I bought a deep freezer from them at the start of the Pandemic. Its still going strong even after been a victim of the floods this past summer. Far as being rude I feel like they are a little laid back theyre arent eager for a sale so it might come off rude but I get it. Theyre family owned business speaks for its self so they are like do you see something you like or not.

Bought a refrigerator it went out. So I called and payed a few extra dollars for them to come out to fix it. They came told what part it needed and a week later they were back and fixed it. Now it is working great. And for 10 dollars a month for insurance is the smartest thing to do. Awesome experience.

I had 4 or 5 other te cm s come out to repair refrigerator ice maker. Tim comes out and immediately knows the problem. He was efficient, courteous, tidy, and a great guy.

They came up with this our system had crash so we don’t know but I had my receipt out of $171.14 she offered my $50 had to use it the same day because she already spent those funds and thought I wasn’t gone come back in use my credit. When I tell you everything was yellow and old and dirty and the prices was the same amount as a new stove $400 I just walked out please don’t shop here you will be better off somewhere else they high way rob you with that store credit messed got a free $171.14 while I out of my money and a stove but it’s okay

I purchased a dryer from them April of 2019 its still working well. I visited the store for quick trip a week ago looking for a new fridge. The selection was very minimal. Possibly due to current circumstances with covid-19.

Back in October I got stove and refrigerator got a six-month warranty on it and its $10 to renew the warranty before it run out.This time in February I got a washer and dryer very reasonable and the same stipulations as the stove and refrigerator. They were pleasant people very professional.

If zero stars was an option that would be what I have. This company has absolutely the worst customer service ever. The technician that worked on the dryer half as*ed the job and blamed us when it took them 3 visits to get it corrected after speaking to a supervisor. I was giving them a second chance through consumers Energy and yet again the customer service cannot get anything right with the appointments and will openly lie about their voicemails from the previous evening.

I had got a washer from here b4 and it was a good one. This time i bought a stand up freezer and dryer thinking this is a good used place. Well the stand up freezer was broke! It wont get to 0 degrees and wont shut off. Its been running for 3 days straight so my electric bill will b through the roof! I bought food to put in there so i cant unplug it. This morning now theres water on my floor. Plus my dryer is banging. This being a repair shop should try the appliances first and fix them b4 selling! Not happy!!

First time a service call has prompted me to leave a review online. Cameron was amazing, went above and beyond what he was tasked with doing. Fixed the dryer (purpose of the visit), then tweaked a few things to make sure it was as quite as possible. He then leveled the washing machine which had been moving like crazy every use before, and on top of that took a look at our ice maker! We had another company (not to be named) come out a few weeks prior and they did little to nothing to diagnose the issue.Will be using global appliance exclusively for any home repairs in their wheelhouse, regardless of wait time - and request Cameron, again - regardless of wait time.Thanks!

PURCHASED A WASHER AND STOVE IN FEBRUARY BOTH DIDNT WORK! THE GUY CAME AND FIXED THE STOVE AND REPLACED THE WASHER.....I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING WHEN THE GUYS BRUNG THE NEW WASHER , I HAVE A WARRANTY ON ALL APPLIANCES. ALL OF A SUDDEN THE WASHER STOP SPINNING I CALLED TO USE THE WARRANTY IN WHICH IS STILL GOOD UNTIL AUGUST 2018 BUT BECAUSE I MOVED THE WARRANTY ISNT GOOD ANYMORE. Technician was very nice, fixed the issue with my dryer. He removed the excess lint and coins from the inner portion of the dryer. HOWEVER, the technician did not give me the coins nor make mention of the coins inside the dryer when he closed the dryer. He only mentioned the lint because he treats every repair as if he is working on his own appliances at home Sure! If I ever call DTE for the Appliance Repair Program I will make sure that this company is never sent back to my residence.

DO NOT PATRON - WORST APPLIANCE CROOKS EVER!Purchased a gas stove and paid $45 for delivery and install. They only delivered, and when I called and spoke with Ernie he informed me that I needed to pay an additional fee for hook up??? TOTALLY RIPPED US OFF since he knew we arrived in our own pickup and wouldnt need delivery and explicitly explained that we were mainly interested in the gas hook up. On top of that we had just purchased a fridge across the street @ Appliance Outlet who charges $50 for delivery AND HOOK UP. Global Appliance gives new meaning to the concept of getting burned on a stove... Our family has lived in this area for 4 generations - we will be telling everyone we know to avoid this place COMPLETELY. You will find good used appliances here. The staff is friendly and negotiable on prices. Some pretty nice stainless steel refrigerators and stoves at a striking price. Not to mention the credit provider they use will literally approve anyone regardless of your credit score from what I understand. Picked up a dishwasher, dryer, and twin mattress for a very reasonable price. I did hear they will no longer be carrying furniture items, so could be a good time to snatch up some gems at a superior price point. If youre ever in need of an appliance replacement check here before you go buying a new one at two to three times the cost.

