Great staff. I got a flat over the weekend and after putting my spare on it was also going flat I called at 9am and talked to Kevin he told me it would be no problem getting it done the same day. I dropped it off and less than 2 hours later he was calling me that it was done

They were able to get our car in for safety and emissions inspection within an hour or so of calling. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, and watching/listening to them interact with other customers its obviously how they run their business. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Shady.....Took van in for inspection. Failed for brakes. Insisted rotors also needed to be replaced, claiming they were bad. The person telling me this did not even see the rotors. He said once the pads are worn, they ruin the rotors. Well the pads were still nearing the end of their life, but still not completely worn. It wasnt metal on metal as he claimed. I replaced the pads myself. The rotors were fine.

These guys are always really professional, and theyre always up front with you. Ive taken my car and my roommates car here. Dave is an absolute pleasure to talk to, as well. He keeps me informed, and definitely tries to reach you once he knows whats going on.If you have to have your car towed here (and Ive had to have both towed here), go with Patriot towing. Theyre the cheapest Ive found, and they will just tack your towing bill onto the shop bill. They will also let you make payments on your car, too. Theyve really got a good thing going. So, if youre ever in a pinch for payment, talk to them. Dont be afraid. Work something out.They also accept credit cards, and have a very modern interior. They have SEVERAL bays, and can usually squeeze me in at almost any time, given a few days notice.All in all, I hate to have to bring my car to them, but wow, am I glad its them Im bringing it to. Definitely worth your business, I think.

Spoke with Matt several times before coming to a final decision on new wheels and tires. He gave me good advice and my truck looks great. Highly recommend Riechers. Well staffed and Friendly an still able to be personable. I felt very well taken care of from emails back and Forth with Matt to have a quote on tires. Response time very quick. Once I had said when I would be in and what tires I had picked there were NO surprises when it came to the price that I was told and what I ended up paying.When I had gone in to the Shop off 5th st I realize I had ask at witch shop my tires had been delivered to. They called over to the other shop confirmed the tires were there asked what the wait time was. Since the shop on fifth street could get me in right away other than their other shop on Highway 100. They drove my truck into the shop started work till the delivery driver came by from the other shop. I stuck around and within 25 minutes I was back on the road with my new tires and a smile on my face. I will be coming back every 6,000 miles for my FREE tire rotation.

We have been going to Riechers for years for oil changes, new tires and maintenance on all 3 of our vehicles. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is very polite and courteous. They are very straightforward in telling you their recommendations for parts that may need replaced but do not pressure you to replace. Recently had an issue with my F150 and they handled it very professionally. We will continue to take all of our vehicles here.

The mechanics here are smart and good guys, but their prices are insanely high compared to other shops, They charged me over $150 just to mount and balance 4 tires that I brought in for them and already had off the vehicle. Not to mention a two+ hour wait while the mechanics stood around the lobby chatting while vehicles were waiting. Not cool. This has happened more than once. The Dodge dealer next door is faster and cheaper.

These guys are in and out mechinics. Not leave it for a week and well call you. Great staff, fast work, fair prices. I know car repairs are expensive, but these guys make that pain bearable.

They are very knowledgeable about car repair. They have fair prices and do not try to do unnecessary repairs. They have a walk-in oil change service with 2 bays. The oil changes cost about half as much a Jiffy Lube.

Friendly people and quality work on your vehicle when you need it. This is one of the only local shops that can do front end alignments on taller cube trucks.

I take all of our vehicles to Riechers for everything! They have always been upfront and honest on pricing and what needs to be done. Most recently my car needed rear brakes. Riechers special ordered them for me and when going to put them on, they called me and told me that I didnt need them yet. I would not need them for approximately 15-20k more miles. They could have easily put them on not worried about me and my best interest but they did. I appreciate that they always look out for me. They are honest, dedicated, hard working individuals that appreciate local customers, such as myself.

Always excellent service, mostly for routine care/maintenance. This time I needed some expensive repairs. Mike took the time to explain things to me regarding cost and quality of parts, was not pushy or rude, and made several phone calls to get me taken care of. Michelle, in the office, provided me with transportation home so that repairs could be made while I slept (I work night shifts). What a lovely lady! Definitely the only place I want to take my vehicles.

