I am not in the business of whatever they do here, but I can say that being hit over the head with a package I was delivering to their guy in the warehouse wasnt a charming experience. He may be senile, I dont know. All I can say is that I have been a courier for years and I have never experienced anything like it before.

Poor customer service, the phone lines are crossed between all employees so you never know what you are going to get. Unfortunately Ive had to pay for shipping on all parts I have sent here and only gotten faulty parts back. given how unlikely that should be I have to say that I am very disappointed.
