First time coming here and the staff happily greets you and hand you some paperwork. I was seen within five minutes. The doctor is very polite, easy to follow, and straight to the point. I recommend this place to everyone. Very well done! Bravo zulu!

Dr. Ossen spends as much time with you as is needed to chat a little , to do the exam, to ask if I have any questions or concerns, and to discuss future eye care. The people working in his office are very nice and helpful. It is a joy to visit this practice.

Ive been going to Dr. Ossen since the 70s. You can count on him to be upfront with you. If you dont need a procedure hell tell you. If you dont need to get new glasses hell tell you. Hes one great guy.

Was totally blown away with the customer service! Everyone I dealt with was exceptional especially Cindy, very professional and patient with me. Dr H was so thorough and took his time and answered all questions as we have a difficult situation. The eye shop had so many frames to choose from and at reasonable prices. The girl who helped us was fantastic (sorry don’t remember her name) and honest. Very positive visit and would recommend highly!

As a new patient, I was impressed with the Doctor and Technicians thoroughness of the examination I received, I arrived early for my appointment, and did not wait long before called into the office, and was seen almost immediately. Dr. Ossen explained everything I needed to know, to make my decision on the future treatments for eye care.

I can’t say how wonderful everyone in the entire practice is. The office is clean and Covid safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Dr Ossen educates you on your visual health and how it relates to overall health.

My family has been seeing Dr. Ossen for 20+ years, and have been very happy with his knowledge and expertise. Have never had a negative visit; he takes time to explain what he does and why, and we have come to rely on his vast experience. My husband and I both appreciate his down to earth demeanor, and would not go anywhere else.2020 update: no change. We continue to see Dr. Ossen, and now use the adjoining optical shop for glasses. Their prescriptions are spot on, and better than some of the national chains weve used in the past, particularly for progressive lenses.

I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam and my experience was wonderful. I was seen by the doctor and purchased a pair of glasses in their shop in all less than two hours. All the front desk staff, assistant, doctor, and shop clerk were friendly and willing to make sure my visit was great!

Horrible customer service. I call to let see if it was okay to come in close to the closing time, as I knew it would be very close to the posted 530 closing time before I got there.On the phone I was told as long as I was there by 530, they would help me out. So I rushed through traffic to get there. I walk in at 528, and I am told we are already clocked out you will have to come by tomorrow!THATS THE WHOLE REASON I CALLED!!! If you didnt want to help me out since it was close to closing time, fine, no problem. But be honest and tell me that when I call specifically for that reason.If I didnt have to use this place for work, I would never be returning.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ossen for years, my children and now my grandchildren also go to him. We all think he is great. His staff has been very helpful and kind. We always get our contacts and glasses from him also.

While some of the employees might not to quick on the uptake, we have had nothing but wonderful and professional service. We are able to pretty much get same day appointments. We have never waited long in either the waiting room or to actually be seen for care. And very quick turn around in getting our glasses.

Dr. Ossen is THE OPTOMETRIST to see. He is well established. He is attentive and listens to concerns. He provides a thorough exam. I have been trusting him for more years than I care to mention here. Lolol. Do yourself a favor. Call. Make an appointment.

Dr. Ossen has taken care of my eyes for at least 8 years. I like him a lot. For an eye doctor he has great chair-side manners. He talks to you, explains things in detail, really takes time with you. Ive never felt rushed when I was being seen by him. Ive seen several eye doctors in my lifetime but I keep coming back to him because he treats you like a human being. Ive also had great experiences with the staff. For those who have had a bad experience with staff, give the office another chance; maybe the staff has turned over. Try not to throw the baby out with the bath water (as they say) :):):)

I do not recommend this eye doctor because he has very unprofessional staff. He also makes you wait a long time at your appointment. They also hold on to your prescriptions in order for you to come in for more appointments so that they may keep charging you for appointments unnecessarily. Their office manager Cheryl is extremely rude along with the checkin female at the front desk, it’s very obvious that the doctor is aware of it and supports their behavior. It’s very unfortunate for the rest of the staff because if you can make it past the initial phone call which is horrible and then past the nasty front desk , you may have a great experience with Cindy, Jamie and Deborah. I came to the office originally because of a recommendation... I was told Dr. Ossen was very good with children which he was with my son. I found it interesting that someone else posted the comment that the staff was both unprofessional and rude. I had the same exact experience over the weekend. First, we waited over an hour to be seen. Then, after speaking with the receptionist, she proceeded to go into the back office and talk about me with my son in the next room! While the eye doctor is perfectly nice, we will be finding another doctor. Horrible experience!

Enjoyed my experience when I saw Dr Ridder, very knowledgeable and professional. When I saw Dr Ossen he kept me waiting a very long time, as he takes his time with his patients. The doctors assistant or nurse was very nice and made my visit a positive one. The office staff however are not always friendly and can be rude, confrontational, arrogant and disrespectful and hostile. For that reason alone I would not recommend Dominion Eyecare.

Dominion Eyecare was a horrific experience for me. They misread my prescription twice and had an extremely unprofessional staff and archaic equipment.

The staff is both unprofessional and rude. Wouldnt return just for my experience with them.
