The pharmacy staff of younger girls that work there is awful! Wow what attitudes!! I’m not even going to describe what happened to me completely but one of the girls was so put out because I was after a customer she just had and didn’t see me in line, I guess. She was going to turn around to do something but then spotted me standing there and ROLLED HER EYES right in front front of me like I was bothering her!! Are you kidding me?! Another incident is that I received a message that my prescription was ready, I went there and another younger girl was like, nope! You don’t have one! I said, but the automated system called me and said it was ready. She said, nope! Looks at her screen further and goes, you have to have your doctor send in a prescription because it needs approval. Me: ummm, okaaay, why did I get that automated thing telling me it was ready??? She acted like I should’ve known this. How about you get your automated system working correctly?!!!! Maybe this is all CVS pharmacy could hire with everyone not working. Sad. However, the front register people doing the regular store are super nice people. I go there still, but cringe when I get to the pharmacy.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They blame everything that’s wrong on covid but they were horrible way before covid. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place

I happen to be one of the closing managers who work here. I love my customers! I greet most of them by name! I have some of the best co workers I’ve ever had and I’ve been working customer service over 20 years, I have never had co workers as great as I do here. I also work in the back as well, as a tech, as much as I’m needed. Times have been tough with this pandemic we are all as stressed as everyone else. Some of the reviews I’m seeing are unbelievable, it does not sound like my store. The pharmacy is drowning right now, unfortunately due to the pandemic this past year it has been pretty bad! But we actually care, each and every employee cares about our patients and customers. We work very hard to provide the best customer service we can and answer any questions, and address any concerns we can. We all work together to keep our store looking neat and stocked as well as we can. Unfortunately with the pandemic we aren’t getting much product in as we would like. Which seems to be one of our biggest issues. As for the non-stop phone calls...they come from a generated system, at one point you must’ve addressed you wanted your scripts on ready fill, which is why they keep coming, and we keep filling because it automatically shows in our systems that you need to be on this medication in order to keep you healthy. If you happen to change your medication and no longer need prior script then you must inform one of our techs and we will un-enroll you for that particular drug. I highly recommend downloading our CVS mobile app where there you have the option of managing your meds as well. Our pharmacy staff has to fill hundreds of scripts a day, our waiting bins get very full, very fast. If you no longer take a drug please inform a pharmacy staff member so we can take it out of our system. As for the personal calls from our pharmacists and techs, they do it bc they care about your health and want you to keep taking your medication so you can stay healthy, that is why they invested a good part of their life practicing medicine. Also if you download the mobile app from your phone you do have the choice to get all your receipts and coupons emailed to you or saved on your app so you don’t get a 6ft receipt!!! I love my customers and co-workers and wanted to come on here after seeing some of these reviews to ensure you all that we are all in this together and we are doing all we can!! We value our customers and appreciate any and all feedback you all have given us!! We will and can do better!!! We need everyone’s cooperation in doing this!!! So those of you who didn’t have a good experience, please consider giving us another chance, these times are extremely tough right now!! We are going to get through this!!! Thank you to all our dedicated customers and patients!!!

Always friendly and courteous. Always ask if I need any help finding an item(s).Most of the staff greets me by name. Pharmacists and Technicians always ask if they can answer any medication questions I may have. Staff as a whole very friendly and professional.

The pharmacy has issues. Ive gone for so long becasue its walking distance from my house, very convenient. But Im done, I drive to Walgreens now.The store itself if fine but the pharmacy is either understaffed or incompetent. Whichever it is really doesnt matter to me.Roughly once of every three times I go there to pick up a script, its not ready. And this is on auto-refill.I once had a script for a few months and it was late every single time, they always had to order it from another store. Good grief.If you need to grab something quick, buy all means, I still go there. But I wont use their pharmacy anymore.

I lost my confidence in this pharmacy after a few times of complete disregard of what is needed, when I pick up my prescription I made sure that I did get a specific form because of reaction I get with a differe t one. When I get home and took my meds, that afternoon I got the reaction and thats how I know that they gave me the wrong one, even after I asked the. At pick up that its not tha vertain kind. Total disregard and to think they are working at a pharmacy and no care at all!!! I hope they level up their quality of care and actually have accountability not just go to work and get paid and dont care about lives that are put in their gands. I jhope management reviews and check their employees dedication to work.

Workers are always rude and make you feel like your bothering them. There was always an issue come time to pick up my medication, so much so that I now go to a CVS a whole town over. Way out of my way but so worth a friendly experience.

I use this CVS because of the location to my home, but unfortunately most of the employees are rude!! The store manager is a sweetheart,and there are 2 cashiers , night time, that are great but 90% of the pharmacy staff is rude as are most of the daytime employees...such a shame but I am seeing more and more that customer service is a dying medium...it feels like they are doing us a favor, but really its your job!!! You had to know you would be dealing with the public when you took the job....i dont get it...SMH!

Last experience (staff rudeness) was enough to have me transfer all prescriptions to another pharmacy. Gave 2 stars as my family and I had normally been satisfied there for several years. As a paying customer I refuse to be treated with contempt and blatant rudeness. CVS in general has no regard for their customers. If they did, then their soliciting emails would have stopped long before I unsubscribed 5 times over the past 10 weeks. I am still subjected to their emails as they refuse to stop sending them. Disgraceful on their part!9/12/2018. Went there again to give it another chance, mainly because of convenience. They are still rude and discourteous. Left without purchase.

So I went there to go print out some pictures and the employee one of their employees was very rude to me and then I go back two hours later to grab those pictures come to find out that none of the pictures that I printed actually didnt print and there telling me that I have to re pick and wait for them to print all over again

The staff are all good but the phone calls , the texts, the receipts.....the run around had 90 day was told could not get 90 day then they text a week later asking if i want 90 day....miss the ol neighborhood pharmacy.They are also moving in the direction of having no cashiers...big mistake. Huge...

I also experience the rude older lady (cashier) if she doesnt like her job its not a good excuse to take it out on the customers that spend their money there. Will not go to this cvs because of the rude employees

4/13/2014 at approximately 2:45 pm. There were two cashiers, one younger, one older. The older one was very rude. Scanned the card attached to my keychain and thew it on the counter after I handed it to her. Will not come here again. Management should take note.
