This place is absolutely awesome! I am super please with the price and quality of my gaming monitor I just purchased from here and the queen size bed I bought only cost me 500$ with a 10 year warranty! And it’s a coil pillow top mattress!!! A++++ highly recommended!

Prices long term are not very good. You pay a lot more for items than they are worth. Takes advantage of those who cant buy items outright at other places.

My first time trying rent one was very scary for me and turned out is not a very good experience, waited 3 weeks to get my sectional, first day setting up my account with rent one finding hiding fees per payments then what was online... When couch was delivered was wrong couch completely and a defected one if that. very nice staff on phone but not so great service. now hafta wait another 2 weeks for right order to come and Hopfully this will be fixed

The employees there are welcoming an as far as rent to own they have a variety of products in store or online. They deliver and are very reasonable as long as your responsible with your payments. U can also rent multiple products at a time as long as your responsible.

My husband and I went to look and shop around for furniture for our new apartment and within 5 minutes of entering the store we were approached 3 different times asking if we needed assistance and what we were looking for it was nice to know we would have no wait but at the same time I was almost feeling over pressured and almost left without getting anything due to the near overbearing nature of the sales people

Great customer service!! Low payments

I have never used this businesses service however several of my friends have. They used my name for a reference unknown to me. What rent one does is if someone is late on their payment they call the reference and ask them to bother the friend with the late payment. One of my friends fell on Hard Times and was struggling to make the payments as rent one did not hesitate to continually call me and tell me about it despite me asking them to stop many times. I finally had to threaten them with harassment charges and only got one call after that but I feel their practice is ignorant to put on to other people to try to shame people in their debt

Great place to rent house hold furniture and appliances

They were all so friendly and helpful. We needed a dryer to go with the washer and they called the Erie store and we had everything by Mon, 2 days later.

As soon as I walked in the door they where very helpful I found what I wanted and they took my info which took no time at all set up a delivery date and they delivered it and I am in love with my new furniture thanks for everything you do

My name is Nicole it wont let me change accounts into mine. But I went to rent one Monday and found a couch that I liked the man was very helpful even lowered my payments weekly so I could get that couch I have longer payments put over all they were very helpful.
