The gallery shop was very helpful in sorting out my merchandize issue. It took some time but I must give a 5 star rating to their staff.

A friend posted a photo of a mug she bought from the National Portrait Gallery shop with a depiction of a painting with all four women who have been on the Supreme Court. I had to have one. Living in California, I went shopping online. I found my mug...and more. I had it delivered. It took less than a week and is in PERFECT condition. I had so much funI may have to do more shopping!

ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL EXCLUSIVE EXHIBITIONS with permanent exhibits!

I ordered online package 654102561-53967. I paid $72.95 total, $28 for the Starry Night umbrella and an exorbitant $44.95 for shipping to London. This was a gift for a dear friend, but I just found out it became a nightmare for her. The Gallery Shops used Fed Ex International, which days after delivering the gift then billed my friend 38 British pounds for shipping, about $46.74. When my friend explained that I had already paid The Gallery Shops for shipping, Fed Ex turned it over to a collection agency, which has been hounding her. She will have to pay the shipping costs that I already paid to keep Fed Ex International from unjustly ruining her credit. This extortion is inexcusable.

Just a fresh, beautiful and open display, and a wide variety of options - from prints of paintings to games and treats. i find the store in the gallery to be almost as fun at times as the museum itself.Just great.

I found some great souvenirs and gift items but the prices are such a turnoff.

Its a museum gift shop which means the price ranges $$ to $$$. However, it does contain some unique gifts with beautiful designs. Even if you are not making a purchase, its worthy enough to be checked out.

I love all stationery and product they sell, but there are couple unprofessional attitude stuff at the Coffee shop and the main store. Huge disappointment.
