Flow Moving and Storage made my stressful move smooth! When I downsized, I had to let go of furnishings that wouldn’t fit. The most precious were a distressed, Asian styled sideboard and Noguchi glass and wood coffee table. I also had a patio set I adored. The consignor I chose to sell the items referred me to Flow for moving them to the store.Raymond responded quickly and offered fair pricing and a quick turnaround. He and an assistant arrived on time and, within 15 minutes, had carefully packed the heavy items, carried them down a flight of outside stairs and loaded them. They delivered all items safely the same day. Raymond’s clear communication and care for my time, money and belongings made it the best moving experience I could have imagined!

Raymond and Sean did a fantastic job moving us with only 3 days notice. I would have been lost without Raymond understanding that I was in a very tight place and needed help. He is my hero! They showed up on time and were both careful and conscientious throughout the move. Raymond later realized that a small piece from our grandfather clock was left on the truck. Although it was out of his way, he brought it to me. Now that’s customer service!!! Thank you Raymond and Sean for making our move so much easier!

We used Flow Moving to transport our car to Seattle in 2015 and everything went smoothly. This year we hired them to transport a car to Maryland and although there was a small problem with the subcontracted driver, Flow Moving did everything to make it right and our car was ready for pick up as promised. Raymond stayed in touch with us and was very helpful through it all. We would definitely used Flow Moving again and recommend them.

Flow Moving & Storage LLC is an excellent company for all of your moving and storage. I have done several moves, in state and out of state, which included packing and unpacking. I have also had expensive and sensitive equipment in my dental office, which was meticulously handled. This is the second time weve used this mover. Our move went well. The movers were very professional and courteous to my husband and I. They wrapped our large furniture pieces appropriately as to not cause damage. The movers were personable and kept the move time to a minimum.

Quick, Professional, and not too expensive!

My experience with Flow Box movers was terrible. I have items damaged, TV, lamps, and furniture. I have tools missing. The truck, 16 feet, was too small despite my apprehension, which was not taken seriously when I raised the question. They arrived late, and expected to be paid for additional time. Really pressing too be paid in advance for so called discount. My worst moving experience ever. This was an honest assessment of my dealings with this Company. I choose to not attempt even communicating these problems any further with Raymond as I knew what his response would be. I chose to not pursue the issue any more, but documented the issues, and they have been reported, to address, should that become necessary. Otherwise, I chose to move on, but he is quite combative when attempting to communicate. I’m done, chose to move on, and he should do the same and work on improving in a professional sense. Bullying former customers will not work.
