My parents went here for an appointment last week. From what my father told me I wouldnt recommend this clowns to no one. Disrespectful, rude, not to mention they hurried up and rushed my parents out of the appointment and berated them about something that had nothing to do with what they came for. Just oh we dont do that. My mom doesnt speak English as well as my father so he tried to help translate. And the nurse rudely asked my father who he was. Again dont recommend if you have eldery parents.

She has the rare combination of someone that not only really cares about my hearing, she has the technical ability to offer the best product solutions, with the skills to adjust the hearing aids, to obtain the desired results. I have been receiving both routine and non-routine care from this office for a few years now. They have been nothing but professional, courteous and informative in providing me the treatments Ive needed in each case. I really dont understand the negative reviews, as Ive never seen or experienced anything like what theyve described. Highly recommended

Audiologist Pam Swartz is absolutely incompetent. Never had an appointment go satisfactorily. Most recently, she lost my phone number and didnt call me when my hearing aid came in from repair. She never returned messages from Thurs-Tues until I finally just went to the office and got it from the front desk staff. She offered 3 different excuses: 1) she lost my # (?!) 2) my # didnt work (no) 3) there were too many Erin Cooks in the system and she didnt know which one to call (?!) She has an unprofessional attitude, she doesnt listen to to concerns, she doesnt explain hearing tests. Run.

Dr. Berry is great. Thats about where the praise ends. EVERYTIME I call the office I dont get an answer. I leave voicemails and dont get calls back. I was supposed to gt a call from the office a MONTH ago regarding the price of a surgical procedure I was going to get done at the office. Still have not received that call and calling them to inquire is obviously not a viable option. Seeing as how they cannot handle a simple phone call my better judgement tells me to not get the procedure done here either which is a shame because I like Dr. Berry.

Dr. Berry is on point with his knowledge about allergies. And if he does know or you are a puzzle piece case for him He will research the Iinformation to help you. He will continue to be my allergist as long as Im in the tidewater area.

Visiting this office has been a terrible headache. I called in November to schedule an appointment and couldnt be seen until Dec 15th. They then called back a few days later and had to push me to December 20th. I showed up to the appointment and had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. I paid my copay and went on my way. Then for MONTHS they continued to send me bills due to insurance filing errors. I called them multiple times and left voicemails in an attempt to resolve it, and they never called me back. In April received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company saying they have paid the doctor, but the office is still sending me bills. This has been a terrible experience and I will surely not use this office again nor refer my friends or family.

Staff was extremely rude I was actually shocked. I wish I had had the reviews on here before wasting my time here. The woman at the front desk is zero help as well, I’m surprised this office is even open still.

While Dr. Berry is knowledgeable in his field, he is unprofessional. Before making an appointment with him or any physician for that matter, you should probably check “reviews” and then decide.
