Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But thats the problem in every store.

Please be careful with this manager of this store, if you need help, do not do it with the manager because he has absolutely nothing, and unfortunately when you look for a solution, he only brings out the terrible genius that he carries inside and rather insults people when he speaks, I do not know as such a prestigious store can have this type of people as managers. And worst of all, when you call customer service to make a complaint, they simply hang up the phone. be careful

On a hot summer day we LOVED the underground lot for charging. The Electrify America fast chargers were in relatively close proximity to the entrance to the store. While those with internal combustion engines faught for an open space...we pulled in, plugged in and went shopping.

Too much homeless people hanging in front of the store and bothering while you are trying to get in your uber. Being told I cant go into one line, then sent to another to then sent yet to another cashier .. wasted over half hour of my time chaning me to different lanes.

Well organized with helpful associates who know the location of each specific item that youre looking for or cant seem to find. The checkout line is less crowded.

Been here for 1hr in line there is 5 out of twenty lines open on a holiday weekend, workers just roaming around instead of opening more lines up. Very frustrating experience, most shoppers have left their whole cars sitting there due to the long wait lines, alot of food going to waste today

Not bad. They had a good selection of fruit but it gets emptied out fast. As most Walmart stores, it’s usually always crowded. The girl at self service wasn’t the best. She was slow and just didn’t care. She sent us to a cash only machine and didn’t even tell us it was cash only, which you can’t see til you get to the machine and see it on the screen. Since she waived us over there, I asked if it was accurate or if it takes cards and she said “yea it’s cash only but you can try a card, it might work but I doubt it” 🥴. So we had to wait again for another machine. It was very annoying. But I found everything I needed though so that was cool. It was pretty easy to find everything.

The hospital where I was being discharged called the pharmacy several times to ensure my medications would be ready. When I arrived they werent and it was very frustrating to say the least after having emergency surgery on Friday

I really enjoy shopping at this particular store, its well organized and the staffers are customer friendly. However, the Deli department is increasingly in need of HELP! DELICIOUS rotisserie chickens, but the timing is seriously off as to when they are ready for purchase.

Pretty well stocked. Clean and reasonably spacious. The workers dont bother you and let you shop. If your asking for help finding something, well thats another story! Sometimes the people are fine...sometimes there is always a slight creep/weirdo but thats norm for most women shopping these days.

The elevator doesnt stop flush for wheelchairs. The store is clean quiet and respectful. Needs more clothing for women. Overall wonderful experience.

Set my alarm clock to get to your store by 645, 650 am. The two greeters told me Customer Service opens at 7am. An elderly lady stood with me and we were talking. We both were conversations on how great it is we can get advice at 7am. The cashier walked out talked to other people and RUDELY said its going be a minute I got all this to set up and I just got here! I responded I can wait, it was 5mins after 7am went to get her registersl

Nice place. Plenty of cabs and drivers if you dont have a car. Kinda crowded at times, but expected from a big brand name store.

Was able to find what I needed and was affordable got food and was able to get a nice affordable sweater that was awesome 👌

It is crowded thats the reason it got four points but its still in and out pretty quick I got in line twice the first time I was behind somebody who had a cart full of stuff that had a baby so I didnt want to go ahead of them even though I had three cans of cat food. But the lane next to me was closing and she told me to come on after she finished everyone I was hoping she would do that. Some employees are so impressed to get out of work they give you terrible service at the end of the night. I probably did it more than Id like to think when I was in high school And college as a server and tables will come in at closing. The second time I went into self checkout and it was so long it stretched into the aisles sneaking through but it was so fast that was up there within 30 seconds probably and you dont even have to pay attention and have somebody guiding you and telling you which check out to go to

Free large parking under the store, store clean and staff went out of their way to help when asked..... Good good Walmart!!!

