Didnt visit the place for service was actually next door getting food and some kid in a beat up gray ford decided lets show off and Rev the engine over and over again. Would have been nice to have a quite lunch, but I guess kids will be kids.

My daughter had a large blow out on her 2013 Ford Escape front tire. She has only owned the car for 6 months. Every tire shop was telling her that she HAD to replace all 4 tires; without even looking at her tires! Thankfully Tom calmed us down and told us that he “wouldn’t sell us something that we did not need.” It was a huge relief! Tom was patient and caring. We called him 4 times in one day! Also, he fit us in on a busy Saturday! Thanks so much for your wonderful customer service. We ended up getting 2 new front tires and an alignment and we were extremely happy with the price. Thanks again! We will be back!

They helped me out with my car battery at a very cheap price. When they were fixing it pieces were rusted and snapped off, but the manager didn’t hesitate to fix it free of charge. He used pieces from his own shop and even ordered a piece on the spot from advanced to get the rest of it handled. Great customer service, speedy, and thorough work. Car batteries, oil change, small quick fixes, I would highly recommend.

I’ve been back 3 times for the same issues. Finally the guy at the desk tells me that they ordered the wrong size breaks for my car in the first place. How does that even happen and I’ve had My car there 3 times!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO YOUR AUTOMOBILE COMPLETED BY MOROE!!!!!!....UPDATE: Hutch (mechanic) and the manager stated I’m no longer aloud to bring my car in for service, due to the negative google review! 😂😂WOW!!!!This place is nothing but problems!!!

The first time we went here was so great. They fixed rotors and brakes and informed us that our tires were balding. So we made an appointment online (just like we did the first time around) for tires. We selected two snow tires from their website that we wanted. We made the appointment for 11 am. The next day they called us and said there wasn’t any availability for 11am so we moved it to 2pm. We confirmed with them that the car would be done by 5pm because I had to work, they assured us that it would be. When we arrived for our 2 pm appointment there was a different man there from the previous time. He looked up our appointment, said there were no services selected, and talked down to us for using their online services. They didn’t have the tires that we selected so we left disappointed. How can you call to confirm an appointment and not go over services selected? If your website is giving you problems DON’T ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO USE IT. We will not be returning.

They helped me out tremendously! I believe the guys name was Ryan at the counter and all I went in for was a simple oil change. He asked me if I noticed if my gas mileage had went down recently, to which I replied that it did. He told me about one of my sensor is going bad and that Ill need to replace it soon. He was a very nice guy and very honest. He told me the different ways that I could get it fixed and how much it would cost, and was just overall very helpful. I will definitely be continuing my business here and I encourage that you do as well

We were traveling through from out of state. We found them on Google maps. They got our car up right away and took care of a hanging skid plate and we were in on our way in 10 min. They didnt even charge us! Very friendly and exceptional customer service! If we lived nearby, they would definitely have won our long term business!

The mechanics are awesome! Came to get my muffler look at and they told me it needed changed. They got it replaced as soon as the parts were delivered. I would recommend that everyone visit this place. They have the most professional and customer friendly staff. I always look forward to visiting because of the warm welcome that I receive every time.

I had to take my girlfriends car in to get an inspection and emissions to Monroe in Washington, Pa. I was running behind and didn’t bother to check and see if she had all the proper paperwork needed (I.E. Registration and up to date insurance card) before arriving at the garage.... the foreshadowing you sense is correct. Upon arrival, I found out that she had neither of these massively important documents in her car and (I must admit) I was defeated. The two gentlemen working at the garage... Mark and Tom.... would not be deterred though. They told me exactly what I needed to do so that I could retrieve the needed documents, helped me with any questions I had in the process, and (most importantly) made me think everything was going to work out when I was ready to just walk away and drive home in an illegal car. I can’t thank or recommend this garage enough. To top it all off, there was no swindling or upcharging. Just honest work from two of the best dudes I’ve ever met in a garage. From now on, all of my friends and family will have Washington, Pa Monroe recommend to them with all the confidence in the world they will be treated fairly and properly. 5 stars.

Didnt have any tires in size

Came in for an appointment I had scheduled the week prior for an inspection and tire change. They told me that whoever was supposed to do inspections there wasnt in, and even if they would have someone on staff to do inspections later in the week as i was told the guy might be quitting. Six bays and only two guys working? Whats that all about? I received no phone calls stating that it would have to be scheduled another day in advance. So they wasted my time on that, plus the price for the tires and all associated costs were way higher than I was quoted on the phone for the options I had available. Almost $200 higher in fact. I also managed to wait for three and a half hours to have my tires changed and aligned WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I also managed to get in with a garage the same day for an inspection and they said the tie rods were damaged and needed replaced. The handling did seem funny after I left Monro after my tires and alignment. Considering they were relatively new and had only needed one alignment in the past, so I find it highly suspect they were that far gone to pass inspections prior to my visit to Monro. This is the second time in two years Ive had this issue with them, and I highly reccomend looking elsewhere for any automotive work. I would rate a zero, but this is as low as I could rate it.

