I purchased an arrangement friday, September 10th, and had it delivered. I purchased them for my wife, as a gift for our anniversary. I have ordered many times before from this location with great results, this time not so much. When she arrived from work that day, (ICU Registered Nurse) she was delighted for a treat only to be met with disappointment of nasty, mushy fruit. She notified me, i called the next day as it was after hours. I spoke with Briana (supervisor) she replaced the order i picked it up on saturday about 1:30. My wife worked Saturday the 11th and Sunday 12th, she came home from work sunday hoping to enjoy the new arrangement to be met with disappointment again. there was mold on the strawberries. The manager contacted me today she did not state her name and she was very rude, told me there is nothing they can do. im thoroughly displeased and have pictures of both arrangements as i have attached them. i would like my money back! But unfortunately due to poor business decisions, and unethical management, that wont be happening. If i could give this place any less then 1 star i would!!!

The arrangement was good but the customer service was so poor that I wish my poor mother wouldnt have even bothered with the thoughtful gift for me after she told me how they treated her. Apparently even after giving all her information plus a drop off location, they called her back demanding MY personal info and when my mom assured them I was home and would be there to receive it, that giving my personal info out wasnt necessary the person on the phone got even more rude and aggressive and demanded, Well if we go there and shes not home, YOU can come HERE, Pick it up, and DELIVER IT YOURSELF!! When my mom mentioned that I told her wish she wouldve just canceled right then, lmao. Maybe Im a mommas girl but come on, people buying those to console a grieving family member deserve at least professional conduct at the very least.Edited and two stars added to say thank you for the fast, polite response.

I was told the fruit was delicious, I didnt taste it myself, dont go an hour before closing the selection is sparing also they wouldnt compile a basket for me, I had to choose from already made baskets.

The Warren branch has helped me surprise the love of my life halfway across the world and I couldnt be more grateful. Delivered on time and in prestine condition, your delicious treats made my Partners day. Thank you so much for allowing me to trust your serivce offering.Highly recommend.

Beautiful arrangements but very expensive. Suggest picking them up instead of paying awfully high delivery fees.

My experience was great! Molly was wonderful! She was the only one working at the time. She helped me decide and choose what snack to get. She freshly made apple cubes dipped in chocolate... she said they took a little bit longer than normal to make, so she gave me a few extra! They were amazing! Thanks Molly for your great service!

Do not order online from this location, they totally blew my surprise for my wife. Instead of calling (me) the one who placed the order. They called my alternate number 1st. And my wife answered the phone. And once I called to complain they informed me that due to Covid-19 they have to let the recipient know that the package was on its way. Not true, my daughters boyfriend ordered her one and she didn’t know that they were coming.I said If they would called me 1st. I would’ve made sure my wife were going to be home. SURPRISE🤦🏽‍♂️🤯

The worst customer service. Left my gift sitting outside in the rain. I called up and spoke to the store and was offered an exchange of the entire thing if the recipient came up themself to do it. Way to ruin the day. Call one of the other local stores.

My wife called to order an arrangement on the phone for my mother, for her birthday. The owner, who took the call, gave my wife a hard time because she had to stop what she was doing to take the order. She told my wife to order it online. The conversation was so bizarre and weird.... to be that rude for a service business literally left the bother of us lost for words.

If I could give this place no stars I mostly definitely would. Yesterday 02/14/2020 I ordered a dozen white chocolate covered strawberries. I received a notification stating that my strawberries would be delivered today 02/15/2020. I’ve been waiting for my strawberries for the longest however I thought that they might be still busy because it was a huge holiday yesterday. As I continued to wait I checked my email again to see what was my order status. The order tracking stated that my strawberries were delivered. I looked on my porch to see if I might’ve somehow missed the delivery although I’ve been waiting in the front room for it for the longest. I called up to the location and after being put on hold I was told my card was flagged for fraud and the strawberries were never made, or delivered. Although this is my card and this has never happened I would’ve taken it better if I was notified ahead of time because now they are saying I have to go pick up the strawberries with my card and ID present. The reason I wanted the strawberries delivered in the first place was because I really am unable to go anywhere due to my mom shattering her ankle, and me having to take care of my one year old. My mom is unable to walk, and I can’t leave my lil one with her like that. If they would’ve called me I could’ve used another card, I could’ve had someone pick them up for me and pay cash, or I could’ve had someone stay here with my mom and baby until I got back. I will never do business with this location again because they literally could have called me, and told me something was wrong with my payment. What’s crazy is the money was still deducted from my account! Now its going to take 7-10 business days for a refund. Someone recommended this location, but never again!

