After repairing my credit this year, I spoke with Scott about getting into a new truck. No soccer mom minivan for me!! After a few tries i still hadn’t found what i wanted but he was patient and worked with me and got me in something very nice, even with a few obstacles along the way I still came out on top and with no down payment. My experience was like a long work day. The sales associate was nice and courteous. I was shown vehicles that I described as my next desired purchase and I was pleased with the 2018 Nissan Rogue. Before signing the dotted line I informed the salesperson of hearing too much of the outside with the windows being up. But it was brushed off and the purchase continued. I ended up returning the vehicle the next day to be looked at. The vehicle wasn’t even driven a mile and the salesman stated he didn’t need to go far to know what I had complaints about. I was offered to switch the vehicle out or wait to get get it serviced being that it was a weekend and the service center was backed up for the day. I returned the following week to get the vehicle serviced and the “outside” that I was hearing was the wheel bearings and to make matters worse it was diagnosed with possible transmission issues. Upon finding out the sales director immediately took care of the situation and placed me in a newer model, 2019 Nissan Rogue, with all the fancy gadgets. I was pleased at how fast the transaction took place however they moved so quick that I wasn’t even asked if I had personal belongings in the other vehicle.... anyway, the vehicle was expedited back to the sales lot for retrieval of my belongings and I’m happy with my purchase.

The rep who took care of us couldn’t be more professional, informative, easy to work with, and delivered on everything she said she would. Daniella who I believe is the manager or DM helped us through the very easy process of buying from enterprise. She went the extra mile to wrap up loose ends due to Michigan’s measures in dealing with COVID-19 like ensuring we received our plate in a timely fashion. We noticed one of our sets of keys was missing the back up key blade after the purchase. She was able to acquire one for us at no cost through a manufacturers dealer. Her follow through was just great, and I can only assume all the reps there are just as good, but if you want someone who will look after you before, and after the sale you can’t go wrong with Daniella at Enterprise, would highly recommend to anyone 👍😴👍

I decided to give enterprise a shot and they did not disappoint!! They were honest, friendly, extremely affordable, and most of all they made sure no part of the transaction was confusing. I have bought several cars from these folks over the years and found that they served my needs well. They served as a straight forward, honest, dealer for used cars. My recent purchase was nowhere near what I was used to From Enterprise. While the car price is still fixed based off Kelley Blue Book many of the other things have changed. . While I was discussing purchase details with he salesman they passed my paperwork to another individual. They kept hesitating to give me the trade in value of my car while trying to convince me to go with their financing. I told the salesman I could probably do better through my credit union but he said they would match what I could get. After much discussion with the salesman a finance manger brought a sales contract over that didnt resemble what the salesman and I had agreed on. The finance manager took over running through the paperwork. During negotiations the finance guy would walk away with the paperwork and come back with changes. We hassled over trade in value which I got them to increase substantially, they offered me financing at 6.5% which I finally got negotiated to 3% still slightly over what mu credit union offered. Bottom line it took much longer to get the deal done than it has in the past and it is no longer a straightforward deal like it used to be. I used to recommend these folks over going to the used car lots but the advantages are disappearing. The upside is you are still dealing with a large company that is concerned with their reputation and they still have a 7 day return policy if you are not satisfied with the vehicle.