The prices are too high for used items. When I said something about the salesperson said these pandemic prices. More like price gouging.

The repairman was competent. However, he advised the part needed for repair would arrive in 3-5 days. I received a call 9 days later that they determined the cost of repair exceeded the value of the stove. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient company. Do not recommend.

Terrible experience bought a fridge on saturday and had to call on wednesday becuase it was not getting cold. First lady says cant schedule a tech until friday and i live right down the street . Advised her i just bought food etc and she went on and scheduled the next day. Tech came said need a motherboard called the supplier from my home on speaker phone i heard the supplier say they have it in so the tech said all has to be done is for him to be scheduled back out which should be the same day or the next day which is friday if not call. Not to mention he called the store on speaker again and asked if he could just grab and come back she said no because he was already runnig behind on other orders. Called on friday they said part wont be in until monday. Either the tech was lying or global pretty sure it was global seeing that both conversations that the tech had were heard by my own ears. I should not have even went back there in the first place seeing that i had to replace the 1st one after a year but i took a chance that maybe during my move i may have messed something up on and i learned that that paticular style seems to always have issues . That one was afrench door with freezer at the bottom. After this will just get a new one.

Horrible service. Purchased a refrigerator from them for 700$ it went out within a week! Tech came out and said the computer was broke an it needed to be sent back to the store. I asked for a refund because i didnt want to take a chance of buying another broke refrigerator they gave me a hard time i was told to wait for a week til a manager come from vacation cause they dont do refunds then when they picked up the refrigerator they broke my screen door off taking it out an said they didnt do it an not responsible.. ill never do business with them ever again

They claimed they called to reschedule the service scheduled thru consumers. Unless my dog can answer the phone, no phone call was ever received. They pretty much told consumers that I was a liar. Needless to say, they never came.

I called my bank and filed a dispute to get my over $1,000 refund from this company. I bought a sofa, loveseat​ and what I thought was a table and 4 chairs. It looked nice in the store, but when they delivered it... I found out they dont do any set up. My table set was in a box and I tried to assemble it and its broken and messed up. The sofa and loveseat didnt match and the wood on the bottom is cheap and crumbled once I tried to screw it on. They were rude when I asked for a refund so now Im making a claim with my bank and getting others involved. What furniture store DOESNT assemble and not tell someone at the time of purchase. DO NOT SHOP THERE IF YOU HAVE THE FUNDS FOR A REAL FURNITURE STORE!!!!

I have purchased appliances from Global Appliances in the past so when I needed my refrigerator serviced I called them. When the gentleman came out he quoted me a price after checking the fridge and assured me that was my problem. After waiting a few days my part came in and the guy returned. He looked at the fridge again and said it could be something else but replaced the part anyway. My fridge still wasnt working properly so I contacted another service company because at that point I didnt trust them. When the other company came out he did a more extensive check of the fridge and said the part i had replaced was defective. I called Global back and explained the situation, who then told me that my warranty was now void because another company touched it. In short Im out of $179 and my problem has not been fixed!

The Technician Eric Glazer came to my house. He was lazy and didn’t want to labor to find the problem. He started telling me what he felt was the problem and when I asked him to show me how he came to this conclusion he began to raise his tone and speak aggressively towards me in front of my kids, then he stormed out my house leaving with my copy of the paperwork and everything. On top of that he caught himself from cursing at me about 3 times. My kid’s mouth was on the floor and said mama if daddy was here he would not have talked to you like that. When my husband got home they knew exactly what cursing words he was about to say and they was really upset and so was I. Because of this situation I will never deal with a service man without my husband again… This Company is the worst!!!

DTE sent them out and they said it was not a covered repair. Told me on the phone is was a self tension pulley (which is covered by DTE) and told the DTE rep it was the drive system. Funny, last time someone came out and tried to say this washer was not covered, after my complaints, they said they would try to replace the belt. They claim they did and it has worked for more than a year. They also last time found excuses to not fix my other two appliances. They are lazy and just want to collect the service fee from DTE.

30 day warrenty...no gas or water hook up...if any accessories are not working.they dont fix..be ready to spend a couple hundred dollars extra for hooking up your gas appliances and minor things that dont work...

I have a lay a way there i put 365 down on the lay a way and i lost my receipt.I wanted to make a payment on the lay way and i was told that i could make a payment but my furniture could not be realeased without a copy of my reciept so they expected for me to give them my money with no gaurantee that i would recieve my merchandise it made no sense.
