last delivery. When I called to inquire about why the deliveries were not made 2 months in a row, they could not give me a clear answer. They basically stated it was the local vendors fault and did not even apologize or try to make things right. If you are charging me for a service then I expect the service to be provided. Crystal Rock is full of incompetent employees that have no ability to provide customer service. Do not waste your money with them You are better off picking up water from your local supermarket..

Worst Company I ever dealt with, was lied to twice saying my order was on the delivery truck and never arrived, called the Company was told that it was a mistake and Ill get the order the next day in the morning only not to receive anything again. Then I called into the Office again only told a different story each time. Bottom line they are a joke.

They have cheap prices however beware they suddenly change them. Very often they will give you a used sprayed down cooler and act as if its new. Half of the delivery drivers dont show up on the days they are scheduled so you may be stuck waiting the entire day for nothing. Recently theyve been sold off by DS and they have got rid of the more competent employees that have been working there for years and replaced them with people who really dont know what they are doing or talking about on the phones. Also before that they did a massive layoff and had other people work in Bristol. The two places dont communicate well at all and put blame on one another when something goes wrong. Crystal Rock has went downhill from silly executive moves over the past 5 years or so.

Tried to recycle the “new designed” crystal rock water bottles, they wouldn’t accept the barcode on the water bottles in any recycling machine. Please fix the problem.

I have had delivery for about a year now and have no complaints . I have always had my questions answered with no problem. Crystal Rock provides an option for non-fluoridated water, which is great!

I live in Watertown. My company gets their bottles labeled Vermont Pure, natural spring water. This is a LIE. The water is filtered city water, the processing plant is at 1050 Buckingham Street in Watertown CT. I drive by this plant every, single day. This is NOT Vermont, and this is NOT spring water. It comes from the many reservoirs that feed the Waterbury water system. How does a company get away with such blatant LIES?

The delivery people are great. The water was fine. Prices were ok.I had a negative review up here for several days because Crystal Rock appeared to be extorting me for hundreds of dollars. It took some doing, but essentially one of their customer service reps gave me a bad piece of info about a cooler that was at a different location under my name and I believed it was returned, so they charged me for a cooler that was not returned. What had happened is the person who has the cooler in his place started doing drugs and acting crazy, wouldnt let them get the cooler back after I had been told it was already returned, hence the unexplained charges.They have been so reasonable and nice dealing with me that I have to give them a high rating. They are knocking 50% off the cooler if we cannot get it back from Sam and the customer service is courteous, patient, friendly.I never had a problem with the product, everybody wanted it who sampled the water and their drivers were more than cool, so...high stars.