Very poor customer service. Ordered a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries thats suppose to be ready at 9 am, they call me at 845 staying the chocolate not ready and can i come at 10. As i told the lady im already here, i worked a 12 hour shift and drove 45!mins and my order is not ready. I was not offer anything for inconvenience or nothing. When ask for other options because i really needed the gift, i was told i can get some old strawberries thats a day old but i will have to pay more. So not only is my order not available they refused to at least give me the old strawberries for the same price, if anything they should of been half off or free for the inconvenience. When asked for the manager wont be there til Saturday and today is Tuesday. Will NEVER order again

I ordered some edible arrangements with my credit card at 10am yesterday they charged my card and i never received my purchase.

The fruit was old and dried out , I’m very surprised that this company is allowed to serve such thing at the cost of 69$ . I will call today to get some type of satisfaction. If I could post pics I would don’t use this location

Last minute order at 11:00am online. Was told that it would be delivered before 5:00pm (note this was a snowy day before Valentines day). I kindly asked if it could be before 3:00pm, just because I didnt want to chance her leaving early. Was told by Tanya no promises but she would note to the driver and they would try. It was there much earlier and my wife loved it (and was the envy of the office).The strawberries look AMAZING!This is how you treat customers. Say what you want about their prices, but to me, it was worth every penny.

Incredibly fun to give and receive. Always fresh, always clever and creative. Very small storefront on Level 2, next to the post office and across from CVS in Tower 200. Great for whatever gift giving you need, as a thank you or a host gift or whatever you might be celebrating.

Ordering online was easy. Plus they called to confirm what time was best for delivery.The person love it.

Edible Arrangements is a no-brainer when it comes to showing someone youre thinking about them, or you appreciate them. I live out of state and my parents are always happy with the efficiency, professionalism, and friendly attitudes of the fruit I get them from this location. Cant go wrong with delicious chocolate-dipped fruit (unless youre allergic to fruit... and chocolate... and deliciousness).

Completely dissatisfied, the customer service was unacceptable as well. I understand yesterday was Valentines and they were busy, however, I was contacted at 1:30pm and asked to change the delivery status to home instead of business to guarantee delivery. Still wasnt delivered and it was to be by 9pm. Call the store and all they tell me is sorry sir we changed it to our Berkley location you have to call them. Now, no one is home so I want it to go back to the original delivery location. Again sorry sir, they have already made it so we cant do anything about it, call them.

Complete trash, first time was about a year ago I remembered it being a whole headache. This time I ordered it a day in advance, driver was supposed to be out around 10am to deliver my Arrangement which needed to be delivered by 2 and they still havent delivered it. Would it be cheaper and faster to make your own.

They always do a top-notch job, and my daughter and her family are always thrilled with the freshness and deliciousness of their arrangements. Everything us excellent about edible arrangements with the exception of one thing: the bombardments of advertising e-mails. Each time I order gifts for friends, I check the box do not send e-mails and immediately receive advertising e-mails, up to three a day until I hit unsubscribe. I SHOULD’T have to do this. Without this blatant disrespect each time, I would give them a 5 star rating. Are you listening Edible Arrangements? Are you willing to change? I hope.

I wish I could rate them higher. My son had placed an order fro NC- he is a Marine stationed there. I picked it up and delivered it to his mother at work. Half the order was missing. Much time was expended on my part (21/2 hrs), and there was some disappointment on my sons part. So 2 stars is more than generous under the circumstances.

They were fast and professional. My friend loved the beautiful, fresh and tasty arrangement. I will definitely use this location again.

My daughter had me delivered a balloon bouquet for my 40th birthday. Balloons arrived deflated. We contacted the store the next day. I was told to bring the balloons back to the store. Really? I didnt pick the balloons up! I was refunded the cost of the balloons HOWEVER no apology was given. You did ruin my birthday gift from my daughter so apology would have been appreciate. 😐😮😒 Horrible customer service skills. Just horrible!

Buyer beware! So disgusting find a long blond hair in my strawberry box, Call and talk to management and told to bring box back. So we did. They then gave us the same box back, but had taken the hair out of it. Nice way of ruining my Valentines Anniversary gift. So GROSS!

I went there almost an hour and a half before they closed. I was told no more arrangements made. But I could buy some overpriced already dipped fruit. How hard would have been to make a small arrangement. What do I have to do. Show up the day before. Close the shop if you are not going to make arrangements.