I brought my car in for a tune up. I was already aware that I had a cylinder misfire. I told them I only wanted them to tune it up. Kevin at the desk was immediately trying to claim that the spark plugs may not be the problem. I advised that I only wanted a tune up and then we could go from there. He then told me that they would get it in at 7:30 the next morning (Saturday). I waited until 10 am to call them. I spoke to Kevin again and he said that he told me Monday and not Saturday. He again told me that I would probably need more work than just the tune up. How would he know that?? I told him to put the key in my car so I could pick it up and he continued to argue with me about the amount of work my car needed. These guys are shady. Also I have reason to believe that the one positive review on here was written by them. There isnt one specific example of how they provided excellent service... Strongly consider looking elsewhere for auto service.

Very nice and friendly staff. They take good care of your vehicle. Would suggest as the first place to get your tires. Went there to get my car inspected and found out the problems in my Acura. After they changed and aligned my tires, car runs smooth.

Riechers service does a great job, and they know what they are doing. They give advice on only what needs to be repaired. Riechers prices are reasonable, and they are prompt in scheduling and taking care of repairs. Regular maintenance at Riechers saves money and helps make vehicles last longer.

Very good shop, took my uncles truck there a couple times and my car. They were very knowledgeable and respectful to all there employees and customers.

I just happened to stumble upon this business when Google searching for a tire shop to handle mounting and balancing my custom wheels. All the places Id dealt with before said they couldnt get to my car for a couple days. My car was having some road vibration issues on the highway. I called Reicher after finding them on Google and they said they could get me in no problem just come on by. When I got there they quickly took my info and had my car on a lift within 5 minutes, and they werent having a slow day. There were 6-8 other customers there having service done on their vehicles. I told them I wanted a balance of all 4 wheels to see if that would get rid of the vibration issue. About 20 minutes later a tech came out and told me my issue was due to extreme wear on the inside of the rear tires. He didnt want me to pay for a balance and not be happy because the car would still vibrate. Although I trusted his opinion he offered to take me back and show me the tires so I could verify their findings. Sure enough, the insides were worn almost down to the belts. Although they spent 20 minutes diagnosing my issue, they pulled my car around front and had me checked out within minutes. And NO CHARGE for their time since they didnt do the balance. Most shops would have gone right ahead and done the 4 wheel balance knowing full well that it wouldnt fix the root problem! Since I had new tires Id already purchased online during a recent sale, I brought my car back to them a couple days later on a busy Saturday morning at 8am. They mounted and balanced the tires without so much as a scuff on any of my custom wheels. I was in and out in under 90 minutes. The car now drives smooth as butter.Im absolutely impressed with their work, and just as importantly, their integrity! Theyll get all my familys business from here on out. Its hard to find a great auto shop. This is one of those places. Try them out, I think youll be very pleased.

I was getting tires on a car that had over 200k miles. I wanted a cheap tire and the same size that was on my car. Matt put the proper size on my car. Not just the same (wrong size) tires I was running. He recomended a mischelin tire instead of a cheap no name brand. He put more value in my car than I did and I am so glad he did. Now the car feels like a million bucks again.

I was a little worried that the extremely low profile tire and chrome wheels would not come out pretty, but the guys at Riechers are professional and know what they are doing. I have done business with both locations and have always had great service. They are honest and have fair prices (a rarity) these days. I have purchased everything from an oil change to a set of truck tires. I have never had any issues unlike some other rude or impatient or just plain ignorant people posting negative reviews about these folks. But then again, consider who is posting the negative reviews. Amazing place! My car is a lemon and they have fixed most of the underneath. This last time they came to the gas station next to them and rigged my car to get it to their shop. When available, they give a courtesy car.

I brought in my car as it was having an issue with a rattling noise at cold startup. They could not find a problem. I did a bit of research and found the problem. I then brought it in for them to repair and they were nice enough to charge me $80 for diagnosing it...when all they did was tell me what I already told them. Nice.

Last week a friend and I were the crew for our husbands participating in the MR340 river race. We were pulling a camper – travel trailer and had noticed the left tire was looking low. We had just resupplied our guys at the river in Washington, MO and were desperately looking for a place to air up the tire. We found Riechers and told the guys of our situation and they were fantastic! It ended up we needed the spare put on because the tire was damaged and they charged a very small amount for this service. We were very grateful and relieved and were on our way in a matter of minutes. Great customer service is rare these days and so Im always delighted when its offered!
