Staff makes you feel like a burden the customer service is horrible.

I stopped receiving deliveries from this company back in March. they continued to bill us monthly for deliveries we are not receiving. I received a bill for April and for May. And the funny thing is that I moved in the beginning of April so I certainly did not receive anything for April nor May!! in April I tried to work it out with somebody in billing and I requested to see their invoice slips and they refused to send them to me! I gave them my new address and now they just sent me a bill saying they delivered more jugs in Maywhen they didnt even have our new address yet!! I stopped deliveries after moving. We get our water at Lowes now. I was also billed for a delivery in February which we did not receive. At this point I will be filing a better business bureau complaint! Stay far away from this company!!
