I inquired about a 2021 Mach 1 the dealer had for sale. I am several hundred miles from the dealer and this car would be purchased remotely. Stacey Dennis contacted me right away. She went over pricing with me and provided a no nonsense quote with everything in it, including a fair trade value. No games. She also sent a great walk around video of the car, unsolicited. I’m a picky buyer and buy too many cars, so I know new cars aren’t always perfect. I asked Stacey to do a thorough walk around of the Mustang. She blew my socks off with her level of detail. One of the best inspections I have seen. If I had a dollar for every time a new car salesperson told me a new car was brand new and perfect and wasn’t when I showed up, I’d be looking at Ferraris instead of Mustangs. That wasn’t going to happen working with Stacey. While I elected not to buy this car for other reasons, I’d recommend Stacey and Klaben Ford of Warren to anyone who has to buy from them remotely and without seeing the car. Nice work, Stacey! Terrible !!!!Terrible !!!!Terrible!!!!!I advised my Sister to take her vehicle to this dealer to fix a simple signal light. She went there last week and the gave her a diagnostic of just a bad wire and scheduled her for an appointment yesterday. They took her vehicle in and after two hours came back with a different diagnosis and a $600 estimate. When she refused to do the work, they were upset and returned the vehicle with missing parts and loose screws. The vehicle never had an issue until she took it there, now the vehicle has all this sensors light on. Be aware of this folks, there are the reason why we have so many issues with dealerships!!!! They discriminate and take advantage of people.

Arrived for an oil change appointment and was treated with white glove care. Advisor was courteous and my vehicle was back to me sparking clean! Great price too!

Most of the time the service staff is nice, but I often feel like I’m being rushed or not heard completely. I know they are often inundated with requests, but it would be nice if the actual techs that work on a vehicle take the time to review what a customer reports and not half-fix things. I had a roof rack recall that I had to take my vehicle back 2 additional times before it was fixed it right. This takes time from my day, and makes me have to find rides to and from as loaners aren’t available. During this time, a piece of metal above my exhaust system rusted and fell off, they said not to worry about it and threw it away. I am still a little wary about it. Overall, my biggest complaint is feeling as if my concerns are not fully reviewed and some things overlooked. Otherwise, it’s a good dealership.

My wife called me in a panic that her 2017 Ford Fusion displayed a wrench on the dash and wouldn’t run properly. I told her to have it towed to the dealership. She had to drop the car off because it was after hours but the next morning I received a call from the service tech explaining what the problems were and the estimate of repairs; since our warranty was expired. The repair sounded complicated but the price was reasonable so I told them to do it, thinking that it would take a few days to complete. The service department called my wife that afternoon and said they were done and she could pick up her car. I believe that the car is better now then the day we bought it. They did a great job putting her back on the road.

Rob Siefert at Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren is the best salesman, I highly recommend him. We were connected through mutual friends and I told Rob I was looking for an AWD Dodge Charger. Rob went out of his way to find me one at the Klaben Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Kent. Rob went and got the car from Kent and brought it to the Warren dealership for me. My dad and I then test drove the vehicle, we both fell in love with it. Rob immediately got the ball rolling and started getting some numbers for us. Then two days later we finalized the sale all from the Warren dealership. I took my new Ford Edge there because of a rattle I was hearing in the headliner.. I booked my appointment through their website...When I got there, they said they dont see when someone books an appointment online, and they didnt know when they would get to my car. I left my vehicle there over night, and they called me the next day and say they tore the car apart and cant find the source of the noise. They recommended that I take it to another dealer to see if they could find the problem. Which I did.. and the other dealer (Fairway Ford) found the problem and fixed it. I would not recommend Klaben to anyone for service.

I called to have my transmission checked in my 2016 Ford Focus and I was treated so rude by the service technician named Scott. It upset me so bad that I called back and asked to speak with his manager, which was Bill. I explained how I was treated by Scott and all he said was “Thank for letting me know” and hung up on me. That bothered me even more. I thought if they treated me like this then how many other people do they do this to. I have worked in customer service my whole life and I know that this is not the way people should be treated. So I decided to make another call to Klaben Ford and speak to someone above both Scott and Bill. I got directed to Jim. I explained everything to him and he was very apologetic to me and how I was treated by Scott and Bill. You know when a person is treated poorly all they want is a apology. It took all this to get a apology. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Best experience Ive had with a dealership.My wife and I were in the market for a used car and had a great experience working with Mike Schmidt. Very straightforward and no pressure sales. Felt like we were buying from a friend. They took the time to run some different financing scenarios for us and offered a very low APR. Klaben and Mike Schmidt will be the first place we look the next time were in the market for a new or used car.

Sales dept us fantastic! Service, not so much 😞 I went in because my truck wasnt starting every time. It took them 5 hours to tell me it was a bad key and cut a new key! I asked to have my tires rotated, they forgot and then had to take it back on to rotate them. They said 5 mins, it took 30 mins! 😡 I was late for work, even though I made it explicitly clear that I had to be out of there to go to work. And last but not least, it cost $320 for them to tell me my key was bad and give me a new one! Ridiculous! Same keys are available online for 25% of what I paid for them.
