Received an order today I’ve been on hold for approximately 15 minutes and they close in 9 minutes. Awaiting a redelivery of my order due to it being warm, fruit was not in the top. Wow. I want a refund, Period!!! The girl that answered must be the managers family she was so confused about what I was saying. I know I’ve ordered a few items over the course of Mother’s Day and my birthday, my issue was with today’s order! Never again! Not this location!

This is the best store I have ordered from. I did online ordering and the bouquet was delivered within 2 hours for same day delivery. I am truly impressed and would recommend them. Very courteous and professional staff.

The worst franchised store !!!Ive made several orders from Edible Arrangements and this by far has been the worst experience. Placed a order for my sister birthday June 9th only to receive a call from the delivery person at 4pm stating shes gone for the day. Yeah shes get off at 3pm !!!

I have been a huge fan of edible arrangements and had never had an issue until today. I had never ordered from this branch and now that I see the reviews I wish I would have checked that first. I am out of state and requested a delivery for my sister-in-law in DC. I received notification that my order had been delivered but she only received the fruit even though I paid for the fruit and bouquet of flowers. Paying over $100 for a box of strawberries was not the plan. When I call the number listed I get sent to a vm that is full no other contact information is available. I would love for her to get the flowers I paid for.I have reached out to the email they list on previous bad reviews have yet to hear back from anyone.

Valentine’s Day is the worst time to order from here! First, the senders notification said “delivered”. When I called the store to follow up because nothing was received, the store said “ignore the message”. Why would the tracking message say “delivered” if I haven’t received it and your response be “ignore and call back at 5:30 if you have not received”. I was also on hold for 40mins! Secondly, by 530pm, I never received my arrangement or a call from the driver! The store had me on hold for over an hour the second time. Time wasted waiting on the phone to never speak to anyone! Now I will not have my fresh fruit and disappointed that I couldn’t receive my gift. Money wasted! Highly recommend to NOT order from this location. You won’t receive on time and will receive mixed messages. Now I have to go to the store in person to chase down a gift that was meant for me.

My daughter got an arrangement delivered today, for her Dads Bday. First of all they were late! The delivery window was from 10-1pm, they arrived after 2pm. Before the arrival he alerted her that he would be he in 10 or 15mins. Once he arrived he called & said he left the arrangement on my building floor. At my apartment door! With no knock at the door. DC is not rodent free! Why would it be okay to leave food on the floor? She never signed up for contactless delivery. I spoke with Alex who said he is the store manager. We went through all the steps took prior to delivery. My daughter created a photo birthday card with a message. The photos on the front of the card is blurry and yellow... Im assuming the printer was running out of ink.. why would they even send a gift looking like this? Oh the actual fruit arrangement looked fine.

Birthday girl loved the Edible Arrangements. I was a little hesitant to order after seeing the reviews from this location but everything turned out fine. Thank you for making our wonderful day.

Ive called about 7 times in regards to a Vday gift for my mom. NO ONE has answered and as I type this review Im still holding on. Calls are sent to a full vm box at times or either you get prerecorded information. Im hurt because my daughter who lives in the same area code got her arrangement and my mom ( who I ordered an arrangement less then 5 mins later) has not received hers. Customer service and communication with this location is a all times low. At this point I want my 100.00 back. Yall didnt deliver.

If you can avoid ordering from this location, please do. I made the mistake of placing an order here and disappointed is not even the correct word to describe my experience. I have called NUMEROUS of times to correct the message on my arrangement, & it STILL was incorrect. Not only was the message wrong, the recipient was missing 3 key items in the Valentine’s Day Bundle. Basically I paid $100+ for a cup of fruit.The balloons, the teddy bear, and the box of fruit were not delivered.Currently, I have been on hold for 40 minutes!! I have spoken with “management” yesterday without any follow ups. I completely understand that this is a busy holiday, however, this is just unacceptable. I have asked for their corporate number to remedy the situation, and the “Manager” said that they would handle this situation in-house.

I want to give them 5 stars because the fruit was delicious and they turned my order around very quickly. The cashier was also helpful in identifying an order to meet my needs and budget. They lost one star because I didnt receive my order until 15 minutes after the agreed time, and then it was incorrect so they had to take it back to fix it, which thankfully happened relatively quickly. Due to the this delay I had to run back to my meeting, nearly getting an asthma attack and then my balloon flew away, so Im a bit salty. Wish I took pics, but all the fruit has been consumed at this point.