Looks like people are getting ready for another shut down! Lots of shoppers had 2 carts filled with food, water, toilet paper, paper towels, and can goods.People were buying pain medications, cold and flu medications as well.The store was very crowded and there were basically no SOCIAL DISTANCING!This is a recipe for disaster!There were NO shopping carts unavailable when I arrived at the store, which was about 5:00 pm.There were very few cashiers working, which created long lines at the check out lines.Im staying far away from Walmart for now!!!!

I cant get enough of this store . Probally spend to much money here because its always something that sneaks into the cart that wasnt on the list.

Best Walmart in the DMV. Store manager always visible and make us feel he has time to connect. See the way his team response to each other and customers , it’s like they have respect for themselves first.I take it back best center in the whole company.Blessings-

Never seen a Walmart set up like this. It was pretty cool to see as I am here visiting. You drive to the side.....take a drive way down....and you Park underground. Whats unique is that its just like any other parking lot in a Walmart thats free standing.....its just underground. 😁😁😁😎😎😎👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Have tried ordering from them around 7 times in the past 4 months or so, however 5 of these orders IN A ROW were canceled because they couldn’t find a driver. Spoke to the driver when I finally got a successful delivery, and he explained that he is the only delivery driver they employ—even on the days when he’s off, they still allow online orders to come through and even go so far as to pick them out/shop them, even when they know they won’t get delivered since their only driver is not working that day. So every time you order online, it will be a huge gamble as to whether or not your food will actually come. This is pretty embarrassing as this Walmart is company-owned, not even a franchise. Have told customer service who couldn’t care less, so I don’t expect this issue to get fixed. Do not put yourself through the unnecessary stress of ordering online from this location.

Like Walmart as usual. Very wide range of goods. Got some affordable but quality items. Prices for new stuff even seem better than similar stuff at a thrift store.

The Wal-Mart super center was easy to find and get to.They have all the groceries I need. Terribly convenient that.Shelves are well stocked all over and there was help in most places. There were a few missing prices but the price check scanners helped out a lot.The roast chicken I got was fabulous btw! 😋Definitely a place Ill be shopping at often.

There is no other store like Stride Rite. I took my kids there for their first pair of walking shoes and then after. Now I take my grandkids!! I have to drive over an hour to Westfield Mall but its worth the drive...

This place is last resort. Its crowded and while I was there, I saw a woman spit on the floor in the store. The place is not properly maintained. The parking area needs to be cleaned up and lit as it is dark in many areas so theft is very possible especially in this area in DC where next door is a boarded up police station. I would suggest, if you can, to visit the Laurel location. The parking is better as well as the shopping experience.

Underground parking a plus. This location have fresh veggies which I like and close to my work place

This store has become ridiculous to shop in, to find what their online service says that the store had in its invetory, and it it is hard to find employee to.really assist you when you need help.The store was super crowded yesterday around 5:00 pm. There were more registers and cashiers closed than there were opened.People were doing Back to school, monthly, and cook out shopping.The floor clerks were all overwhelm by some of the shoppers rude behavior. Then there were the young children crying and screamimg throughout the store.And to make shopping worst there were stockers trying to restock shelves with large baskets, dollies, and crates blocking the aisles. Just ridiculous!This was definitely an unpleasant experience for me this go round!PS. THERE WAS NO SOCIAL DISTANCING IN HERE ON 08/07/2021!! The store looked like MOB Shopping!!

Parking isnt too hard to find surprisingly. This is a fully featured Walmart in DC, if youve been to a regular Walmart Supercenter, add an escalator and double the customer count and youve been to this one.

Coming from a different state it was definitely a different and really cool experience would definitely go back again!

I prefer on line shopping when it comes to getting things from this Walmart. The lines are always, always long.

Not much groceries, only two segments. Lots of stuff misplaced Long queues to elevator and register. This Walmart could benefit from customers packing their stuff by themselves instead of the cashier doing it for them...

