Bought my wife Tucson here and had an issue a few hundred miles outside of dealer warranty and our purchased warranty (offered by another company) declined some of the parts the owner still made the decision to help us out. Read almost all the reviews and seemed great, but was not the case. Staff is not professional, and it takes days upon days to hear back from them. Cars sell fast, so when they take days then you miss out on what you want. If I cant trust them before I buy the car when they always act the best, I can only imagine how they are after the sell. Sorry to ruin your perfect reviews, but I thought it was completely unacceptable.

Ok so I am writing this review months late BUT this dealership is the best. I live in Buffalo, NY and my dream car happened to be at Car Culture—about a three hour drive away. Zach gave me the best buying experience I could have asked for. He always responded right away to any questions or issues so might have had. They sent me videos of the car inside and out and made me feel like I was there so I didn’t have to drive three hours to see it. I was convinced, drove the three hours to meet the car, fell in love. Unfortunately, about two hours into my drive home the car started making noises. I was very upset obviously thinking there was something they hadn’t told me. However, it just took driving a longer distance for the issues to surface and it wasn’t Car Culture’s fault. They sent a driver three hours to come pick up my car, give me a car to use in the interim, fixed every issue my car had (within days), and drove it back to me. I was AMAZED and thrilled at the service here. You will not regret buying a car with Car Culture. They live up to their name and their reviews. And if you ever question that, they will fix it.

What an amazing experience!! I used to own a MINI and missed it so much, so I’d been looking around. When I found Nia, I was extremely skeptical because she was in a different state and at the perfect price point, no haggling. The past four test drives had been a bust, but I drove the 2.5 hours for a test drive. A-a-ron 😂 had promised that I’d love this car, that everything was in order, and if I liked her, I could take her some that day. Having been a MINI owner before I knew what to look for. Great car, perfect price, drive her home that day and she passed NY inspection with flying colors.As you can tell from the photo, I’m in the military. Not too long after I bought Nia, I had to move to TX, which meant I took my new Nia on a 5 day cross country road trip. About 2/3 of the way there, she had an issue that could only be repaired by a MINI dealer (something that no one could have caught or predicted). Because of where I was, I couldn’t have physically gotten to a dealership within my 3,000 mile warranty. Jimmy wrote a check out of his own pocket to help cover the repair, something I would have never expected!! There is no doubt I WILL come back here again!!