Wow, What a delicious gifts store. I Ordered Delicious Celebration Dipped fruit delight large size to my best friends birthday. I have ordered last week Wednesday around 11am. She works in school leave by 2:30pm. But the manager promised me to deliver before 1:30pm. I was surprised she got the arrangement by 1pm and she served that arrangement to all her staff. Awesome service and customer relation.Great.......

Really enjoyed my experience. I walked in on a spur of the moment decision and found the perfect arrangement for my sisters birthday. Elizabeth was super helpful. As I walked over the next 4 blocks to the office, at least 3 people commented on the arrangement .

I ordered two mothers Day edible arrangements on May 7th to be deliver on May 10th Mothers Day and I did not receive them and now Im calling the store and is going straight to voicemail dont order from the store at all

They leave there phone off the hook during business hours which i think everyone in that establishment should be fired. i called 2 days ago to check on to make sure it would be delivered someone told yes , I try calling today no answer because the phone OFF the hook during business hours I will be contacting corporate on this location.

Ordered two edible arrangements of chocolate dipped strawberries and chocolate dipped fruit. Both were very fresh and delicious!! I order quite often from the Ahwatukee location and it is always good. Great service!

I placed an order to be delivered at my sister’s job. They failed to delivery on time and so I rescheduled for the following day. They assured me it would go out on the first round of deliveries, to arrive “no later than 2pm” Called to check the status and they informed me it was going out on the second trip of deliveries, to arrive at 4:30pm.Totally unprofessional.

It looks like this franchise ruined a lot of peoples Valentines Day plans, mine included. I placed my order a week before the holiday, and they completely failed to deliver it. Like many others, I attempted to call them multiple times, and no one answered the phone. It was only after requesting a refund from Edible Arrangements national help line and filing a dispute with my credit card company that I received a voicemail from someone at their store who said they were crazy too busy yesterday and so they might have missed some orders. They offered a monotone apology and to refund my money, but thats as far as theyve gone to make things right. This store doesnt deserve your business, consider yourself forewarned.

The ABSOLUTE worst place in America! All of the 1 star reviews are true. If it had 0 or negative, I would definitely give it the lowest rating possible!! They take your money and dont deliver what you paid for! Then they turn off the phone so you cant call them or leave a message. This sounds like some ex drug dealers who couldnt get that right are running this place and they are just stealing money from people. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!! I am still trying to get my money back! And customer service is not any better. They leave you on hold for over 2 hours! Yes I waited. If anyone gave this place more than 1 ⭐, they work there. No words.... basically ordered arrangement 2 days early only for it to NOT be delivered and phone has gone to voicemail for 24hrs. Funny that I got right thru while trying to place the order and now nothing. I will NEVER order from ANY Edible Arrangement again. No customer service number or anyone to speak with is frustrating. I just want my damn money back!

I would like share with everyone that Edible Arrangements did a fantastic job with my order and customer service was excellent and on point as in delivery, and customer service with amazing in all my special requests, and also the my arrangement was beautiful, delicious and everyone was amazed how the fruits were fresh. Placed my order at 8 am and it was delivered to the recipient by 2 pm the same day. No delivery fee, everything was exactly as ordered from the product to the card! Although a tad expensive for fruit, it’s a quality product for sure.

I just had one of the most horrible customer experiences ever with any store and its management. I ordered a large arrangement that was scheduled to be delivered yesterday (3/27/17) to an office located 2 blocks from the store. At 6:30 pm, long after the office closed, the tracking information stated that the order was in transit. I called the store to check the status and no one answered. I called Edibles Arrangements International and they were not able to make contact because no one answered. They simply offered to file a complaint and told me to expect a response in 48 hours. I personally went to the store today (3/28/17) to inquire about the order only to be met at the counter by a person claiming to be the manager. I asked why my order had not been delivered. His cavalier response was I dont know, people make mistakes. He was not the least bit apologetic and never gave a reason. I asked for a refund, which he provided still without an apology. As I left the store he said in a very snarky tone You have a good day. I turned and looked at him without saying a word. He then said, Im certainly going to have one. I should have read the other reviews before selecting this store. Cant understand why they would want to be in a customer service business with their I dont care attitude. BUYER BEWARE! !!!!

