Everyone at Slumberland was very nice and helpful. They have by far the best prices! We will definitely go back for any furniture purchases! I highly recommend them!

Would highly recommend! We felt very well taken care of and not just a sale. We had our toddler with us and if you have a toddler you know how stressful shopping can be. The sales associates were so helpful in showing us what our options were for buying a new mattress all well keeping our toddler busy so we could truly find the best fit for us. They even gave our toddler her own small pillow to to use while we were testing mattresses. They never once made her or us feel like a burden. This was one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had. I can’t say enough good things.

Ive dealt with other Slumberland locations and had awful experiences, but I continue to come back to this one; dont let other experiences with the company deter you from this location. Ive bought furniture from this Slumberland 3 times now and never had a bad experience. Sales folks are always super friendly and attentive. They do attempt to upsell, but never aggressively and are very respectful if you decline. Delivery people have always been courteous and quick. I highly recommend this location!

Customer service was fantastic in Watertown, WI!! I was having trouble purchasing my items on the website and contacted the customer service through their chat window and within 5 minutes someone from the store was contacting me back and assisting me on the phone! It was nice not having to wait around too long to get in contact with someone and resolve the issue. Shopping there was great, got a whole set on sale but now we only have a couch and recliner and still waiting on the love seat. They said that we would get it at the end of may, then it went to June and now it will be the end of July. We have a baby on the way and this is getting frustrating.we ordered this back in February/March.

Im honestly surprised to see all these positive reviews. They are either made up or a lie people told for a discount.My experience was garbage. The Watertown Slumberland is an embarrassment to the chain.Ordered things that were guaranteed to be in stock. They were not. Most places wait to charge you until your order is filled. This is not like most places. It was like a bad drug deal and Im out money with no product.Ive had better conversations with rocks than I have had with Nick.

Sales staff was very helpful and pleasant. Delivery staff very polite and nice. Slumberland door delivery is not helpful. If you are delivering bring the furniture in and provide the best service you claim to provide.

Today: We went to Slumberland in Watertown to purchase a new recliner. Stacy greeted us as we came in the door, we told her we are looking for LazYBoy recliners. We made our selection and making way to the desk to place our order we came across a very nice sofa at a great price. So in short, we purchase a chair and a sofa. Stacy was very pleasant to do business with. Highly recommended this business.

I saw a great sale ad online for Slumberland but had questions before ordering. I saw there was a local store and went over. I worked with Kylie and got excellent service, all the answers I needed and some i didnt know i needed. Havent gotten the bed and mattress yet, but the customer service and knowledge of the staff is outstanding!

The people at the store were very nice, however to make a final decision that we wanted only to be told that it had to be ordered. Was not really the best idea, I was looking for new furniture now not in 6 weeks. When I questioned it I was told that everything in the store unless its got a special tag or a blue dot on the tag had to be ordered and couldnt be bought off the showroom floor. Thats a heck of a way to lose business. We bought one chair instead of the pre-planned too and went somewhere else for the second one.

I was very disappointed in the communication! We bought a couch from the Watertown location the end of February & was told we wouldnt get it until the middle of March. Well we were ok with that..but then it was the end of March and no couch..so I called & then was told it would be middle of April. Was very upset because no one had called to let us know. Again no couch..so I stoped into the store the beginning of May ready to cancel everything & they talked me into getting a chair which I could get the following Friday..well then a few days later all of a sudden I get a call that the couch was in & would be delivered with the chair. Needless to say we finally got our furniture may 7th...a far cry from middle march!

Today was our third time coming to Slumberland in Watertown for our furniture needs. Michelle Selerski has assisted us before and just like before, today she gave us excellent service. She gave us great advice in making our selections and set everything up for us for delivery and assembly of our furniture. We are very happy with the furniture we have purchased before and are excited about the new things we have coming. Everyone on the team at Slumberland cares about making things right and workable.

Sold me a sofa that had been repaired prior to delivery. Fast forward ten months and the repaired arm disconnects from the sofa. Resolution from Kylie/Stacey arm = replacement ordered. Part to arrive in ninety days to repair already repaired and broken furniture. Go elsewhere for quality! They do NOT stand behind their products.

I was told from the get I would receive part of my order by April 1st. Its literally the only reason I went ahead with the order. I knew the pendant light and stools would be on back order and was ok with that, but when your told your dining set and sons bedroom set will not be delivered on the original set date ....thats what angers me. Its super frustrating when your told your getting your order by a certain date and you find out 2 days beforehand that now you have to wait another week. If this happens often, dont tell customers they will have their order by a certain day. I spent 3,160.68 and was offered 105.48 refund for the inconvenience, thats like a slap in the face. Will definitely not be be recommending or using these services again.

Very helpful with getting a new comfortable mattress ordered and delivered to a blind handicapped young lady. She will appreciate the new comfy mattress and new bed sheets we ordered thru slumberland. Again thank you for your kind help with this, and the delivery of the items to our daughter who is handicapped and blind. Purchased a slat bed frame a few days ago. Bed frame arrives with 4 slats. After less than 24 hours 1 of the slats has already broken. In researching online the bed should have come with at least double the amount of slats we were given. Contact the location and am told that yes we should in fact be using more than that but unfortunately they can’t order just slats so our options are: return the frame and get something else, they can sell us a box spring to have more support (whole point of getting a slat bed is to NOT have a box spring!) or we can go to Menards and buy additional slats ourselves. Wow! Mind you also, the picture online of the bed DOES NOT show it with a box spring! Terrible customer service!