A store, where you can find anything from TV, clothes, kitchen appliances to food and drinks. Low prices on almost everything and from non-food sector perspective the quality ratio was great. Big diversity of different stuff to buy at affordable prices. However, the food was mostly incredibly big packages of unhealthy options like chips, soft drinks etc. Healthy options and vegetables/fruits in general were ultra expensive, compared to the rest of the assortment which pushes the regular person to create bad eating habits!

Enough parent in the lot though it was uncomfortably hot in there. Two customers were just yelling at each other and they could be heard throughout the center. I found most of the stuff I needed. Mask wearing was optional for vaccinated customers but I wore mine just because 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

He would pass by closely at first and and then we moved out the aslie and he made his way next to her again. This time I asked why was he standing so close to my daughter and he immediately became defensive. He tried to over talk me and say he was working. BS... watch your daughters!

Walmart aka Wally World was great as always just need to get riding carts you have quite a few seniors in Frederick who can not walk the entire store live in Rockville so l pass germantown store they once were not prepared but the got new carts. West Virginia is Super they have wide variety of items for big girls Detroit is the Walmart of the future, DC stores dont like under parking need to by on line pick up bit much, NC SC stores really really super super stores Arizona was nice not impressive keep up make all stores equally up to high standards

Love this Wal-Mart. Its always neat and has what I need most of the time. One thing to note is that the lines are often backed up. Typically takes 15 to 20 minutes to get through check out. A plus is that DC police and security are very visible within the store, making you feel safe.

Once in the week I go to Walmart I like shopping in the clearance area, there are always good deals…thanks for the cool prices Walmart we love you !!!

This was a bad commute i came here because i know this store be stocked but unfortunately i was told they do not take online gift cards then i was told they dont take gift cards at all and then i was told i can only use them online i was disrespected in the mist because i was quickly put off and was told that i was all wrong and cant recieve help so i went online to their store site downloaded the app and everything so i could purchase me a phone case the case i wanted was in stock as well as other cases but on the online store app for their location nothing is in stock and nothing is for pick up so i ask what was wrong with this problem i was still told i was wrong and couldnt be helped terrible management. And that is the lady who quickly told me i was wrong and couldnt help.

I love shopping here i just order a cake. This is my #1 cake place to any celebration 🎖 🍾 hands down they are the best out there

Its a Walmart so you kinda know what to expect going in. But this one in particular was pretty bad. Starting from the broken doors to get in, escalator not working from the parking garage, and absolutely nothing in stock. At this point, I am not sure of their purpose when they dont have the products to sell.

Went to Walmart on Georgia Ave on 6/11 to do my usual grocery shopping. Recently, Walmart has been having issues with keeping Crystal Geyser water in stock so as I was browsing the water section and saw that again, my brand of water was out of stock, I started politely fussing to myself Lol. An employee name Gerald had his listening ears on and asked what brand of water I was looking for. I told him and he said follow him. He went to the back twice and brought back a case of Crystal Geyser water off the truck for me. Thanks Gerald for stopping what you were doing and being helpful.

Too small should be called Walmart Express. Not tidy whole area busy you feel rushed trying to see stuff. Underground parking could use more light.

What can I say... Walmart has almost everything in one place, price are reasonable (if compared with other chains of supermarkets) and the location of this store is pretty convenient if you are in DC, Bethesda and/or Chevy Chase area. The indoor parking is more than adequate for big cars (F150 here) what is a plus for me in DC area.

I rate it three stars because the lines were so long cashiers moving slow dont know how to bag up properly pulling items that needs to go first with bagging customers groceries. Bathroom section needs to be restocked as well as the bedroom items. so far as meats is good, can good, sodas, pastries are well stocked. Cleaning product well we know theirs a shortage with the pandemic. Other than that Walmart can improve.

The store was good but trying to leave with a basket, and the basket escalator was down. The line for the elevator was very long. 😔

Varieties in this store and well organized. There were a lot of people at the time of my visit. I went to check in the item I saw online but didnt find it. Price is always reasonable at Walmart.