I paid more money for my gift to be delivered at a time i thought would be fullful instead its late an no one is answering the phone... I even called the day before to Male sure.. an he told he would be no problem let it still has not been dropped off... The fact the calls are not being answered on a major hoilday an really unprofessional... An Ill will never order nothing from them again....

Placed an order for Valentines Day 24 hours in advance to a business. Never came. The policy states business deliveries will be arrive latest by 5pm. I tried calling the store and it went directly to voicemail. I tried leaving a voicemail and the inbox was full. WHAT A JOKE!? Where is my refund?!

I sent an Edible Arrangement to my friend on their House Warming Party from this store and delivered it on time. Customer service is up to par and I will definitely be ordering one for my mom on her birthday!

I am actually beside myself right now, beside myself because I cant believe that the delivery person (the only delivery person) for Georgetown Edible Arrangements delivered an arrangement to my hospital room at Georgetown University Hospital this morning got a case of sticky fingers and took my iPhone. I am all for persons innocence until proven guilty but this was as clear as the nose is on my face. A policy report has been filed but I honestly doubt he will admit to taking it. He immediately powered it off and has likely hidden it somewhere. First of all, anyone that would steal is lower than the scum of the earth and secondly anyone who would still from a patient in a hospital is a complete waste of air. A police report has been filed and it turns out that the officer actually knows the delivery person. According to the staff at this location, the delivery person was questioned and searched when he returned to the store; he said he didnt take it. I was told he called the officer who has the case and told him the same thing. At this point its the principle of the matter; we all know iPhones come a dime a dozen, no pun intended but my point here is shining the light on the sad state of humanity. I would never suspect a person old enough to be my father delivering an item to the hospital would steal from the patient. See you in court!

Amazing gifts location in DC downtown. This Edible arrangements store is just 1 mile away from my office. Last week I went this store at lunch time for just enquire about gifts how it looks. They kept some bouquets in display those are awesome. When I ask for the bouquet to be send to my Moms 75th birthday. The store manager Sam picked me a Birthday Bouquet Regular size. That bqt made with Star shape Pineapples and Delicious strawberries with Belgian Chocolate POP it says happy birthday.Its an amazing and really My Moms best suitable edible gift product. She was very happy with my gift. I will order coming occasions in future from this store at M street North west DC down town. Excellent customer service.

This place is horrible and does not deserve a penny from anyone! I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my significant other and was let down bc it was not delivered. I have made several attempts to to make contact and I’m getting the voicemail! I am furious and disappointed! I need my money back bc these arrangements are not cheap! This experience was poor. my package did not deliver on time and when it was expected. it was for a birthday surprise and all that got shipped was a box. i got the run around about the free box of chocolates. then when the package delivered the bouquet that i ordered was not even shipped only the free boxes of candy. so i didnt get what i even paid for

This location is going to be the reason why I will not use Edible Arrangements as a company for gifting special creations to someone special. I placed an order through the website on a Saturday for a Monday delivery. The item was never delivered and any sort of correspondence was never communicated. When we called their phone number it was always busy or sent to voicemail. Please refer to the other locations in the D.C. Area when ordering through this company.

This place is near to my office , I had 10 orders at once. They are delivered on time . My interaction with them is smooth . They handled special instructions without a problem , I will repeat again .

The representatives didnt inquirie about why I was calling nor did he get any of my information to call me back. He just hung up on me. TERRIBLE SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST! Do not, under any circumstances, use this location! The product was ordered yesterday afternoon for delivery today at a local business. It is now after 5pm and still nothing! When trying to call the phone number to inquire about the order, virtually all calls were sent to a voice mail in which the mail box was full! NEVER AGAIN!

So I called into the store to do a same-day delivery for a birthday the staff came up with every excuse possible not to do a same-day delivery that was very rude very unhelpful And then she put me on hold and never came back I called back three times they are not picking up I wind up calling to DC cupcakes and Georgetown I would highly recommend them very kind they definitely love your job

This is the worst place ever I ordered things to be deliver to somewhere that was one block away to my wife and it wasn’t delivered on Valentine’s Day..Then I was called a week later being asked if I wanted it to still be delivered I said hell no and the manager was also very rude and hung up the phone when I called to track my order.
