I absolutely love my truck! I went in with only intentions to talk and see what they had and I walked out with the keys to my car the same day!! It’s been a week exactly and I am still in love! Mike was excellent and the service was the best! If your looking for a car and you want great customer services you picked the right lot!!!

At first Id give 5 stars to this place, but because of the fact that I bought my car in January and now as of September there is a loud tick which I was told was my lifters in my engine, I absolutely belive that he covered up the ticking to get this car sold and also drove that car around before it was purchased to make sure the tick wasnt there. Mind you im a female so I also believe that played a big part in it as well. They seem nice but the truth is they are really sketchy.

Nice lot with good cars. Employees are all very nice. I came in to check out a Subaru outback but unfortunately they just took it to a mechanic to get an engine light checked. I waited in their building and talked to Mike. He is very professional and pleasant. He got me into the car as soon as it was out of the shop and let me free. He gave me plenty of time to inspect it and he was never pushy with the sale. I negotiated with him and he gave me a GREAT deal. I picked it up and went home and the engine light came back on. I called and spoke to Wally, another spectacular guy. He needed me to bring it back and got it taken care of immediately no cost. He had it ready for me the next day. Ive had it for a day now and I love it so far. I recommend this lot. They keep nice cars under 10 years old and theyre all in good condition.

Our family purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from M53 this October. Wally took care of us from start to finish. Low to no pressure when we were investigating. Understanding and patient with us and our 4 young kids as we took an extensive test drive. As we were talking, he even discussed the plus and minus of some of the other vans were considering. I just purchased a 2009 Chevy Cobalt from M53 Auto Sales and I just want to say that the staff was outstanding all around. I would highly recommend coming to M53 Auto Sales they are absolutely amazing.

I bought a 2004 impala here for full price with the warranty. 2 months later I started having serious overheating problems and when I took it in I was told they never did the paperwork for the warranty so I didnt have one. They offered me $300 back. After having the engine looked at there was a freeze plug leaking so I decided to take their offer. Once the freeze plug was replaced it was discovered that I had a blown head gasket and to cover it up someone had dumped a ton of stop leak in it. I wish I didnt take their offer of $300 and had taken legal action.

Worst experience Ever! I would not recommend anyone to this car lot. They take advantage of women and are liars.. My daughter purchased a car from there and the second week she had it, it started giving her problems... And of course they cant do anything about it.... However they did get the right key pad coded to the car, but wht about the other issues. Nope, thats her problem now. Terrible place! The only reason they have ok reviews is because they tell thier customers to give them good reviews. They dont deserve one star.

The only reason there is a star at all is because there wasnt another choice.On Wednesday we called to ask if a certain Escalade was on the lot still so that we could come see it. We have quite a drive from the West side so we didnt want to waste the drive. We were told that due to the weather it wasnt a good day but to come first thing Thursday morning. Yesterday we made the drive and when we entered the office of this small little dealership no one was in there. For 10 minutes we waited and watched a guy in a plow truck talking on the phone. He finally hung up and came inside and apologized with a million excuses. We asked about the Escalade and he informed us that the owner drove it home the previous day and wasnt coming in that day, despite us being TOLD to come in and see it. He called the owner but he refused to bring it in. So we made a long trip after being instructed to do so only to find that the owner couldnt be bothered with bringing the car we wanted to the lot. We left and drove south a mile or two and bought an Escalade from a real dealership who actually wanted to sale a car that day. I should also note that as we were leaving the M53 dealership, a guy was using a battery charger to start the vehicles on the lot. We watched him jump start two cars that were for sale.Do NOT waste your time going here. Unprofessional and after seeing the battery charger I think the owner did me a favor.