I wouldnt go anywhere else for my car needs. Inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, new tires and alignments. Monro in Washington is the best. Honest, nice, and polite employees is a rare commodity these days but this place has it!

The mechanics are amazing here. I had brakes, tires, alignment and oil change taken care of here. Very communicative with their customers. Recommend calling before showing up as they tend to be busy, but its worth the wait!

Absolutely amazing. I had never gotten my car fixed on my own before and even though it was 6:30 and they close at 7, they fixed my car in like 20 minutes. It was amazing, they had the part in stock and it wasnt expensive either. Thank you so much for everything

Im so happy I came here !! Months ago when I attempted to get my car inspection done at Midas it didnt pass due to my drivers front tire. Well today I came to Monro an surprisingly my car passed inspection.. I appreciate them not trying to take advantage of me because I dont know how to fix cars !! These men were upfront about the cost and damage !! I got my oil changed and my car inspection today !! Needed tires mounted for our side by side. They took care of me right away and have me a reasonable price for what is a pretty simple job when you have the right machine. Appreciate their service .

I have the WORST luck with mechanics but when I called Monro at 7 pm and overheard another customer leaving the store commending Mr Tom for a job well done, I already began to feel better about my choice. Even tho he had a full work load for the following day once I told him my story and my work schedule he advised I should come in first thing in the morning and he would see what he could do. I showed up stressed out and near tears but thanks to Mr Tom and his staff I left less than an hour later happy as a pig in slop. He explained what was wrong, how to fix it and made me confident enough to make his store my go to for my repairs from now on. He made it possible for us to play chauffeur for my son (birthday boy) and his friends and at a price I couldn’t beat compared to the time and money I already put in. Thanks so much!!

Great garage! I ALWAYS get my oil change/tire rotation done here, every 6,000mi. on both my cars. They send coupons in the mail and even without the coupon theyre way cheaper than Pep Boys across the street.

I had been hearing an awful grinding, metal on metal! Called the shop, they got me in, right around when I had an appintment in Washington. Well, the guys did a full check, and found a piece of metal in my drum!!!! My brakes were fine! I asked how much, and they told me nothing, as they didnt really do anything but check over my truck!I was and still am VERY impressed with the honesty and professionalism of the guys! Ill be taking my truck there from now on! Thanks again guys!!!!

I picked up a screw in my tire about an hour from home. I called several tire shops in the areas and was told it would be a minimum of 90 minutes to even look at it. I called Monro and they told me to stop right in. It took them maybe a half hour to repair the tire for a price lower than I expected and I was on my way. Great job and thanks again!

Manager was very nice. Car was done quickly. Felt bad for the mechanics, it was VERY HOT, and the fans werent working. Theres no reason there couldnt be air conditioning and keep the bay doors closed. Apparently the company doesnt care much for its employees. Thats too bad, they are good guys.

My mom run out of gas today right in middle of berry road there was an Monroe worker behind her and push her off the road and went and got her gas instead of her having to wait a long time for road side services this gentleman didn’t have to stop and didn’t have to go and get gas but he was a true gentleman and help out my elderly mother my brother and sister and myself thanks Monroe for the help great job guys you won my business from now on

They replaced the front and rear brake pads on my car. With that, they seemed to do a good job. However, they tried to sell me power steering and brake fluid flushes as well as a fuel system cleaning, all of which I declined. They also tacked on a $20 shop fee, which wasnt mentioned in the price estimate.

Was able to make an apt to my satisfaction. Very friendly and very professional.I will take my other vehicle there.

The regular manager had a heart attack and is recovering. While he is away the staff that is there is incompetent and could not even get me scheduled for a simple inspection. I called the day before to schedule and they had no record and the acting manager informed me that he didn’t even know how to do an inspection.Stay away until they get someone who knows what they are doing.

Monroe muffler didnt know how to put a water pump on my car and blew the head gasket. I paid 1,020 worth of work I was suppose to get z refund because of their screws up . And now they are denying the refund. So I would not go to monroe anywhere because even their Corp. Office wouldnt take ownership. The manager had my car for 2 weeks and never called me to tell me what was wrong with it either. I now am out of a vehicle thanks to monroe in Washington pa. I would not trust them with your vehicle.

The ablosute worst service Ive ever had! I had to bring my truck back twice after I had new brake pads rotors and calipers bc of the low quality of their work. Brake pads they put on didnt last 4 months before wearing out and replaced

Went in to have them look at my rear tires because they had a leak. They said they fixed them and then 2 weeks later the tire were flat again. Come to find out it was the valve stems leaking.They charged my wife $40 and they guy was admit about being paid in cash!Im sure the guy never looked at the tires and pocketed the money.