We were welcomed upon entering the store, they e enjoyed had a wheelchair available for use. We were shown a variety of mattresses and given privacy to talk and make our decision without pressure to buy but encouraged to be sure we chose what was best for us. I believe we did that.

The sales reps were very nice & mostly helpful. I purchased a mattress a few months ago but then a huge hump formed across the center of the mattress so they deemed it defective & asked me to pick out a new one. The ONLY reason I was credited for the defective mattress is because I purchased one of their mattress protector covers ($75). Which was not brought to my attention when I originally bought the mattress. I also had to purchase another cover for the new mattress in order for it to be covered under warranty. So, when they say 120 nights satisfaction guaranteed, it really means spend more money on a mattress cover or else theres no warranty. How the cover protector protects against coil damage, sinking, swelling, etc. I have no clue but this really erked me, especially since I had to purchase another cover.4 stars for the sales reps for being patient with me & dealing with my attitude. 0 stars for the mattress company or SLUMBERLAND for false advertising satisfaction guaranteed.

We got a mattress and couch. My son has found the mattress to be very comfortable. They did really good trying to get it in my hatchback vehicle, and when it wouldnt fit, they were able to schedule a free delivery in less than a week so that was excellent! The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.They didnt have a floor model for the couch I saw online, but did great at showing me one that was similar so I could sit on it. I ordered the one I wanted online at a really nice sale price since the one close to it I sat on was comfortable.Originally with pandemic delays the couch was going to be delivered by the end of the month (October), and given I ordered at the beginning of the month, I thought that reasonable. I then got a call around then saying it wouldnt be until mid December; that is significant. I was next very pleasantly surprised when it could be delivered about mid November. The delivery guys were even available hours earlier than expected so that was really nice plus were understanding and waited to come after a work meeting. I wouldve preferred being given multiple delivery times to choose from when called days beforehand to set up the delivery instead of being informed it will happen on/at..., but it thankfully worked out better than anticipated. I also dont know why I got called multiple times in a row to set up a delivery until a voicemail was finally left; when I got to my phone to see that, I thought someone was calling for an emergency until the voicemail informed me about calling them back to set up the delivery.Some weather stripping came off the door during the couch delivery, but theyre timely addressing it which shows professionalism on their part.The only thing that really put me off was the fact that despite the sale, the couch still cost quite a bit, and there was a $100 delivery charge. That by itself is understandable, but to then get handed a piece of paper during delivery that mentions gratuity on top of it was quite off-putting; a $100 delivery charge and gratuity (that couldnt possibly be planned for ahead of time either because of no advanced notice)? No way with already paying $100 for delivery! I frankly find it rude to expect gratuity after already paying $100 for the delivery. I would also expect the couch to be completely put together before they leave for $100, but when asked if I wanted the bed in like they didnt really want to, I decided to let them leave it with the bed folded out. They did remove the plastic from the mattress of the fold out couch bed after asking me first. I was just surprised they didnt automatically put the bed away and put the cushions plus pillows on, etc. Since I had the feeling they didnt seem to want to, and since they asked if I wanted the bed in like they just wanted to leave, I thought to myself Ok why not have them leave it out so I can see how it is to put in. So though that is what I ultimately said, I was still surprised to be asked because I just expect that for $100 full service delivery that the entire couch would be put together by them after removing the plastic before they leave without question. Since they seemed like they just wanted to leave, I let them leave the bed out.Perhaps they can consider a survey to customers and one area can focus on what do customers expect for paid full service delivery. They can then compare customer expectations to however they internally define it because there seems to be a mismatch of expectations here.Overall though, the whole experience was quite positive and the couch is so incredibly comfortable! Even with the few hiccups, I recommend them, and would go back there again.

We have been looking for a platform bed for sometime now, and finally decided on the one we found at Slumberland. Michelle was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We received the bed today, and can’t wait to set it up.

I was sitting on a friends barstool which collapsed underneath me so I had to get him a replacement.Went to Slumberland as it was the closest store that sold replacements. Unfortunately the only chair Slumberland had was very expensive, and used, but I bought it as it seems much better than the one its replacing, hopefully it will be.

Do not get any extended warranty not worth it. If youre furniture starts falling apart after a year neither the extended warranty or manufacturer warranty will cover it. They try and make it sound good when you first buy the furniture but for example mine started coming apart were it is stitched and its not covered they wont replace barely a yr old. I definitely wont buy from here again or refer anyone. Spent over 5000 dollars there in the last couple yrs and this is how they repay loyal costumers.

We decided at the minute to get a new matress for our spare bedroom. My daughter was coming home in 4 days. So we stop at the Slumberland Furniture Store in Watertown. What an awesome experience! We told them exactly what we were looking for and that is exactly what we were shown. Gave us all the info on the mattress they had in stock.& was what we wanted. Awesome employees & owner.
