Very rude threw my icecream in the bag after I spent $30 + on icecream all my icecream spilled out and was very nasty when I asked is this how u guys do customers she gave me a dirty look I also asked for a manager they didn’t respond so I just drove off how rude for my first time there

Whats the point of pre-ordering if you still have to wait 30min? The cake we ordered for a birthday looks as if a 5yr old could do better. Dont bother.

If it was up to me I would rate this place -5 STARS. The worst cold stone Ive ever been to. I came to this location a couple times and every time Ive received bad customer service. I stopped coming here until recently I picked up an online order for someone. When I came into the shop, there were already people placing an order in front of me. The guy taking orders did not even acknowledge me or even bother to tell me that he would be right with me. Instead, he acted like I was not there. I work in customer service myself, so I understand being understaff and busy, but to NOT EVEN GREET A WAITING CUSTOMER? I stood at the counter and waited at least 15 MINUTES until I had to catch the guys attention. I told him I had a pick up and he rudely said that someone will be with me. He went to tell another guy about my pick up and I seen the guy rushing to make my shake. I do not understand why have the option of pick-up if I still have to wait the same amount of time as someone who walks in. Not only is the customer service bad, but the place looks very unsanitary. I would NOT EVEN let my dog eat off of the floor there. The staff act like they dont want to be there. NO ONE HAD ON GLOVES, I did not see anyone pause to wash their hands, its very NASTY there. NASTY PLACE WITH NASTY WORKERS. DONT COME HERE. Id rather make a 30 minute trip to another location.

They don’t clean after each order they make, and it’s easy to see as all the ice cream buckets have mixed in other ice cream flavors. Had a huge chunk of vanilla in my chocolate ice cream and I surely didn’t order vanilla! Also very disorganized and dirty inside. Avoid this spot if you can

Placed a mobile order, was supposed to be ready at 8:50pm. Get to the location at 8:55pm, waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged along with 4 other people waiting in the lobby to be told at 9:15 that my order couldnt be found in the system. Didnt get any explanation or apology for my wait time. Finally received order at 9:25 pm. Thats 35 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Customer service was terrible, I will never return to this location.

Went to take my kids to get ice cream last night. Horrible customer service and no menu screens working. How do you possibly order for your kids without a menu. Inside was dirty and gross. How is it possible during Covid that the inside is dirty when no one is allowed to sit in the store. Corporate Tim Hortons needs to clean this up ASAP. Very disappointing. I get coffee regularly at this location. If I knew how dirty this place was, I would never buy from here.

Because this cold stone is privately owned they over charge for all mix ins! They charge over $4 for just ice cream in a like it size then $1.15 for every mix in. What a joke!!! Never coming back here again!

Last night I went to order 5 milkshakes , per each milkshake i was charged 1.98 for the whipped topping and 1.98 for the marshmallows. When the lucky charm milkshake is supposed to come with it automatically. On top of it they bleneded the whipped topping and marshmallows into the shake. The lady also charged me for a 20 piece tim bit when i asked for a 10 piece of just blueberry, the lady then charged me 1.49 extra for them to be just blueberry. Today i called and spoke to the manager named George. He told me that he couldnt not do refund me my money because how does he know we did not drink them or if were lying. I repeatedly told him that i have photos of them and that they are sitting in my fridge. This location has the worst service and rudest employees. If i could give them negative stars i would

Been here 5 times now, out of those visits my order was incorrect 4 times. Asked them the last time I was there that my order was made correctly and explained what I wanted because it wasn’t in my receipt. The lady came up with some excuse and didn’t feel like she wanted to listen and handed me my order incorrectly. Never coming back.

Horrible. We walked in and there were 5 or 6 employees standing around and not one ever came to greet us or take our order. We stood there for a while and then gave up and left.

I love Cold Stone! Their ice cream and ice cream cakes are delicious. They have a good variety of different flavors and tons of toppings. A bit expensive buy totally worth the price. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean as well.

Supervisor Marvin did an amazing job with my cake batter shake after the previous person messed it up. He needs a pay raise or an promotion. He reassured me after the previous person messed up that he would do a great job and that means a lot. 🤗

Horrible! Twice I tried to order online and pick up in store. When I arrived, they said they “didn’t notice” my order. Said wait 5 minutes, took over 10 minutes on top of the 20+ minutes from when I originally ordered. On top of that, one of the workers was cleaning the ceiling vents, right above where the ice cream was being made!!! Horrible service and clearly not clean!

So when you order a ‘love it’ size and ask for your mix-in to be on the side, or not mixed in, they charge you for a mix in and gives it to you crumbled up and full of other mix-ins. In this case, I received crumbled yellow cake with sprinkles in it and paid for it (unknowingly). I won’t come here again.

The ice cream is very creamy, love that they have a variety of toppings. They let u taste the ice cream to see if u like it. They have different sizes you can get. Theyre next to Tim Hortons. Nice customer service. Very clean. Quick service.

Im giving 5 stars to my icecream cake. It was amazing!!!!!! But Ill give 1 star for the staff. There was 5 persons and no one said a world when I came in,no a Hi or Hello or anything!!!!! I took my cake and wait around 5 minutes for one of them came and charge my cake. I asked him an advice about the cakes because it was my first time but he couldnt tell me because he doesnt know! Anyway he was friendly and nice and gave my little one 3 gummy bears for free. I highly recommend the Midnight cake,the service sometimes doesnt matter to much....

