Bought an excellent mattress with the base and frame at a lower cost than I would have paid had I bought the same mattress online (I checked!). The customer service here is excellent - - theyre not trying to sell you just anything to make a quick buck, but the item that is right for your needs. They even delivered everything the same day I bought it, within the hour! If they had other furniture here, Id buy all I needed from them. Recently had a great experience buying a mattress from Watertown Mattress. The owner took his time to walk me thought a bunch of options and explain the differences between them. Was really pleased with all the options available and at a much lower price than I was expecting. I like that he started off asking some questions about my sleeping habits, had me try out a few options that felt great and were at the lower end of the price spectrum. A nice change from other stores I had visited. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and never applied any pressure to make a purchase. Will never buy anywhere else again. We needed a new futon mattress for our futon. We went here based on positive reviews and couldn’t have been happier! Mike, the owner, greeted us the minute we walked in and was very helpful in showing us our options. I have not been to Watertown Mattress so cannot attest to their service or quality of their products. I can, however, attest to the less that honest character of Mikka McQueen. He purchased an item from me on eBay. I sent it too him in good faith with the expectation he would fully reimburse me when I got the final shipping cost. He has repeatedly ignored my request for payment of the $50 he owes me.

This small warehouse on Arsenal Street can be off-putting at first for customers expecting sellers in white lab coats or suits in well-lit, fancy facilities. However, the owners of Watertown Mattress are knowledgeable and sell great quality products at a good price to buyers willing to not comply with the rules of big furniture stores. So far, we have bought four mattresses there (three for the kids and one for us) and would recommend this business to those seeking to invest their money wisely.

Came in for a mattress frame, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Both the guys working there were extremely kind and helpful, and even brought the frame out to my car while I paid. Highly recommend!

I went in with fumes coming out of my ears after a mattress firm let down. Mike took me through the shop showing my son and me different mattresses, gave us a discount, delivered and fixed the beds on the same night! Dont go in expecting this treatment, it was a bad mattress firm situation yall and we got better beds and mattresses for $200 less plus a no b.s. delivery and set up. Phil at the store was very generous. The price and value of the mattress was good but what set him apart was the service. Phil helped load and tie the mattress to the car. He also gave me a free bed frame when somebody accidently broke my old bed frame.

Having procrastinated over choosing a bed frame for far too long, I dropped into Watertown Mattress on a whim to see what they had. From the start Mike and the sales guy (Therone, I think, sorry if I got your name wrong!) made me feel comfortable and welcome and didnt pressure me into making a decision. I ended up ordering a frame from a catalog as they didnt have the style and colour I wanted in-store. Price was very reasonable and they had it available for delivery in just over a week. Delivery was excellent - I had a 3 hour delivery window, the guys called me half an hour in advance and arrived right on time. The delivery team were excellent, they put the bed together for me in less than 30 minutes, which would have taken me hours to do on my own, and had a great attitude - they clearly have a lot of fun working together. I will definitely be going back when I need a second bed for my spare room.

Even though the mattress we wanted was not in stock, Mike made sure we got it as soon as possible. They provided a loaner mattress for free as long as we didnt take off the plastic or damage it (since we had just moved into town) because the delivery took a couple days. When the mattress was delivered, Mike himself came to set up the bed and make sure everything was in working order.

This is hands down the best place to get a mattress in the Boston area. We went in to upgrade our full to a queen and were lucky enough to be helped by the owner Mike. He knows everything about mattresses and truly wants his customers to get the best mattress for them - at the best possible price. We fell in love with a Simmons world class luxury mattress, but wanted to shop around at a few other places before we bought it. We found a similar mattress (also Simmons world class luxury) for a higher price at a major mattress chain; when we quoted the manager there the price from Watertown beds, he said Go right back there and buy that mattress. You will never find a better price for such a good bed. True story! We followed his advice and bought the mattress yesterday, and couldnt be happier with the whole experience of shopping at Mikes store. Top quality mattresses at rock-bottom prices.
