Worst experience so far. I ordered a photo printout from here and when i got there for thr pickup it was not ready for another 30mins. While we were waiting i brought a drink and it taste and smell like a garbage and i complain it to them.. And the they reply.We cant do anything there is the garbage. If i could be able to give - 5/5

Cant I give them 0 stars? They want to close earlier than expected, police was rude and asked me to leave because “they were closed” I was buying not stealing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would!! My boyfriend and I came to get some snacks and they thought we were stealing. Umm its 2021 we not profiling people because of how they look !!! Specially if you look just like the person you are stereotyping!!! Big no no!Please if you come to visit DC, avoid this Walgreens at all cost

Ordered photos from here and the website said my order would be ready by 10:25am. When I come in the morning they told me to come back after 3, and when I came back at 5pm they said it was still not ready and to come back the next day. Will never order photos at this location again.

More than a pharmacy excellent collections and good price

This is by far the best Walgreens Ive ever been to, the staff is super friendly and they always are in stock. All the staff have amazing customer service.

This is the best pharmacy experience Ive ever had. The manager (Jennifer C.), every pharmacist, every technician Ive had here has been friendly, competent, and fast. They have incredibly quick service, and I love how automated Walgreens system is. Five stars.

Rude cashier! The blonde girl give great attitude from her facial expression, tones of voice, and words! I am not work in Walgreens of course not familiar with your so called “ card” signing up. She supposes here to assist!!!!

I used their photo service and was very disappointed at the quality. Majority of the pictures were printed with a green/red/ yellow streaks on the pictures. Unfortunately I didnt discover this until I get home. For future, it will be nice if the staff printing the pictures can do some quality control before packing them up.

Poor quality pharmacy. The staff are almost hostile, slow, and rude. I leave every time frustrated at having been treated so poorly treated and having wasted +30 minutes for a prescription refill.

Has a public bathroom so it gets a 5 star for around here

The new pharmacy staff is uncooperative, compared to the previous one which was assigned since the opening of the store (2016-2019). The new staff has a very rigid and lack customer service abilities.

Manager karie was very helpful and nice I love her attitude and her way of communicating with me she help me get all my items and walk me to the cashier 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

One very rude employee. The rest were nice and genuine. I asked her if I could throw away a drink in the garbage behind her since the one by the registers was full, and she said no in a rude tone. I then proceeded to tell her that the reason was because the trash was overfilled,m and she then replied “ I don’t care” she then call the next customer in line so she would not have to speak to me any more. Very unsatisfactory experience because of one employee with poor customer service.

It is a huge pharmacy with 2 levels. You can find a lot of items. The things you wont find are nice smiling workers.

Cheap place to get snacks when staying at a hotel downtown. Screw $5 a bottle for soda pop from the hotel gift shop.

Cashier was very friendly. Staff member downstairs not so much. Staff member downstairs told me there were no public restrooms when I was asking about item location...

Terrible photo service, had to wait one hour for passport photo because of their broken equipment.

Came by to get some cough medicine and some cold medicine, if that is what you need Walgreen is the place to go they have every one known to man, service wasnt that great but they have a big connection.

Great. You find anything. It is a pharmacy complete with food and other products. The queue is efficient, but at some times it can take a while. The prices of the products are more expensive than those practiced at Taget or other competitors. Fast and efficient service.