I had a craving for ice cream and found myself here. Although my ice cream was good the waffle bowl I ordered on the side was not. I believe it had sat there so long that it had soured. So yes, that did put a damper on my experience😞

I gave this location 1 star four years ago. Today i give it 4 stars. I am glad to see that management has taken action. The employees now are way more friendly and helpful. For 4 years I havent return due to the experience i had in the past but now it seems that they have got rid of the old employees and replace them with better ones. Keep up the good work👍

Worst customer service ever experienced. I called the place at 10:05pm to see if they had chocolate truffle ice cream and to confirm they were open until 11pm (*on Friday). The lady said yes twice when I asked over the phone, but when I walked in at 10:38pm, she said that only the drive thru was open. Why on earth was the front door open then?? Anyways, so I get back in the car and wait at the drive thru to order... The car in front of me left and I reached to place my order at 10:47pm. She then says over the speaker that the “ColdStone” part of the store closed at 10:45pm, and that the Tim Horton’s is open until 11pm.. ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME?!!! Worst customer service ever. Person at the counter was lazy and had no knowledge of how to communicate properly.

Okay was really in the mood for some good stone cold ice cream on such a hot summer night so we went to the location on Schoenherr Road tonight. and I am just appalled at the customer service first of all their menu board didnt even have the sizes or what kind of ice cream they offered for Stone Cold secondly I dont know if it was the supervisor or not he was extremely rude and explaining certain sizes and ice cream that they have he made me feel as if it I was inconvenient him to do his job!!!! so I suggest you up coach these people on some customer service because as for now Im going to tell anybody who will listen to go to another location!!!!😠😠😠😠😠

Very friendly clerk made the ice cream but it was melting when he got it so I knew it wouldnt make it home. It melted in my lunch bag. Like the ice cream was reflected in the weather outside 90° I guess.

My experience was not a good one. My friend and I went in and I ordered one of their special creations in a waffle cone. The lady behind th counter looked genuinely confused and asked another girl for help, she was also highly confused by my order, which by the way, was posted in various locations. They did eventually make the correct ice cream, but it came in a bowl. My friend didnt have such a hard time placing her order, which was also in a waffle cone, but she too ended up with a bowl. They werent particularly rude, I just dont think English was their first language. I think they need a little training on the terminology of waffle cones and bowls.

If I could give zero stars I would. This clearly says they are open 24 hours. That is a lie. They close whenever they feel like it.

Arrived on the 2nd of April around 1030 pm. Saw that the dining too was closed, lights were off. Went around to the drive through (lights were off) but someone came to the speaker. Husband and I politely asked if they were still serving and the man very rudely said “no we are closed”. According to website and google they do not close until midnight. Filed a complaint with the cold stone corporate customer service sheet. Got a call back from a gentleman saying he wanted to speak to me about the experience. Make a long story short I told him the experience and he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that they close at 11 and that it was googles fault they haven’t changed the hours online. He said that he will “speak to his employee” about why we were told they are closed. No offer to reconcile the situation, no attempt to even make me feel like he cared. As I told him and I will tell all of you, DO NOT GO TO THIS COLD STONE/Tim hortons. They are rude, and care nothing for the customer. I’ll stick to my regular spots. So much for trying a new place.....serves me right. Won’t be going to “visit” them anymore. Waste of my time as I’m sure they will be “closed”

I went to this location last night after promising my son I would take him out for ice cream. I am extremely disappointed in the rudeness and lack of professionalism in the staff here.The couple in front of me ordered. The young girl waiting on them went to hand off his ice cream. The man stated he had wanted a waffle cone. To which her reply was thats not what you ordered. You didnt tell me that. Instead of making it right..she literally stood there and very rudely argued with the guy. Finally she said in the most condescending of tones which waffle cone do you want.After they paid and left, I was waited on. The girl that waited on me was super nice...offering multiple samples to my picky child. As I finished my order I stood at the cash register while many employees walked past seemingly wandering aimlessly. Nobody smiled..greeted me..checked me out..nothing.As I was standing there, I had to listen to rude girl loudly proclaiming she didnt get said guys order wrong and how could she have.I have a tip for you...dont talk about customers in earshot of other customers..its rude..!If it werent for the child I promised ice cream standing right there excited for his treat, I would have walked out and went to Dairy Queen.Disgraceful. You guys need Zingtrain. I highly suggest you look into it. Judging from other Yelpers, Im not the only one with a poor experience. I wont be back.PS. Nobody was wearing gloves and I watched multiple employees touch the cash register and immediately go back to serving ice cream.

Someone then finally answered and told me they were closing in 5 mins. WHAT BRO? its 10:25? How are you about to just hit customers with that? If you want to close your store early then change your time to 10. Dont get peoples hopes up for getting some ice cream. Poor business, I wont give that Tim Hortons or Cold Stone my business again.

After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes for ice cream when I finally get to the speaker at 10:35 they tell me they are no longer serving ice cream because the machine is off. I said you close at 11 which I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes behind at least 10 other cars who were probably also getting ice cream so they were probably just turning a bunch of money away because several cars drove off when they got to the speaker... what poor service maybe have different hours if you don’t feel like serving until the time you have to! Lazy employees I’m sure the owner would approve of the money he lost tonight seeing as there isn’t a machine to scoop ice cream and put it in a bowl!

Their customer service is not so good. Two days ago, I ordered 20 doughnuts and ended up getting the bill for 20 timbits. I told the cashier that I needed doughnuts not timbits, yet he confirmed with me thrice before putting the doughnuts into the box and was not clearly hearing me with his headset on even though I was standing right in front of him. He ended up pushing my smoothie on my hand while handing me the box, spilling some of it on my hand. Today needed some ice cream. Though it was not as bad, but the overall service was very bad.
